Ce penthouse de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains orienté au sud peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 adultes plus 1 facilitant avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon. Ce premier appartement en location nouvellement décoré est entièrement équipé. Tout a été acheté récemment, par exemple la cuisine et les ustensiles, etc.
La chambre principale a un lit double (150cm * 180cm) avec placards et climatisation. La salle de bain attenante a une salle de bain complète avec douche de tête, wc et bidet. La chambre n ° 2 a deux lits simples et une armoire. A côté se trouve la salle de bain no2 avec douche et wc.
Le salon dispose du wifi, d'une télévision à écran plat avec toutes les chaînes du ciel ainsi que des chaînes néerlandaises, espagnoles et allemandes. Un lecteur Blu-ray est également disponible dans l'appartement. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon avec vue sur la mer. Il y a une table et des chaises pour profiter de votre repas sur le balcon également.
La cuisine est neuve entièrement équipée, avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine. A l'étage, la terrasse privée sur le toit pour profiter du soleil avec des chaises longues et des parasols. Dans le jardin il y a la grande piscine partagée, qui n'est pas chauffée. Mais si vous préférez, la plage n'est qu'à 10/20 minutes de marche à côté du port. L'appartement est équipé de détecteurs de fumée pour plus de sécurité.

Fabulous apartment. Five stars all the way, from booking, and check in to departure. Apartment has everything you need and the amazing roof terrace was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I booked a week's stay only about 3 weeks prior. The communication with the owner was great and we were sent the phone number of the manager so we could communicate directly with her regarding our arrival. Our flight arrived in Malaga around 11am but, we were allowed early check-in.
Upon arrival, we were given a comprehensive show around of the accomodation and its' facilities. There were basics included such as tea, coffee etc, lots of additional bedding and even beach towels to use on the solarium or the beach. The area seemed mainly to be residential but, that made for less hustle and bustle from the coastline.
There were 2 supermarkets, each around 7 minutes' walk. However, using Lidl did mean an uphill walk back—something to remember if you were to be getting heavy items!.
We didn't use the pool, but it looked really clean and was tended to daily.
It was great having the upstairs private solarium as it made for a very chilled and relaxing break.
All in all, we have a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is quite large and has everything you need, including a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The view from the kitchen is also wonderful as it overlooks the mountains to the north. The main problem was the location as it is a 25 minute walk to the seaside, and is close to an extremely busy polluted road that you must walk on to get to all 3 grocery stores or the El Pinillo train stop, about a 25 minute walk. The location of the apartment is in a very car oriented and noisy neighbourhood.
The apartment, while being on the top floor (3rd floor) is part of an adjoining group of apartments, similar to row housing. There is absolutely no noise buffering or insulation so you can hear everything around you next door, downstairs, and in other apartments. We suffered with our neighbour’s barking dog every day, a very noisy Arab family in the adjoining apartment in the next building who got up at 6am and went to bed well beyond one in the morning, making a lot of noise shouting, cleaning, cooking. We also had a very noisy elderly Spanish couple downstairs who would play flamenco music extremely loudly during the day. Not a very relaxing environment which is so unfortunate given that it is a nice apartment and the host is a very nice gentleman.
It should be noted that while the listing shows an outdoor pool, it is not open because the local city government passed a regulation that requires a fence directly around the pool, and not just around the property.

We stayed here for 10 amazing nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including a dish washer and washing machine. We were able to use the pool everyday, which we did. Good size and clean.
The view from the private terrace was gorgeous day and night.
A 20 minute walk to the port and beach. Similar to the train station. Supermarkets less than 10 minutes away. Lots of places to dine and to suit all tastes.
Yiemi was on hand via text to help us should we need anything. Booked a taxi for us on the day we left.
Will definitely look to visit again.

