Amazing spacious house. The pool was wonderful. Wish the hot tub had been heated, but understand this could be costly for the owner. The house was spotless. Plenty of beds. Each couple was very happy. We would return to this property.

We wanted a one level home with a pool for our July get together. This quiet residential property fit the billl perfectly. Bed were especially comfortable. Patio with comfy furniture and overhead grid was so special for late evenings and early morning coffee.

Lots of room and very comfortable for a family. Very clean, well supplied for any occasion. Great beds and linens. Loved the pool.

A Perfect house for a large family gathering. Very spacious, rooms were good size, kitchen was well stocked, as well as the bathrooms, towels, linens etc… pool was great with plenty of fun floats to use and the house pictures are very accurate, plus, the neighbors were very kind to us. We had a great time! But, of all those wonderful things about the house, the host was the amazing part!! Accommodating is an understatement… Dan was amazing! He was very responsive (sorry for all my questions, Dan) and very easy to work with. I messed up on our arrival date and he was so kind to let us check in a day early. It was a nice touch that he met us there upon our arrival and explained things around the house. We were very grateful for his kindness and understanding. I 100% would rent from him again!!

Excellent location close to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood but at least one neighbor is clearly unhappy about having a VRBO property next door. The home is dated but is very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We had a couple small issues that were immediately addressed. Even though our host Dan was out of town he left us in good hands with Lezlee and was in frequent contact to be sure all was in order. Highly recommend

Highly recommend this place. The house was fantastic! Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. There were 10 of us and the large living space made it so easy for us all to be together. Dan was super easy to communicate with.

Nice place with lots of room. We rented this house for our daughters wedding weekend. Perfect for many family members to stay in one place and visit between wedding events.

Dan was very kind and helpful in allowing my family to gather for a reunion at his spacious home. He walked me through how to work things and was very responsive when I had questions!

We had a wonderful weekend in Norman. The house is a great entertaining home. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and living spaces are open and comfortable.

Great neighborhood. Clean home with plenty of room. Everything we needed! Dan extremely easy to rent from! Little chilly for the pool but we’re able to enjoy the hot tub. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great property! Clean and homey. The beds are all very comfortable. Stayed here twice now with a family of 6 and everyone has plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Easy to rent. Owner responsive. Property had plenty of open space indoor and out. Swimming, grilling and watching football were all provided for. Thanks Dan!

The property is open and spacious. Plenty of areas for people to separate and talk. All bedrooms had direct access to a bathroom. Plenty of eating and dining space along with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed a wedding weekend with our family. It was perfect for our needs.

Great house, perfect for the 7 people we had, very clean, spacious - we hung out there alot between events on campus. 15 mins to campus - easy!

A group of friends stayed here while participating in a local tennis tournament. The house was just what we needed. The rooms were cozy, the pool was rejuvenating, and the living area was perfect for our needs.

This house was perfect for our family to spread out and just relax for a few days while visiting family nearby. Dan was so responsive and helpful. He met us at the house to show us around and checked in multiple times. This house is beautiful and spacious and would be ideal for a single family or 2-3 families to stay together for events in Norman or the OKC area. The pool is perfect too along with the sitting area on the patio.

This is my second time booking with Dan and his lovely home! I had a quick weekend getaway for kids to enjoy pool before heading back to school and second time around was just as great as the first! Home is very comfortable all around, has a welcoming vibe to it!! I have kids ranging from teen to 6 months and the home was very accommodating for all of us, we will definitely be back! Dan is an amazing host very responsive and welcoming personality as well!!

The house is a good stay for multiple days - nice-size common space for family and friends to visit and generally congregate. the pool worked out terrifically as a social area to relax and cool off in the warm Oklahoma weather! Dan, the property owner, was accessible and helpful.

We have extensive VRBO rental experience and having done so across the country. We had mixed feelings about this experience .The house is great. Perfect size , layout is great, rooms are spacious and furnishings are stylish and comfortable . Bedrooms are generous size with comfortable beds. Dan was very nice and very easy to work with ... but There was a storm a few weeks prior to our visit , the house wasn’t prepared for our visit. The patio was not cleaned, swept or presentable. The patio furniture was dirty with roofing material (mentioned we could clean off) and we found pieces glass on the patio as well. The patio door was broken (fixed during our stay) The bungee wire / rope holding up the pergola, makes the whole area less than inviting, potentially dangerous?? We did have a few issues with some features. Woken up by workers day 1 Maybe it is early in the season, while I appreciate that you showed us where the patio/ pool cushions were located, it would have been more inviting if you had taken the time to prepare the outside area (one main reason we rented $$$ the house ) Understood that it has been unseasonably chilly for your area, still warmer than home. However, the pool area should have been prepared for our use. Perhaps you might consider specifically mentioning the hot tub doesn’t work, as it is a clear feature in the photos (even though not listed as an amenity) It was a major factor in the rental.Even though you had some reviews, it seems like we were your first guests : not a lot of typical rental amenities. We had to ration Toilet paper :-(The Kitchen : is extremely sparse. Most cabinets bare. Very difficult to prepare a meal (the main reason for a house rental with a family) You may want to label switches for guests to know what turn what on (we always find this helpful) especially in the kitchen ie... garbage disposal, overhead lights etc... Difficulty in finding light switches that turn on lights throughout house : most bedroom light switches do not turn anything on and or missing bulbs.Patio sitting area outside bedroom 4 (potential to be cute, but furniture is extremely rusted and would potentially cut you if you sat on it ) With ALL OF THESE THINGS FIXED and the kitchen better stocked for use , this rental would be great !!

Lots of room for all of us to spread out or hang out together by the fireplace (Yes fireplace....we were in Oklahoma over an ice storm) but the pool looked inviting for next time ;) Kitchen is huge and back yard was beautiful. Dan was AMAZING! We got in very late and he made arrangements for us to gain access to the house very easily. Lights were on and house was ready for us to drop our bags and get some sleep. Due to the weather, we stayed at the house most of the time and it became more and more like home. Dan was wonderful in communicating with us over our stay. He came by to make sure we were all settled in and checked to see if we needed anything. My family gathered at Dan's house in Norman for a OU parent's weekend last weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is large and well stocked. The location was in a really nice area and easy access to everything we needed. Even has a pool. My favorite thing was the huge cozy living room and giant TV!

Worked out perfect for relaxing on the back patio had friends over for a lunch and everything was great
