The apartment was beautiful. It appears much better in real life than in the photos. Location excellent as it's quiet but only a short walk to the center of town. A very short walk to the beach and there is a supermarket at the base of the building. The car parking space available with the apartment is very convenient and reassuring security-wise.

Spotless, large, light and airy rooms, underground car park, gastrobar across the road, beach 200 yards away, centre a 5 minute walk. Would definitely return.

Apartment we made our own food.

Very basic accommodation. Location, although near a pebble beach was noisy all the time. Ana, the lady who met us was very nice. It’s a good mile walk to the centre of town. The apartment is surrounded by almost identical buildings housing almost identical apartments. We were only given one bath towel and one hand towel each for a 2week stay. There was no change of bedding. I had to wash towels and bedding and hope they dried . There was no where outdoors to dry them properly except for a small shaded courtyard type area.

This apartment is one floor above the DIA Supermarket and is less than 100 yards from the Beach and Promenade.. It has an underground secured carpark and an elevator. The Rooms are meticulously clean , two bathrooms catered for all our needs and the balcony ( 20 foot by 7 foot ) is an excellent suntrap from Midday til Evening. The Kitchen is well equipped , apart from the fact that it does not provide an electric kettle .This is false economy. There is plenty of space in the living room and the bedrooms are of ample size . The apartment seems to be in a safe area. The Supermarket is open seven days a week and stays open til 2100 hrs most days. There are any number of Bars and Restaurants in the area , but in our third year in Aquilas , hand on heart, we could not recommend a restaurant and some are really awful . We hired bicycles in the town for 12 euro a day , over the five days they were flat on three occasions and we had to walk them back . We hired bicycles in Los Alcazares for 14 days and this never happened . The Seagulls are now becoming a problem here. From early morning they screech and call and their numbers are increasing with every year. The Red mini bus provides an hourly service from Juan Montiel Hotel and back . There is a Bus Stop close to the apartment but on a parallel road . The return stop is at the Hotel .

Everything, it was great, lovely flat, very convenient to restaurants, shops, beach and an easy walk to town