The apartment is fab! We would have been happy to stay on longer, and we'll be happy to stay again. The location is very good; you can choose to walk to the marina, Benalmadena beaches, or Torremolinos beaches. The communication with the owner and Yeimi was great; they were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place 😊👌

Lovely property in a great location only 10 min walk from marina. Yeimi was very helpful and the house was perfect with everything you might need. Lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun and lovely quiet pool area in the shared garden. Lidl only 5 mins away. Could do with a fan for the second bedroom is the only comment I would have:)

Lovely apartment with everything you could want !! Helpful apartment manager ! Also received a lovely welcome basket with wine etc on arrival !! Highly rated !! Only one little complaint the pool closes between 3-5pm each day and the gate automatically locks we weren’t told about this but another lovely resident kept us right !! OVERALL THOUGH A FABULOUS STAY !!

First impressions of the property were excellent, the young lady who showed us around couldn't have been more welcoming. As other reviews have stated it's location is spot on. The only negative experience was that we could not access the sky channels I reported the problem twice but was advised the usual "turn it of and turn it on again" witch I had already done. It may have been something I was or wasn't doing but the fact remains we had no Sky. Other than this I can highly recommend this appartement. Very well equipped with excellent air con.

This 2 bedroom apartment with a huge roof terrace has everything you require and more! We were also given a welcome pack, this was a nice surprise. Communication with owners and Yeimi (who met us with the keys) was excellent and Yeimi very kindly organised an Uber for us for our early morning flight home.
The area is quite hilly and has 2 Supermarkets around 5 mins away both of which are open on Sundays.
Benalmádena Port, Carihuela Beach and Arroyo De La Miel are all walking distance from the apartment and you can go to Malaga City easily by bus or train. I would highly recommend this beautiful, well kept apartment.

The property was just as described and we were very happy with it. The roof terrace was especially nice with great views and lots of furniture. There are two supermarkets - one uphill, about five minutes away and a Lidl downhill, again about five minutes away. The apartment had everything you could wish for with dishwasher tablets provided and washing machine tablets. We will definitely be going back.

Myself and 2 friends stopped at this property for a 6 night vacation and was not disappointed! Great location with bars and restaurants down at the marina only a 10/15 minute walk away! It was also nice and quiet with it being situated off the Main Street.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights and it didn't disappoint. Lovely and clean 2 bed apartment with great views in a really quiet complex. It had everything you need for a home away from home. The main shops and bars were about a 10-15 minute walk and LIDL was about 5 mins.
The only problem was the welcome email gives you the wrong WiFi password but the owner sorted as soon as I messaged him. Thanks to Anne for showing us around and providing some good local info.

My wife and I booked this apartment for a 3 month stay in Spain. The apartment is ideally located between two well stocked grocery stores, a 15 min walk to the commuter train station for a 20 min trip to/from the airport and 25 min to/from Malaga. It is a 15 min walk to all of the restaurants & bars in Benalmádena
The apartment it’s self is very clean and the care takers (Ann & Wayne) are very prompt to address any issues and provide weekly cleaning services (for a reasonable fee). The rooftop terrace has a small bbq and gets full sun all day... wonderful for relaxing with a cold beverage and book. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but it appeared to be well kept.

This is a lovely property which is very well equipped. We spend most of the bread on the beautiful terrace with sea views and mountain views. The terrace is huge and has a table and chairs with a gas bbq one side and then 5 sunbeds with a comfy outdoor setee and chair set. There is even a shower on the roof terrace. A short walk down the road is Lidl supermarket with everything you need and very well priced. Lots of other shops, bars, resturants within walking distance; you are just over 10 minutes walk from the Marina and beaches. We loved the location and the apartment and will definitely return here.

Perfect location. 5 mins up the hill and there’s some Spanish restaurants and a supermarket..... and 10 mins down the hill and there’s a lidel and the beach. 22 Euro’s for a taxi from Malaga airport.... very easy. Then just ring Anna’s bell when you arrive and she’ll let you in. Anna is really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. She ordered our taxi to take us back to the airport as it was 5am!! Pool is clean and never busy. Roof terrace is just perfect 👌.... fully equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of shopping bags and a trolley to do a big supermarket shop. No need for a car. Good WiFi. Plenty of space for everyone.... two adults and two teenage kids in our party .... woulddef go again. Very easy and chilled holiday ❤️
