Siamo stati a Mantova durante il Week end di Pasqua con 4 bambini. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. L'abitazione è grande e spaziosa, molto curata e fornita di ogni comodità.

La casa è bella accogliente e con tutto il necessario per passare una bellissima vacanza. Si trova in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutte le comodità e i musei di questa bellissima città. La signora Orsola è gentilissima disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare subito a nostro agio. Ci ha spiegato dove trovare vari supermercati e ristoranti e cosa visitare anche fuori Mantova... vorrei ancora fare un ringraziamento a Orsola e se ritorneremo a Mantova cercheremo di alloggiare sicuramente da lei.. Appartamento pulito, ordinato e ben fornito; ben ubicato per visitare Mantova e dintorni. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Un'ottima sistemazione, da consigliare assolutamente !

Une maison très agréable, bien équipée (climatisation très efficace). Située à 5 minutes du centre historique et de la gare, de même que le supermarché et les restaurants, et à à peine 10 minutes des parkings gratuits. Accueil fort sympathique. Bref aucun problème. Mantoue est une base idéale pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Et le soir je vous conseille un spritz à "la zanzara", guinguette au bord du lac supérieur... Bon séjour à tous !

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Mantova. Cette location est tout à fait plaisante, calme, spacieuse et bien située, à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique, à 10 minutes du parking gratuit, à peine à 5 minute du supermaché. La proprietaire est accueillante, agréable et disponible si besoin. Cette location est idéale pour passer quelques jours à Mantova et aussi pour rayonner en voiture et visiter les sites environnants. Le lac de garde, Verone, Parme, Pavie,Padoue, Crémone, bologne, tous ces lieux sont à une heure ou moins de Mantova. Endroit et location à recommander Françoise, Corinne et les autres"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem sauberen Zustand. Sie liegt für Besichtigungen zu Fuß günstig in der Altstadt Mantuas. Daher können wir die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen."

"E'' un bell''appartamento, grande e ben strutturato. Ben attrezzato e la posizione è comoda, sia al centro che è a due passi, ma anche alla stazione dei treni o ai parcheggi. E'' molto "personalizzato", nel senso che ha un sacco di soprammobili o souvenir provenienti da ogni parte del mondo e la signora Orsola è stata veramente gentile. Ottimo l''impianto di condizionamento, viste le temperature raggiunte durante il nostro soggiorno (ad agosto) non avremmo potuto farne a meno. L''unico difetto lo abbiamo riscontrato in pò troppe ragnatele alle pareti e alle finestre...un pò come se fosse da tanto tempo che nessuno ci avesse abitato. Il resto però era pulito e in ordine."

"Beautiful town house situated 5 minutes or less from train station and 5 mintues from town centre. Orsolas house was very clean and had a great feeling of home from home, it was very comfortable and secure -many thanks again for a lovely stay in Mantova."

"This is a very good place to stay in Mantova. It is spotlessly clean, close to the center of town, and with two bedrooms spacious enough for a couple or family. One enters from a small patio garden into the well-furnised sitting room, with two sofas and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen, washing machine, and small bathroom are on this level. You normally eat at the table in the kitchen, although this can be moved to the sitting room and expanded for larger groups. The two bedrooms (one with a large double bed that is two singles joined together and the other with three singles) and the bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath are on the second level. There is good linen and a closet in the larger bedroom. The owner's hospitality and helpfulness set this house apart from others. Two examples: One: Orsola and a friend of hers arranged to cook dinner for us one of the nights we were there. After taking us to a near-by town to see some sights, she and the friend prepared a delicious Mantova meal, which we all enjoyed with some local wine. Two: I stupidly left my passport behind when we left. I called Orsola from our next stop, some three hours away. She went to Mantova, found the passport, and had it expressed to our hotel. So, if you seek a home-away-from-home rather than a hotel room, I recommend that you stay here."

"We enjoyed the stay in the house very much. It is comfortable and beautiful, you find everything you need: in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms and in the living room (there even are different music records for the stereo set). Very good air condition! Lovely terrace. The house is situated in a calm little street close to the magnificent historical town center. We would have liked to stay much longer - especially since the owner of the house is really friendly!"
