MAJESTIC PARADISE II Luxury living in Truman Annex. Downtown, pool, 2 blks
En vedette dans la maison de la semaine Key West Citizen. Emplacement parfait, et récemment rénové avec de la peinture fraîche, nouvelle cuisine avec appareils en acier inoxydable et dessus en granit. Nouveaux planchers de bois franc en bas et planchers de tuiles à l'étage, tous les nouveaux meubles et accessoires, et cour privée avec terrasse donnant sur un parc privé. Les 2 chambres sont à l'étage et ont chacune leur propre salle de bain privée. Lit queen dans la suite du propriétaire et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Les deux chambres ont un balcon privé. Le canapé du salon devient une reine. 1/2 salle de bain en bas dans le salon. WIFI gratuit et trois téléviseurs et chaîne stéréo. La cour extérieure est parfaite pour se détendre, vous ne voudrez pas entrer à l'intérieur. Aménagement paysager luxuriant. À quelques pas de la piscine chauffée. Vous êtes situé à 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street et la plage est au bout de la rue. Vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo à tout dans la vieille ville de Key West, y compris Mallory Square où des animations nocturnes "GRATUITES" sont fournies avant les célèbres couchers de soleil.
Le défilé Fantasy Fest se déroule devant la propriété pour que vous ayez des sièges au premier rang. Ft. Zachary Taylor est au bout de la rue et possède une plage impressionnante, parfaite pour la plongée en apnée et la pêche.

Our family came down to enjoy Lobster Fest. Everything was perfect- the condo was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Jim and Colleen were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right! We look forward to returning next summer!!

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a fantastic time in Key West. Lots to do and the property was centrally located so very easy to get to all the sites. Property was very relaxing after a day of site seeing, snorkeling, or shopping. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Thanks

Couple celebrating 40th wedding anniversary. Townhouse was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The added bonuses, in my mind, are the washer/dryer, the bicycles, the beach towels & coolers, and that it is conveniently located for walking to all of the sights. Lastly, our host was available for texts or calls and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

2 adults, infant, and 2 grandparents shared the townhouse. Ideal location for little ones as nearby the splashpad and community outdoor pool (heated). Incredible hosts who communicated well above and beyond to help us sort out the logistics. A++ people and house. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to Key West.

Very comfortable home, well appointed with everything needed - kitchen, beach towels and bags, coolers, 2 bikes. Location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be out of the fray, inside Truman Annex with easy access to the public beach. Owner extremely attentive and accessible. Wholeheartedly recommend!

The townhome was great, stocked much better than most we have stayed in. Owner was on top of communication the day before we left just to make sure we had all instructions needed. TH was very clean and comfortable. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. When leaving I left a credit card in the washing machine and owner called me and had the cleaning lady bring to the airport!! Awesome service! You won't be sorry, but very happy to stay here!

This property is in beautiful Truman Annex and location is everything. It is beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we encountered with the pool being too hot. We will return to this property again.

The property is clean, updated, and has everything you need for a great family vacation. Location is close to everywhere you want to be, but private at the same time. Jim and Colleen were very friendly and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. We hope to be back again soon!

A beautiful, well-maintained condo, it was an easy walk to Duval St, but far enough to have a quiet atmosphere. Communication with the owner was above and beyond what is expected and there were many extras included…like laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. pool was small and busy, but we got in easily. Parking spot was a little tough to locate initially and we had an issue with cars parking there a couple times, but cleared it up quickly. Condo was clean and pretty. Neighbors were quiet, except a nearby party group who was loud all night most of the week, but I think it was a fluke. The rest of the complex was very calm and serene. We didn’t want to leave! Will hopefully be back again soon!

We had an amazing week in the perfect location. The home is in the middle of everything and was a short walk or bike ride away. We did many of the recommended things to do and places to eat and was not disappointed one time. Jim was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

You cannot go wrong renting at the Truman Annex. We have stayed here many times and this particular properry was one of our favorites. Plus, the owners are very accommodating.

The property is just as pictured. The location is within walking distance to anything you would want to do. We were in contact with Jim, the owner, multiple times and he was very responsive. He also provided a list of restaurants that were spot on. The kitchen appeared to have anything you would need if you choose to cook. We love to walk so we choose up front to not rent a car. If you are there without a car but need miscellaneous supplies like a case of water, beer, food etc Publix does deliver to this townhouse. The trip was incredible. Thanks Jim for being a great host!

This property was everything we expected and then more. it was comfortable, plenty of room for visiting and the patio out back was an added surprise. The location to Duval Street was awesome and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Will definitely be staying at this property again when our travels bring us back to Key West. The property was exactly as described and worked out very well for us. You are right at the entrance of the Truman Annex. 1 Block North and you are at the Green Parrott - (one of my favorite bars in Key West). 2 Block North and you are on Duval Street. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. You have a very nice fenced in Patio but also 2 2nd Floor balconies off of each bedroom that were nice to sit out on and watch people and traffic come by. Would stay again.

The townhouse was great for our family of 6. The place was clean, had all the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The location was perfect - two blocks from Duval Street and a short bike ride to the beach Jim was a wonderful host. He provided activity and restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with, Would not hesitate to stay in any of Jim’s properties.
