The location was fantastic, a short walk to the ruins with lots of amazing places to eat nearby! Breakfast was plentiful and Maria and Nicoletta were great hosts. We loved the shutters that could be controlled from inside the room, making it completely dark, and allowing for a restful sleep. The building we were in felt secure with keycard access.

The beds were not the most comfortable with itchy thin sheets, the bottom kept sliding off the mattress and the top had a small hole and was not the warmest. We were upgraded for free to the suite with a Jacuzzi tub but the jets were not clean so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Whilst the building was mostly secure, the door which led to our suite and the one next door was often left open and didn't feel very safe. Breakfast would have been better had there been other options than just sweet and sugar pastries such as a plain croissant/fruits but overall was nice and it was great we were allowed to take some leftovers with us.

The room has everything you need and it is very comfortable! Perfect for some nights in Pompei! The property manager took care of us from the first moment we entered the place. She was also able to advance breakfast time in the same morning (I did not realize the day before that breakfast started only at 08.30 but we needed to be at the ruins at 09.00). Very fast in replying to messages!! She took care of our luggages the day after. Very recommended!

I had an absolute lovely time staying here during my travels. As a solo female traveler I always read all reviews to find the friendliest and safest places of course, and Maison De Lux was awesome! It’s in a very safe area, I was happy wandering around on my own, and Nicoletta really knows how to look after her guests. The breakfast as everyone said - is out of this world and I got packed lunches each day for exploring. The room was spotless, fresh towels every day and I got an amazing spa bath in my room that was a highlight! Nothing was too much trouble - I had to complete some writing work and they got me a kettle and tea in my room (essential for me being from England!!) Maria answers all questions immediately - and when I got locked out one day, the were there in minutes to help me! I highly recommend if you want to feel truly looked after during your stay!

I might have gained a few pounds from all the lovely grub - I don’t normally eat breakfast but I couldn’t resist!

El desayuno es magnífico, y lo que no consumas lo puedes llevar para consumir durante el resto del día. Seleccioné Maison de Luxe en parte por el desayuno. También la hora de check-in (más temprano que otros lugares en Pompeya) fue un factor para seleccionar este hotel. La atención del personal es inmejorable, te hace sentir como en casa.

Overwhelmed breakfast! Salad, eggs, meet product, and many kind of bread, as well as cappuccino. They try the best to serve guests happy. The location, close to train station and short cut to archeological park Pompeii .

Tanto María como el personal fueron súper amables y atentas en todo momento. La habitación limpísima y muy amplia, con almacenaje y servicios como secador, champú, gel... La nuestra tenía un balcón con persiana que aislaba bien del ruido de la calle. La ubicación es perfecta. En el desayuno te ponen tanto que es imposible acabárselo, pero ellas te permiten llevarte todo lo que sobra en bolsitas para poder consumirlo durante el día (el que incluyan fruta es un gran acierto que se distingue de otros alojamientos donde solo ponen dulces). María estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento, incluso con detalles como un paraguas y alcanzarnos en coche a una excursión porque llegábamos tarde. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Por poner una posible mejora, la habitación no se encuentra aislada con respecto a la recepción y si hay ruido o personas hablando se escucha bastante. La primera noche un ruido que creemos que venía de las tuberías nos perturbó un poco el sueño. Es algo que podría mejorarse pero es solo un detalle, repetiríamos la estancia seguro.

Camera molto carina, personale super cordiale! Gentilissimi, davvero. Inoltre, posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere la stazione che il centro e gli scavi, e colazione varia e abbondante, i cui avanzi puoi portare con te, quindi nessun spreco!

スタッフが優しくてとても親切でした 到着すると私達のためにカフェラテを入れてくれ、子供達の為ににジュースやフルーツお菓子など出してくれました。お部屋も綺麗でとても可愛かったです。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。朝食の残りでサンドイッチを作ることを、スタッフの彼女は勧めてくれて、それが私達のランチにもなりとても助かりました。素敵な宿。皆様におすすめします。
