Le week-end ensoleillé, la place se remplit de gens qui jouent à la pétanque. Très charmant.
Sur la place, il y a un pub anglais traditionnel qui sert de la nourriture et des boissons.
Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité immédiate.
Il n'est qu'à 4 minutes à pied de la station de métro Kennington et à 2 arrêts du West End.
De cette station de métro, il y a de bonnes liaisons avec toutes les parties de la ville. Il y a plusieurs arrêts de bus à moins de 2 minutes à pied et ceux-ci desservent tous les quartiers de la ville. La gare routière / ferroviaire / métro de Vauxhall est également à 10 minutes à pied et d'ici vous pouvez vous rendre à peu près partout dans la ville ... ou même en sortir.

Very nice place and close to restaurants, pubs, grocery store. Walking distance to the tube. We also walked to central London. Very comfortable place. Love the deck on the front of the flat.

We spent a 4-day vacation in the flat and enjoyed the neighborhood with very conveniently located restaurants and shops and close access on the Underground to anywhere in London. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and newly renovated bath room. Our host was very quick to answer any questions that we had before and during our trip. During the sunny days that we had, we were able to cook breakfast and sit on the large porch in the quiet morning in the middle of Kennington and then head off for our different excursions.
Because it is a small one-bedroom flat, there is no room to put luggage nor clothing taken out of the luggage. So one just needs to be well organized and keep things in their place so that you can walk around in the flat. Although we were not able to get the guest access to Netflix to connect, we were able to screencast from our phones and enjoyed watching a movie that way in the comfortable living room.
We'd definitely stay there again if we were back in London!

Excellent location for tube and travel in London. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby. Host very responsive. Needs better lighting. We really enjoyed our time there.

directions not the best. couldn’t access the unit, as password to security box did not work . tried unsuccessfully for 3 hrs. could not contact host. who wasnt even there to meet us as didn’t have WIFI. Paid up front for 7 days had to find alternative accommodation. We were two woman in middle 70s. as to getting to first floor steep cement winding stairs which were not good. we booked and paid last year. I think we are entitled to reimbursement. Not good enough. The host needs to amend his directions and also state condition of access to stairs, ok if 20/30 of age.
I will be persuing this matter further when Return
home. I have used Stayz before and had no problems. It was a very stressful situation for myself & sister.
I would like your feedback on what I need to do next for refund.

I've stayed at this apartment on several occasions now and never been disappointed.
Great location with excellent bus links to the centre of London. Close to the tube but I found the bus met all of my needs.
Nice pub across the road. Close to good restaurants.

Location was brilliant. Property is within easy walking distance to Kennington tube station and there are bus options close by. There is a full-sized Tesco supermarket about a 5 min walk away, a Tesco Express really close by and also different eating options in the area. There are also a number of pubs to choose from with the Doghouse and Prince of Wales being our faves. The property itself is clean and roomy and cooking equipment and some food staples are provided. The shower is excellent and the heated towel rack a treat. Radiators kept the flat nice and cosy and the bed was comfy. We had no issues during our stay and the instructions provided for accessing the property and using equipment were easy to follow. We really enjoyed staying here and would book again.

We spent a lovely week in Stephane's flat in Kennington. It is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to cook a light meal, especially with Tesco only a short walk away. There are great pubs and a Chinese restaurant right around the corner. Just a couple of blocks away is the Kennington tube station where you can easily connect to anywhere in central London. The walk through Cleaver Square was a joy with all of the Christmas decorations.
Stephane was a joy to work with. He is always readily available to answer any questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which had everything we needed. The place was immaculately clean and the bedding so crisp. Convenient to Kennington station which is only a couple of stops to many attractions. It’s very walkable as well if you don’t mind about a half a hour stroll.
The only issue I had was finding the key locker because the box is black on a black wall and I arrived at night. A quick phone call to Stephane who was most helpful and patient fixed it in no time.
Highly recommended if you don’t want to stay in a hotel in London.

Stayed about a week over Thanksgiving 2023. Super cute apartment, smallish, but we fit two adults and a teen just fine. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, especially pubs. Seriously, there must be five pubs in less than a quarter-mile radius. Highly recommend the Prince of Wales pub out of all of them. Easy access to the Kennington underground station, which pretty much takes you anywhere. Downsides - the apartment is a bit dark; could use some better lighting, and there was some noise from the neighbors, hammering like they were doing renovations but at weird hours. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Stephane was quick to respond to questions and had clear instructions.

We loved this flat! The location to tube and train stations are within walking distance, pubs, food stores close by, very quite and safe neighborhood. The flat its self is updated and comfortable. Being from Florida, I was worried we would be cold, but the radiator heating was great, and the bed was cozy. Great communication with Stephen. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The property was nice, just a bit smaller than the pics on the website. We did not receive any "House Notes" until after we were in the property, owner said it was a mistake by VRBO. Great location, easy to walk to a lof of sites and really easy to get the Underground. Our only real complaints are there were only two towels, NO hand-towels, washcloths, paper towels. The shower was nice but was very slippery so we used one of the three kitchen towels we found (after asking the owner if there were any other towels other than a bath towel available) as a non-slip mat in the shower and another one as a shower mat when you step out of the shower. For the price of the flat, PLEASE include more towels... they don't cost much and make a huge difference. Overall, we had a good stay.

We stayed here in London for five days on our first trip to Europe. The flat is very close to pubs, transportation and the tube. It was very easy to get around and had all of the things that we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent and he helped provide assistance with transportation and what to see. The stairs getting to the flat are a little awkward, but that's not really the owner's fault. We would stay again.

My husband, 10 year old son and I very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It's a great size for a family of three and well- located close to the tube for easy exploration. There are also several lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a quick walk. The place was lovely - well- decorated, comfortable and clean. Stephane is very responsive for any needs/ questions. Highly recommend.

A perfectly lovely, spotlessly clean and ample flat fir 2 with all the equipment necessary. Close to historic Princes Sq and Charlie Chaplins house around the corner. About a 6 minute walk from Kenningyon tube with 2 supermarkets close by. If you enjoy Korean food check out Daebak at Vauxhall worth the 9 minute walk and the inevitable wait for a table.

This property is adorable, well decorated, well appointed and lovely. It’s 0.3 mi from the closest rail station which was perfect for exploring, and it’s right next to a super cool pub in case you don’t feel like going too far for food! The host wrote up incredibly thorough check in instructions and was timely with communication. It was a comfortable and lovely stay, I’d happily come back here in the future.

This is a nice quiet location, a few minutes walk to Kennington underground station. Check in was very easy and it's a nice cosy flat. Two tescos only a few minutes walk away, my only negative on the flat was the cleanliness of it was a let down. Cutlery not cleaned properly and body hair let in the shower.

North American travellers be warned, this is a very small flat. However, it contains everything you need and has a lovely little green space out front to enjoy. Stylish, comfortable; close to downtown London
This charming flat is only a short walk from the Kennington tube station, and three stops from Central London. The terrace is lovely and kitchen well equipped. The flat looks exactly like the pictures except they've added pretty wallpaper. Nice pubs and Cafe 303 coffee shop are nearby as well as several small groceries. Fantastic place to stay!
