We loved this place, it was situated in an area with restaurants, grocery store, and an easy walk to most places! It was clean and nicely furnished! Would definitely stay here on future trips!

We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The apartment is located in the city center conveniently located and within walking distance to most Dublin attractions and restaurants. We were also able to be comfortable and watch movies at night after long days of exploring. We will be back!

My husband and I and a friend couple spent a week in Dublin prior to heading to Scotland for The Open. Great location within walking distance of sights, activities, restaurants (wonderful area practically across the street near the Jameson Distillery), and sundries. Host was great at communicating pre-trip and during as needed. We had a great experience here!

We had a very nice stay in this comfortable two bedroom appartment! Bernadette’s communication about how to enter the appartment was very good. The appartment is near the city centre, so you want to go there, you have to walk 15-20 minutes, take a bus or taxi, or: use the DublinBikes… In Holland we use our bikes almost every day, it wasn’t a problem at all to use these bikes. The app is also very easy to use. We visited the Dublin Botanic Gardens for example, no problem at all, except the traffic on the left side of the road :-)) The new Lidl supermarket is just round the corner and sells everything you need. Use Google Maps to locate it. Of you want to stay in Dublin for a week or so, we can recommend this appartment!

We really enjoyed Bernadette’s flat in Dublin. It took us only 15-20 minutes to walk to the Temple Bar district which was instant entertainment. And only a few minutes to walk to the Jameson Distillery whose tour we enjoyed – and whose product we continued to enjoy! We liked having everything on one floor, having a place to sit outside (when the weather cooperated), having Netflix (we didn’t use the apple plus also provided), a reliable wifi, multiple grocery stores within walking distance, the surprise of extra plug converters for us to use, and the welcome basket of treats and information. Bernadette’s organization and prompt communications with us before, during, and after our stay were outstanding. For example, she tested a WhatsApp connection with us beforehand to ensure the lines of communication were open. Also of note, when we left 2 items behind, she found a way to get them to our next location within the 2 days needed! Amazing warmth and care.

My friend and I had planned this trip nearly a full year ahead and were incredibly excited for it. We did very little actual research in terms of the location of everything but genuinely lucked out by booking this place. Its location is phenomenal, within a very easy walking distance to the temple bar side of Dublin with many great pubs even closer. Bernadette was an incredible host who was very informative and great at responding to any questions we had including making suggestions for day trips that we never would have even known about otherwise. The place itself was immaculate, bedrooms were very nice and the living room area was a great size with all the amenities if you chose to cook some meals yourself. I cannot stress enough how incredible of a time myself and my friend had and to both our surprises how much of a role this place played in enhancing our experiences.

What a wonderful apartment to stay whilst in Dublin. The apartment is spotless, warm and cosy. It is peaceful with no noise around. The beds are really comfortable, plenty of hot water, and lovely bedding and towels. There was also a hamper left for us with basic items for when we arrived. Bernadette was the perfect host, who has everything you would need in the apartment, and her communication was wonderful. We will be back at some. point, and will not hesitate to stay at the Hardwicke. Thank you very much Bernadette. Diane & family.

Beautiful apartment which had everything we needed and more !! We had a wonderful time in wet and cold Dublin ... but that just added to the Irish experience !! Also ... only a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar and 10 minute walk to Hop On buses etc !! We LOVED our stay in such a stylish & cosy apartment !! This was an amazing property. It was beautiful, well equipped in the kitchen. Had combo washer/dryer which one of us used. It was well located and we could walk places, plus there were 2 Hop On/Hop Off stops near the property. We couldn't have been more pleased. There was a grocery store nearby as well. Just a great place and brilliant stay!

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. Bernadette is excellent at communicating and answering questions. She met us at the airport to give us the keys, etc.. There is everything you could ask for in the apartment, with a nice view of the rooftops of Dublin. The beds are comfortable and the living room is a nice place to relax. There is a big Lidl grocery store and a great neighbourhood pub, Cobblestones, just a block and a bit away. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Very comfortable w 3 adults. Bernadette even had milk and juice for us. Close to everything. Building was nice. Quiet. Enjoyed watching the birds as well.

We spent 4 nights at this property and were very pleased with our experience. Bernadette is an excellent host. The place is clean, with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. The building is quiet and around the corner from a very well known local pub. Shopping and restaurant options are short walk away. If you are looking for a place to stay while taking in the sights of Dublin I highly recommend this place.

