Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due persone, la prima settimana di agosto. La casa è perfetta, estremamente funzionale, con tutto il necessario e tanto spazio a disposizione. Il terrazzo è un plus. Aspettare il tramonto guardando il passeggio e la gente che si ferma sui bastioni per fotografare, è stato un piacevole momento di calma serale. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata ma, se si aprono le finestre, si crea una piacevole corrente, così ci si può addormentare sentendo il rumore del mare e il chiacchierio di chi passeggia lungo i bastioni, si è all’interno della zona pedonale, quindi nessun rumore di motore che possa disturbare. La signora Annunziata che ci ha accolto, è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli su come muoverci, dove parcheggiare (non facile trovare parcheggi liberi ad Alghero!) e dove andare a fare bagni senza allontanarci troppo da Alghero. Quindi giudizio assolutamente positivo, la consiglio e se tornerò ad Alghero tornerò certamente qui.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Flair und tollen Details mit fantastischer Dach-Terrasse in hervorragender Altstadtlage. Perfekte West-Ausrichtung für den Sonnenuntergang vor dem Fenster. Dabei Anfang Oktober so ruhig, wie eine Altbau-Wohnung in der Innenstadt sein kann. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Weinbar. Erste Reihe am Wasser, nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Sauber, netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

We had a really enjoyable week. The view is fantastic and the sunsets some of the best we have ever seen. The property is set in the old town in a quiet area ,with pedestrian access at the front so no traffic. The old town is great to wander around the narrow streets with an excellent selection of places to eat. Many do traditional Sardinian food and I would recommend this. Luisa as a host was first class and very helpful . The apartment was very clean with pretty much every thing you need . Highlight for me was sitting on the terrace gazing out to sea . Shower was good , bed comfortable and to be honest the pictures probably do not do it justice. Whilst it does not have all mod cons that actually made a pleasant change.(Wifi was excellent) This apartment is very good value and we loved Alghero old town. Thank you Luisa

We spent a wonderful week in this fantastic apartment, enjoying the sight on the sea and the sunsets. Everything is absolutely like promised, and Alghero's old town (just beside) is really lovely. We really recommend this flat! The sea can be quite noisy, of cause... but that's the only noise you'll hear, the place is really quiet. Thank you very much!

The apartment was even nicer than the pictures and the location could not have been better. We had one issue with the intercom that must have been broken before we arrived and the property manager dealt with this by giving us the benefit of the doubt & refunding full deposit. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it

L'appartement est simple, fonctionnel et charmant à la fois. Au niveau des remparts, l'emplacement est parfait pour vivre au rythme des rues pavées d'alghero sans trop de bruit. Et le plus exceptionnel est la vue sur la mer tous les matins en ouvrant les volets. Terrasse incroyable ! Pour finir, échanges faciles et bonne organisation de la propriétaire. N'hésitez pas! Nous reviendrons.

Vado ad Alghero tutti gli anni perchè ho parenti. Dopo aver incontrato questa casa non ne vorró più altre: L’ho amata per i tramonti e la risacca del mare sotto la splendida terrazza. Inoltre è arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto ció che serve.

Beautiful attic apartment in the historic centre, so you don’t need a car for browsing the Alghero. You can’t park close to the building since it’s in zone limited for cars. Beautiful terrace with the large sunumbrella and comfort chairs. The view is superb, especially at sunset. The appartment is even more charming than in the pictures, I love the wooden ceiling. The sofabed is rather small for 2 adults, but for 2 kids is fine. Luisa responded in a minute on all our questions. We had a great time and would definitely come again.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole in questo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Ottima la posizione nell'area pedonale di Alghero. Il terrazzo regala tramonti difficili da dimenticare.

Lovely apartment photos don’t capture its fantastic outlook. Spacious and comfortable, nice for a couple or small family. Everything close enough like bread shop and supermarket make it possible to have some great breakfasts and lunches on the roof terrace. All equipment extremely clean and well designed, plenty of crockery,pans and everything required for cooking if you want to. Very peaceful with bedroom facing the sea. Will never forget the sunset just unbelievably beautiful. Such friendly host and people in Sardinia, would love to return in the future.

Cela la fait la troisième que nous revenons dans cette location avec autant de plaisir. L'emplacement est parfait et l'appartement convient idéalement pour des vacances.

Die Wohnung in Alghero liegt direkt auf der alten Stadtmauer und somit direkt am Meer. Damit einher geht hin und wieder ein recht merkbarer Wind. Die Ausrichtung des Balkons ist ideal, man hat m.o.w. den gesamten Tag Sonne. Durch die Lage in der historischen Altstadt sind Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt haben wir mit etwas umherfahren immer gefunden. Zur Wohnung läuft man dann ca. 10 Minuten. Gelernt haben wir, dass einige Parkplätze Anwohnern vorbehalten sind. Das Schild haben wir vor lauter Begeisterung über einen gefundenen freien Parkplatz übersehen und mit einem Lehrgeld von ca. 30 Euro in Form eines Tickets bezahlt. Dieses idealerweise innerhalb von 5 Tagen bei der Post bezahlen, ansonsten wird es teurer.

Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt im schönen Alghero sehr genossen. Wohnung im 2. Stock mit uneinsehbarer Dachterrasse. Terrasse und Schlafzimmer mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe bzw wenige Laufminuten entfernt. Für Einkäufe steht ein Einkaufsrollwagen zur Verfügung. Durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone kann natürlich nur außerhalb des Stadtkerns geparkt werden. Wir haben am gut beleuchteten Lungomare Dante geparkt, ca 8 Gehminuten (kostenlos bei weißer Markierung). Unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin Luisa (div. Sprachen) bzw der Schlüsselübergabe/Kaution mit Signora Annunziata (italienisch). Nächster Strand ca 20 Gehminuten. Zum viel schöneren Strand Maria Pia läuft man ca 35 Minuten.

This place met all our expectations. Perfect location in the old historic center on the pedestrian seawall. Close to very good restaurants, supermarket was a five minute walk. The apartment is spacious and allowed us to cook in and dine on the stunning terrace. This place has the ideal sunset viewing. We loved sleeping to the sound of waves. Very romantic getaway. Alghero is perfect for day trips to beaches and hiking. We are very happy with the whole experience here!

La posizione e l'affaccio dell'appartamento sono quanto di meglio ci si possa aspettare: vista stupenda sui bastioni di Alghero e sul mare, con grande terrazza per godersela. L'appartamento è perfetto, confortevole e dotato di tutte le comodità, incluso un collegamento wifi molto efficiente e veloce. Tutto questo vale di gran lunga l'unico inconveniente, cioè il parcheggio, che, per chi viene in auto, deve essere cercato ad una certa distanza, visto che la casa si trova in zona pedonale. Ma, come detto sopra, è un inconveniente che si accetta volentieri, vista l'eccellente posizione e il confort offerto. Proprietà disponibile, gentile e sollecita nei contatti.

We were overall very pleased with our recent stay in Alghero at this apartment. The location is great, just back from the sea on the western border of the "Centro Storico." It is on the top floor of a 3 floor building. There is not an elevator but for us that was not a problem. The apartment furnishings are somewhat spare but that is more than made up for by the location and the views, both from the terrace and the bedroom. The street below is closed to traffic except for a small number of service vehicles. It was very quiet while we were there in late April / early May. There are restaurants nearby that may be busier in the summer months but were not noisy during our stay. The bathroom was fine and the kitchen was adequately supplied with basic cooking essentials. The large bed was firm and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and the woman who met us with the keys and later reviewed the apartment at the time of our leaving was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

We spent 3 weeks in this pleasant top floor apartment. Good-quality furniture, airy and lots of room, everything is there you need, even a real Italian cafetiera which we appreciated very much. And the WIFI works impeccably. A pleasure is the large and private west facing terrace with spectacular sunsets over the sea and Capo Caccia. The house is quiet and the bed perfect, so no problem with getting one´s nightly sleep. The daily town market a short walk away offers a substantial selection of fresh local fruit and veg etc. Even 2 barracudas from a fish stand found their way in our frying pan. And the Delta supermarket, also quite near, sells great Sardinian sheep cheeses and has a remarkable choice of meat, also local lamb, and tasty Sardinian wines. The Girasol bar/café has fine filled typical Italian croissants, ideal for breakfast. We loved the walks along the promenade, you can walk for miles in either direction. And the local buses serve a good net, are cheap and reliable. The contact with the owner and housekeeper was very friendly and efficient, and we could warmly recommend this holiday apartment.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. On the edge of the old town on the old bastion. Everything you need is a short walk away. The view is fantastic and you can watch the sunset from the terrace. The appartment itself was exactly as advertised; authentic, private, clean, airco and good wifi. Highly recommended if you like authentic locations and you want to live like a 'real italian' during your holiday.

We found the apartment very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was probably the best we've ever slept in and the three air conditioning units kept us cool in the heat. The bath was large and the shower worked perfectly. The wi-fi was also excellent. The sunny terrace was also very spacious with fabulous views especially at sunset. Close to a great bar and very good restaurants, we certainly didn't struggle to find good food at reasonable prices. The old town is a delight to wander around and with good beaches not too far away this makes an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

Alghero is a small and lively seaside town, great fun to be in, even in August. It is enjoyable to walk around the old town, and go on boat trips, including to the ' Neptune cave' nearby. Having a gelato looking at the sea is a requirement. The apartment is in an excellent location, and is comfortably furnished, including enough kitchen equipment to cook if you want to. There is a great daily market about 5 minutes from the apartment. The terrace is superb, completely private and sunny. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back.
