This condo was fantastic as was the very quick communication with owner. There was a live band playing at the park so just open the windows and enjoy.

The property is fantastic!!! Loved the pool and views! Beds are comfy! Easy 10 min ride to Cedar Point! Mark was fantastic, responded quickly with any questions. He even drove 2 hours on a Sunday at 11pm when the fire alarm sensor went off!! Rockin good rental!

Easy to get over to Cedar point either other boat or a short drive. So many great restaurants to walk to. Condo was spotless and Mark so easy to work with. Thank you.

Property was clean and well maintained, it had anything you would need for a lengthy stay. We most definitely would stay here again.

Nice place

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We decided to book this condo instead of a hotel. It was worth it for the price which would have been similar to booking two rooms and we saved money being able to cook. The condo is very nice with an awesome view of the lake and you can also see Cedar Point across the lake. Of course driving to Cedar Point from here is very convenient. Mark was great with all the details we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my sisters Bachelorette party at PIB, the condo was clean and aesthetically pleasing also had a pleasant smell when entering. highly recommend we will be booking a trip yearly now.

The property was very nice. Easy parking and great communication with the owner. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The bathrooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Walking distance to everything downtown Sandusky which was great. The views of the sunrise over Cedar Point did not get old. Great place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake and Cedar Point. Entertainment and dining are just steps away, as is the Jet Express boarding.

The loft was very clean and in a great location. A wonderful veiw of the lake from the main room and balcony. Pool and spa were very nice bonuses. Parking was convenient and private in gated area. The loft is near museums and places to eat. Mark was responsive and quickly answered our questions.

We stayed here while on a trip to Cedar Point. Easy parking and access, great location, and a great view of the lake and park. Would stay here again. Thanks Mark!

We adored the incredible view and the close, walkable proximity to EVERYTHING- restaurants, bars and jet express! We couldn’t believe how convenient it was! Also quiet, clean and well decorated!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

We stayed here to go to Cedar point which is an easy 10 min drive from the condo. Also enjoyed the community pool and very short walk to passenger ferry and great taco place. Recommend bringing an extra pillow and blanket.

Clean and comfortable rental. This loft was extremely nice for our family. Nice decor, comfortable beds, very easy check in and check out process. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely be back next time we are in Sandusky.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it’s in a nice area to walk around and explore. It was fun to watch the ships come in. We weren’t disappointed!

Clean condo with everything you need. Great views of Jackson Street Pier, Sandusky Bay and the boats. We enjoyed downtown Sandusky and the free events at the pier. Great walking town.

Great property in a wonderful location

We came to Sandusky for a family reunion and had a great time. We loved where we stayed—the property was fantastic!

The unit was very nice and large, with an amazing view of the lake! It was easy to book and access, especially traveling with older adults. Great location, with many restaurants nearby. The only downside was the jet express did not run from Sandusky to Put in Bay the first Monday in June, so we had to drive to Port Clinton. Otherwise, the boat would have been just steps from the condo. Next time I will stay longer.

Condo was really nice and has an interesting view. You can see Cedar Point from the small balcony! The area was pretty closed since we were there in the off season. Nice size space for a family of 4.

Was a great place for the kids & grandparents to stay during a volleyball tournament! We would love to come back during the summer months to enjoy the awesome location.

Went to Sandusky for a quick friends trip. I’m so happy to say that this place is perfect for accommodations! First off communication with Mark was very simple and he gave great instructions on how to access the unit. Security guard met us at the gate and informed us of some rules for the complex and how to find the path if we wanted to talk out, as the car gate does not accommodate pedestrians. The unit was perfect. It was just as pictured and very clean! Perfect views of Cedar Point from the unit. As it was a very hot few days we were so glad the AC worked very well. The kitchen was stocked with various appliances and stocked with a few condiments and seasonings. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I loved seeing fresh vacuum lines! Although I do wish the beds had actual comforters it worked as is. Bathrooms were stocked with hand soap for every sink, fresh towels, great toilet paper lol, and cleaning supplies under the sink. The complex is beautiful. Situated right on the lake in downtown you are within walking distance to so much! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. We loved how hot the hot tub actually was! After a long day at the park it was great just to relax with the jets. Friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime soon!

We loved the look, space, feel of the condo. The location was perfect for our Cedar Point and Put in Bay vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was a great location to stay for visiting Cedar Point and Sandusky. The condo was clean and fit our family of 5. We were walking distance to restaurants and the ferry to the islands. The only thing I would have wished for was in-unit laundry as opposed to the condo laundry facility. Overall a great place to stay to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