Bernadette's flat is a cozy spot. Just right for the 4 of us on holiday. Easy distance to the local markets; not far from area attractions. We had a great time exploring the area. Bernadette is a gracious hostess. She was thorough in her briefing before we arrived - helped us with directions and getting around town - and when we arrived - how things operated in the apartment. If we come back to Dublin, we would love to stay here again.

This was a perfect location to visit Dublin by walking! Everything of interest for us was close from exhibitions such as Seamus Heaney at the Bank of Ireland and Yeats at the National Library to the Abbey Theatre and National Concert Hall. Neighborhood pubs, 5 minutes to the Liffey. Our host Barnadette Moran is kind, thoughtful, patient, so cheery and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. I wouldn't even consider another spot.

Our experience with this place was great ,thanks to Bernadette .She though of every little detail from leaving us some basic groceries to having umbrellas to use for rainy days.Made our vacation relax and smooth.Highly recommend this place if visiting Dublin.

Dublin is a great city and Bernadette is a great host. The flat was ready on arrival, clean with fresh towels and linens. She even included some items to get us started- tea, coffee, snacks. The flat is in a great area, just around the corner from Jameson Distillery on Smithfield Square, which is a terrific area for groceries, some nice restaurants and great pubs (try Cobblestone for some authentic Irish music and a few pints). An easy stroll, or short city train ride, to Dublin Center and lots of great attractions. We loved the city and the people. We always felt safe and comfortable in the flat and it is well appointed and furnished. Bernadette helped to make our stay in Dublin memorable.

The apartment is much bigger than the pictures show, well furnished and very convenient to all the major attractions in Dublin. Close to at least 3 grocery stores, pubs and restaurants. Also 2 minutes from main Dublin Bus stop. We were able to walk to all attractions. The owners also had stocked some essentials for the 1st day which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend for couples or families

Clean, well appointed apartment. We walked everywhere never bothering with public transport. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 to 30 minute easy walk with lots of intersting sights along the way and this is coming from Californians who never walk anywhere. Bernadette was out of town but took the trouble of sending her lovely friend Emma to great us. Also providing us with some goodies to start our stay. Our first trip to Ireland and we loved every minute of it.

This apartment is perfectly situated to tour Dublin. You can walk to most sites easily or just step outside to catch the bus. The pictures are very reflective of the apartment. The chairs are so cozy and comfortable to relax in after a long day of walking Dublin's streets. Bernadette was so great to communicate with and even took time to help us get around while the Pope was here. So many streets closed and she kept us informed and gave us links to help us. If I get the opportunity to return to Dublin this would be the first place I would book! Thanks Bernadette!!!

Bernadette was a lovely host, quick to respond to questions, met us in person at the flat, and was helpful in every aspect. The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to so many of the major sites, and a great square containing restaurants, grocery, coffee, etc. just five minutes away by foot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you!

The accommodations were exactly as presented in the profile. It was a cute 2 bedroom apartment that was clean and well furnished. The apartment was within walking distance to several attractions but was nice and quiet at night. The owner was very hospitable and greeted us and was so kind to show us everything in the apartment, how to get to places and even stocked the refrigerator with some milk and orange juice. Definitely would look into staying at this place again if we decide to go back to Dublin. .

We stayed 3 nights here. Bernadette greeted us on arrival. Everything was well done. She even had treats for us. The flat is close enough to walk to many areas as well as use public transport. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Many pluses. Bernadette is an amazing host and went far out of her way to make us comfortable during a rare heat wave. The apartment has easy access to public transport and a cute grocery store and is an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is well equipped if you cook. Our only concerns were the nighttime noise, as it is a family complex in the city, and the mattresses and pillows are harder than most Americans are used to, which is common all over Europe. Amazing host. Great location. Thank you Bernadette!

A very comfortable, clean apartment. Only complaint was the noise from renovations in a nearby unit. A relatively short walk to the tourist area.

The property was amazing! Had everything you could want with a great location just north of the City Centre. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner was so helpful with information and so easy to communicate with. She allowed us to drop our bags off at the apartment after we landed at the airport so we could start sight seeing right away! It was such a beautiful apartment and decorated immaculately! We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties in both the UK and the USA and they have all been great, but this one was the best!
