The flatiron was perfect! It looked just like the pictures. Airy and beautiful. Everything was Charming and the ocean views from kitchen, bedroom and both balconies were stunning! Our Hosts were super helpful and very attentive. Paola and Adele arranged private transfers, provided details for eating out, shopping, transportation and hiking the Path of the gods. And booked a Capri tour that with a local skipper. They made our trip to Amalfi so easy and enjoyable. We enjoyed how quiet the town was. And will come back and stay again next year. We have new friends in Praiano!

We cannot say enough about our wonderful our stay at Flatiron in Praiano. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well-stocked with all the necessities and the view is breathtaking! It is centrally located both on the mountain and in the town to easily navigate the area. There is a small local grocery store almost at the door, two very nice restaurants- one across the street and one around the corner- other delicious restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking, a bus stop approximately 35 feet from the door, and a wonderful scooter rental place 150 yards up the street. Paola, Rosa and Adele are the most thoughtful, kind, and helpful hosts that we have ever encountered in our travels. They do not hesitate to help make your stay memorable! We had a lovely time in Praiano. The rental unit was clean and very comfortable. Since we like to cook, having a fully equipped kitchen was important to us and it was. We are in our sixties, so only having one flight of stairs was nice too. We've traveled all over Europe, the U.S. and New Zealand and this was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed.

Excellent location right in central Praiano, Restaurants,bars and shops less than 50 yards away. Friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts are outstanding! The view from the Veranda is world class, the rooftop view and space absolutely fantastic! Thank you to Adele for your joyful, welcoming and happy introducing the area. Beware of driving conditions and regulations in the area: You won't be able to drive a car every day; Happy Scootering solves it perfectly! (Scooters also just up the street). We loved everything! Thank you for excellent olive oil, water bottle, prosecco and limoncello!Thank you for the multitude of towels, the beautiful bathroom and your kind advice on getting around.

This is the closest place to heaven that one can get. We stayed 2 weeks in this incredible apartment with Adele and her sisters as our angels. This marked every box that we have for staying anywhere on the Amalfi coast (and some we hadn't even thought of). Adele was beyond helpful on providing any information that we needed and could not have been sweeter. We asked for help in getting a last minute tour of the Marisa Cuomo Winery and lunch with wine tasting at Bacco restaurant in Furore which Adele was able to do. The gift of Prosecco, delicious homemade spaghetti sauce and limoncello were so special. I challenge anyone to stay here and leave without planning their return. Grazie Mille Adele and sisters!

Perfect stay on the Amalfi Coast! The flat could not have been anymore wonderful! Everything was just perfect! Adele is so special!

We truly enjoyed our experience at this apartment in Praiano! From the day we booked, Adele communicated with us and was available if we had any questions. The apartment is exactly as pictured with spectacular views! We rented a car and Adele was able to confirm a parking spot for us in town. Adele met us upon arrival and spent a few minutes with us going over how to navigate public transport and gave fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the area. Staying in Praiano we were able to easily get around and we’re conveniently located across from a grocery, etc. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Difficult to put into words the amazing hospitality and attentiveness of owners, location of home and cleanliness and details put into every room. So thrilled we stayed in Praiano when visiting the Amalfi coast but this house specifically was PERFECT!! Hard to believe perfect reviews but trust me every person before us that said it was amazing was 100% honest!! We are already planning another trip for next year and will never consider staying anywhere except for right here hosted by Adele (best host ever bless her) and her sisters! ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay at Flatiron 1 was the absolute best. Photos do not even begin to show the beauty of Praiano. The apartment was perfect in terms of size and location. Restaurants, grocery etc directly out our door. It was a dream come true. The best part was Adele. She was so accommodating, kind and generous with her time and gifts...a friend for life. This is definitely the unit to book!!

This vacation home surpassed all of our expectations for the week that we booked. From the minute I saw the pics online I knew I wouldn't want to leave once we got there. We felt like we had stepped back in time to a magical place filled with all sorts of things to discover. Praiano is all vertical so be prepared because you will need to be able to do stairs and lots of walking. But we wouldn't want it any other way. We immersed ourselves into the culture and the people as much as we could and what an experience it was! The grocery store is literally outside the front door so you never need to go far for a meal. Don't miss out on the amazing pizza at la morresa across the street. Watch the yachts sail by from morning to evening and wonder if some movie star just floated by. In fact we found an app that can tell you just that called vessel finder. My husband loved that. We walked part of the Path of the Gods for a bird's eye view of Positano and came across a man and his horse way up there! We booked Sergio's cooking experience and can't wait to make our own pasta. We dozed off while watching the boats go by outside our bedroom window. We loved watching the sun go down from our very own rooftop balcony. We walked from one end of town to the other countless times and never got tired of the scenery. Then we would come back to our little piece of heaven that Adele and her sisters provided for us. They were always available, always friendly, always concerned that we were taken care of. We came home one night to find that they had left us a bottle of homemade spaghetti sauce! And sent us off with a bottle of limoncello to remember our wonderful experience. We will never forget their kindness and hospitality on this 30th anniversary/ honeymoon! We hope to come back here again because we will never stay in Positano or anywhere else after this experience. Don't change anything about your home... it's perfect! Thank you Adelle and sisters! Beautiful apartment, great location and a wonderful hostess! Adele was absolutely amazing with all her helpful information; everything from how to pay a parking ticket to restaurants selections. All the wonderful reviews regarding Adele and this apartment helped us select this property for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We will be forever connected to Adele on this date.

