Bienvenue dans notre maison de ville de luxe de 5 chambres située juste en face de la station de ski de Winter Park. Ce condo bien aménagé offre commodité, vues fabuleuses et hébergement merveilleux.
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous découvrirez 2 suites avec très grand lit, chacune avec télévision, dressing et salle de bain complète. A l'étage, vous trouverez 2 chambres, chacune avec lits queen et une salle de bain complète partagée avec baignoire et douche. Au niveau inférieur est une grande chambre avec lits superposés offrant 2 lits jumeaux superposés, TV / DVD et salle de bain complète. Apportez votre X-Box ou vos appareils de jeu préférés et branchez-les directement. Jeux de société populaires fournis pour ajouter au plaisir de la famille. Beaucoup d'espace de vie sur 3 niveaux - 12 couchages.

We’ve been coming up to Winter Park for 18 years. Lakota is a great location and this end unit with direct views of the slopes is incredible. Perfectly accommodated for a family and a great location. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay here! We stay with VRBO properties when we travel and this one was above expectations. From the simple things like toiletries and stocked paper supplies to the hot tub and host response and recommendations. We are excited to plan another stay!

Thank you for opening your vacation home to my family! It was the perfect location for a week away. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, we truly didn’t feel like we were in a VRBO property. It felt like our own vacation home ready for us (games and all!), just needing the groceries for the week.
All of the kids were comfortable in the bunk room, the adults loved the privacy that the other rooms provided.
The furniture was comfortable and homey, it didn’t feel like cheap, low grade products to fill a space!
The views from the hot tub were breath taking.
The host went as far as to share some family information, property information, as well as information on the area during on and off seasons!
This will be a property we rent again, without hesitation as we were truly in awe of how lucky we were with this property!

Regardless how nice a property is, your trip can quickly be ruined with the property manager who will not respond. (Especially some of the large rental companies not even in the area!) Lisa was amazingly helpful and quick to respond! From check in to check out, if we ever had a question, she was there. Thanks for such a wonderful property and great hospitality!

The property is ideally located to enjoy Winter Park skiing. The shuttle to and from the slopes is a short 100 yard walk. This property has everything you could ask for and some things you didn't. Beautiful design, clean and family oriented. One thing to consider is that the people in your party do need to have the ability to climb stairs. Not an issue for our party, however, it may be for some.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous townhome very close to Winter Park Resort. It has everything you could want and more. The view of the ski slopes from the wall of windows was magnificent! The hot tub was a special treat after a day of skiing. The stop for the shuttle to the resort was a very short walk (~5 min.) We would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations had every thing you could want, hot tub looking over the slopes after a great day of skiing was relaxing & breathtaking.
Some of our group used our vehicle while others used the bus transportation 300' from our front door (Best way to go, easy and great drop off on both ends.

The property and location are top notch. My only negative experience is with the transportation system available after 5:30PM. This issue is not directly related to the property but it did affect our stay, it's best to have a car. Other than that, as far as the property is concerned, we loved it and would go back.

Exceeded our expectations! Loved the layout, the hot tub, the proximity to Winter Park activities and to Fraser River trail. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and crock pot, etc. Thank you to Lisa for being so accommodating!

This place was perfect for our large family. Our group of 10 had plenty of room and comfort. Place was clean and very well stocked with kitchen needs. Location to the park was close. We had one maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. Hot tub was great to come back to in the evenings. We will come back again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was large enough to accommodate our large family and grandkids. Upon arrival we discovered a slight issue with a water leak from the refrigerator which was quickly reported and dealt with within 1 hour by an appliance tech. Very convenient location to skiing and shuttle, we will definitely consider another stay here.

Stayed for a week of skiing in March 2023. Two 4-person families with teens. Excellent oversized garage and lower-level storage for ski gear, including boot/glove driers. Very close location to the resort (really nice view of the runs from the hot tub on front porch). Spacious master bedrooms. Nice private upstairs bedrooms and bunk room in lower level. And very considerate welcome package from the owners. Would love to stay here again!

We loved this space and the process was seamless. We had a hot tub issue that was quickly taken care of! We did notice some need for repairs, specifically in the primary bedroom as there is some carpet coming up exposing sharp nails.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It has everything you need in the kitchen, and the five bedrooms allow everyone to spread out. The view is spectacular, especially from the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We've stayed at a lot of ski condos over the years, and this is by far our favorite. We hope to return again!

Two families, five cousins, two friends all fit comfortably in this house. The ski shuttle was way, way more convenient than driving to the mountain. Amazingly responsive property manager. I would stay there again and say if you choose it you and your guests will be delighted. Well worth the money.

This house was perfect! We had 2 families ages from 5-49. We loved having 2 master bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The best part was the location!! The bus to take you to Winter park was steps away.
I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely book it again if we come back.

We were thoroughly impressed with the condo! Very clean, well appointed, lots of space, all the key necessities. Host was very responsive and check in was a cinch. Hot tub on the balcony was very welcome after a long day of skiing. Location is convenient, with a short one block walk to shuttle to the slopes. I highly recommend and hope to return!

The property was very clean and we thought the welcome basket on the kitchen table was a cute and unique addition! It was an easy process to get access to the house and the location was unbeatable with a view of the mountains and a ski bus right across the street.

Quiet location within easy drive of Winter Park. House was very clean with all necessary amenities. One car garage. Parking was a bit tight with enough room for one car in garage and two small cars squeezed into driveway. Not really a problem though unless you are hosting other friends who require additional parking. Overall all a great place that helped lead to an enjoyable long weekend of relaxation.

We had 4 families stay at this house with kids ranging from 6 months - 6 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone and it is a short 5 minute drive to winter park where there are tons of great things for families to do. Highly recommend!
