The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were lucky with our room as it was in a quiet location overlooking the small swimming pool.
The door to our bathroom was damaged at the bottom, so it looked a bit shabby. The towels provided in the bathroom had seen better days. The little kitchenette could have been better equipped.

Food was fantastic. Great variety of food. I was involved in a cycling accident and the hotel staff were able to move us to a more mobility friendly room midway to access the restaurant and pool. We decided to upgrade to the All Inclusive meal plan to enjoy the restaurant and poolside eating areas.
We enjoyed the entire complex.

The location is perfect. Near best beach in Mallorca. very close to port and shops. There was little kitchen but we did not use it because we had half board. Cleaning ladies were very nice. We could use pools in Alcudia Garden hotel.
We were there in September and restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very full, I can not imagine how it looks like during the season. Rooms are updated but bathroom was despite of open window damp. Staff in restaurant was not very nice.

The pool was quiet and always plenty of sun loungers. a very short walk to the beach. bars and restaurants near by, great location
poor utilities in the apartment such as, no kettle, blunt knife, looked a bit tired in places

The location was good. Close to the beach.
No cleaning service on Thursdays and Sundays. Isn't having a clean room to come back to a reason why you stay at a hotel? To get fresh towels on these days we had to go to reception, which was about 300m walk. Would have been nicer if the staff brought them to the room.
Kitchen facilities were too slim.
Exit/entry gate near the room wouldn't open consistently, which meant we had to walk a long distance around the complex to get in/out.

everything was perfect. It was a perfect stay. The balcony was very nice to relax and the pool infront of our appartment was just the right place 2 be.

location was great, we got the shuttle bus from the airport, which took about 70 mins.
Lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Location great, 100m to beach, near shops, etc, but just tucked in off the main road,
apartment was basic, and clean, but a bit overpriced I thought - maybe due to a bank holiday..
we got locked out on the balcony one night as there is no handle or leaver to open the door from the outside, so we called reception and waited for 10 mins to be saved !