We were thrilled with our choice to rent from Adele and her sisters! Adele was there to greet us at check-In and provided us a lot of great info, not to mention Prosecco! The apartment was just as listed and the views even better than the pictures online. The apartment was very well equipped and within steps of a market, bus stop and a restaurant . We were able to easily catch buses to Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi. Adele was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment or others by Adele and her sisters and hope to get back there one day!

Adele was exceptional in making our stay a dream. The apartment included everything we needed....and we love to cook! The multiple balconies provided enchanting views... the bus stop at your door, an excellent alimentari across the road, a fantastic restaurant steps away.. parking arranged and a trip to Capri with door to door service all organised... a wonderful stay in Praiano. Flatiron 1 Sosare deserves all its accolades! Will recommend!

First I have to say Adele was the perfect host and was a great help during our entire stay. The apartment is well located and very close to restaurants and groceries. There are two big balconies to relax and enjoy the views. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Location is great as you are a little bit out of the busy parts and have easy access to buses and other transportation if needed.It is just a short bus ride to Amalfi or Positano. My wife and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi coast.

As all the reviews mentioned, the apartment was incredibly clean, well stocked, the market next door was perfect and the bus stop could not have been easier to use. Adele was as welcoming and helpful as everyone promised. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else but Praiano. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio. Heaven!

We based our decision on where to stay on previous reviews. The apartment was all that and more. Renovated by a true craftsman it was a treat to come back to everyday. The location was close to everything we wanted to experience and the deck was a beautiful place to just relax. Adela was there to meet us at check in and explain everything we needed to know. Awaiting us were fresh tomatoes, basil and Prosecco. The kitchen is nicely stocked and a little store is steps away. You will love the sounds of Italian life outside your windows. Adela was also available by What’s App for any questions or advice. The sisters are charming, sweet and pros at helping arrange a perfect vacation. We rented their car and had a wonderful drive to Ravello. We had a perfect dinner at Kasai which is a do not miss. We were truely treated like family and were sad to say goodbye. Bring your walking shoes and your appetite you will not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time staying here for 6 nights on our honeymoon. Adele helped us set up transportation from Naples as well as transport to our next destination on the other side of Italy! We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco, fresh vegetables from Adele’s garden and a gorgeous property. The grocery store and many great restaurants are only feet away from the front door. Truly an amazing experience, don’t miss out!

From the prosecco upon arrival, to the specially supplied yoga mat for my stay - Adele was an amazing host! I wish I could stay longer in this perfect apartment. You can walk to an incredible beach, are steps away from the small grocery store and amazing restaurants. Praiano is perfectly situated on the amalfi coast. Adele even helped us to park and set up a tour of Capri! The view of the ocean is incredible. I can’t wait to return!

We had a five day break at this wonderful place after a hectic ten days visiting Florence and Rome. It’s a truly wonderful place to stay with friendly owners ( particularly Adele) who are there for your every need. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and the people are so friendly. We will defiantly return.

The view from both balconies was exceptional. You could watch the boats on the sea or the view of the mountains. It was lovely to walk in the village and all the local people wish you "buon Giorno ". Adele was extremely welcoming and informative about the local area. She organised boat trips and taxi transfers to and from the airport. The flat is in a fantastic position in the village and a great base to tour the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in flat one and cannot wait to return.

