Posiłki były bardzo dmaczne. Wszystko było świeże.

Akurat mój pokój był na końcu korytarza, przy drzwiach ( zejście na Basen i do stołówki) i było przez to dosyć głośno. Ake następnym razem po prostu poproszę o pokój w innej części hotel.

Mir hat die Familienfreundliche Atmosphäre sehr gefallen. Man hat sich sofort mit Kindern willkommen gefühlt. Kinder sind dort sehr gern gesehen und das spürt man sofort.

Gibt es nichts

Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Pool nicht überlaufen. Mitarbeiter trotz einiger Sprachprobleme freundlich und auf zack. Alles sehr unproblematisch.

Das Zimmer roch wie nach einem übertriebenem Einsatz von Desinfektionsmittel.

Abend essen war einigermaßen gut, Kinderspiel Bereich war auch ok.

Das Familien Zimmer war enttäuschend, das auszieh Sofa war voller Flecken. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man konnte sich einigermaßen gut verständigen. Die ruhige Lage, trotz Baustelle nebenan.

Die Sauberkeit im Wellnessbereich könnte besser sein, da lagen zum Teil Haare mindestens 2 Tage auf dem Fußboden. Der Weg zum Meer hätte besser ausgeschildert sein können.

Personal was very friendly. Pool was excellent.

The quality of meals (half board) shows potential for improvement. It doesn't happen to me that I wouldn't choose a meal for dinner, but I have to think these times. Dinner served from 4 to 7 p.m., but at 6 p.m. the choise of foot was limited.

Breakfast and pool.

Watch out; after your stay, you will be spammed every few days by them from day 1, and you have no way to opt-out. They will ignore any request to do so. Also, parking is paid and costly, which is a joke in such a location. No elevator.

Good diverse food, friendly and helpful staff, clean pool area and comfortable rooms, transfer to the beach (nice Polish grandpa driving)

Staff and facilities where great, everyone was very helpful and always engaging. The food was wonderful, the chef came out and spoke to my wife which showed the care they take. The swimming pool was clean and the steam room was in good condition.

The rooms where small, I was staying in a quadruple room which sleeps 4 people but with my two children we really didn't have much/any space to move around the room with the sofa bed folded out. We had to pay for parking which seemed odd considering the location of the hotel, this felt like an unnecessary cost.

The breakfast was wonderful. Very large selection and great flavors. The Amber Park salad served in the restaurant was a real taste sensation. The spa is very nice.

the transfer bus service finishes early, cannot take a dinner close to the beach.

Very nice, small hotel in a quite place - nothing disturbs or destructs you from your vacation :) Far from the busy roads and city life. Nature, birds singing and a lovely Baltic sea just around 10 min walk. Personnel is fantastic - Pani Yuliya from the restaurant - thank you for all you do :) Food is great! Wide variety, some special dinners from time to time - we managed to catch Greek food day and Polish as well :) Pool and sauna space - recommended - all you need and even more) Great attention paid to COVID situation and measures taken - it seems that hotel stuff really cares about you, well done!

Cleaning was on request - due to the COVID situation, if you need your room cleaned you better ask at the reception in order not to wait too long. Somehow we didn't get the full information about the hotel and its facilities - it was supposed to be translated on TV but not in our room (17 :)). So it was a little bit uncomfortable as we have to google it and ask the personnel ourselves, some info we missed at all - like the private beach and cocktail bar. So please pay attention to that. The rest was all good!