This apartment is located just steps away from a supermarket and restaurant with a bus stop just outside the door so the location is excellent. Views from the 2 terraces are amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The owner Adele isvery welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

We recently spent a delightful week in the Flatiron 1. This apartment was everything we could have wanted for our first trip to the Amalfi Coast. The views from the apartment are truly stunning. We particularly loved having a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need during your stay. Adele and Michela met us at the apartment and took the time to show us how everything worked-including how to use the Italian coffee pot (which we came to love.) They also took the time to help us understand the local transportation systems and recommendations for dining. Adele is a lovely person and such a great help prior to and during our visit. She arranged for the car service to pick us up and return us to Naples. She even managed to arrange a reservation for us at Da Adolfo-which is a difficult task. She always responded to any questions/needs we had. The apartment is close to the Marina di Praia beach-we loved the walk to the beach on the Via Gianni. It was truly charming and beautiful. Also be sure to do the Path of the Gods hike. It was a bit challenging but was a highlight of our visit. The apartment is across the street from a small grocery that has all the supplies you will need and is within easy walking distance to several good restaurants including Kasai and M'ama. I would highly recommend Flatiron if you are planning a visit to the Amalfi Coast.

My wife and I spent 5 perfect nights in Flat Iron #1 for our honeymoon. The apartment itself is incredible. If you're spending any amount of time in the Amalfi Coast, this is a must see property. The space, privacy, amenities and views cannot be matched. I'm an experienced traveler, and I was blown away with the sheer craftsmanship that went into this apartment. Are there very solid hotels in Praiano? Yes, but not of this quality or privacy (especially for the price). Every hotel in Italy provides something for breakfast, but I loved cooking my wife breakfast everyday and making our own coffee while enjoying one of two private balconies overlooking the coast. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need for making breakfast lunch and dinner with modern features like a great dishwasher. Let's be real: when you go to Italy in the summer, you will sweat nonstop and the wash machine is beyond great. We spent three days in Rome (where we walked 30 miles total in August) before coming to Praiano, so the wash machine was great. If you stay in Rome or wherever, I would actually recommend repacking your bags and asking your hotel or luggage service to hold onto your "check" bag and only bringing carry on luggage for the journey to the coast. This goes double if you're travelling on trains and public buses. I will say if you are in shape and open to travelling like a real Italian, go that route and save a ton of money. If you value comfort and not dealing with logistics, let Adele arrange a private car to taxi you right to the front door (which she can do from Naples which is an easy train ride from Rome). The real reason you should stay here is Adele and her family. She treated us like family. She booked front row chairs for us at One Fire beach club in Praiano (probably one of our most fun days on the AC), the best full day group boat tour of Capri (for a great price), and answered every question. We literally would just text her and she saw to everything (plus she speaks English better than I do probably.) Honestly, her family puts a ton of thought into your stay, and we cannot thank her enough. She picked us up from the bus stop in her own car on arrival & helped us get to our right bus stop on departure. Praiano is the PERFECT town to stay to enjoy Positano, Amalfi, Capri & Ravello. My last comment is just a thank you to Adele and the Sosore...we were sad to leave but we look forward to making more memories at Flat Iron #1.

We booked Flatiron 1 apartment for our Honeymoon. Right from day one we had great communication with the lovely Italian Sisters, who were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We hired a small car from the Napoli airport and the parking at the apartment was sorted for us on our arrival which was a very short walk from Flatiron 1 apartment. We were greeted by the sisters, they helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment, it was very clean. We were blown away by the views and the apartment, it was in the best location with a well stocked grocery/ shop just across the road with a restaurant above, one of many restaurants. They have thought of everything in the apartment, we even got beach towels. You can catch small buses from outside the apartment too which will take you anywhere along the Amalfi coast. One of the sisters Adele was in contact checking we were ok, her English is fantastic which made us quite lazy with talking Italian! She was such good fun had a great sense of humour and very thoughtful. 😍� We visited Amalfi / Ravello / Positano / Capri / Cetara and Sorrento in the nine days we stayed at Flatiron 1. We walked part of the path of gods which you can access in Praiano, lots of steps but well worth it for the views. Out of all the restaurants we tried we really liked Kasai, it's just up the road from Flatiron, the food and service was brilliant. We would 100% recommend this property to family and friends. We had a wonderful visit to the Amalfi Coast sites from our Praiano apartment. Well located with a beautiful view from our terraces. Walking distance to market and wonderful dining locations. Our hosts, Adele and her sisters, were most attentive to our needs, provided needed details for maneuvering to the sites, and were enjoyable to talk to! Their recommendations were perfect for our needs, especially the private boat tour to and from Capri. The apartment was more than comfortable, fully equipped and reflected their father's skilled craftsmanship. A perfect way to enjoy the Amalfi Coast.

Sosore is a fantastic gem. We really enjoyed meeting Adele and her sisters, and we felt very much at home in their flat on the cliff, overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Amalfi coast. Their place is located in a charming part of Praiano, the town just next to busy Positano. And from there, we found plenty of warm smiles, beautiful vistas, and access to all of Amalfi that you could want. I'd definitely recommend this place, especially to my friends.
