It was an amazing place, beautiful beach, we even got an upgrade for the room!!

The only downside was that we could hear the unlock device to enter the Villa very loud in the room when other guests would arrive, and from the common areas also.

easy Check in handling, good place if you want to visit Akumal, Xpu-H and others.

Simple and efficient, not great luxury but enough to stay a few days and if you move in Puerto Aventuras or make excursions. Otherwise the room n° is rather a dependency which benefits from a common living room to the other rooms of the villa

It is impossible to cook anything in the kitchenette, you have to plan to eat outside but it's not serious there are plenty of restaurants in Puerto Aventuras

Its brand new so very clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfy.

This place is great, and as advertised. My room was small, just a bed and a small table, but it was perfect for one person. The community is gated, and feels very safe.

There wasn't anything to complain about, though there were a few things I didn't expect. They supply towels and hand towels, but not wash cloths. Also, all the soap is liquid, so I'd recommend purchasing or bringing those things with you. If you're going to go places outside the gate, be prepared to speak Spanish - this isn't Cancun. Security at the gate isn't going to speak English, so be prepared to explain where you are staying. You will show your driver's license or some form of ID every time you enter. Even inside the gate, there are places where the employees do not speak, or speak very little English. Bottom line, it isn't the US. You could probably get by without using any Spanish, but make sure you bring Google Translate with Spanish in offline mode.

location is great, close to the beach, quite, was easy & simple to check in.

Was a lovely place to stay, the pictures you see aren't necessarily your room..Make sure to ask for balcony if that's what you want and upstairs .. downstairs..makes big difference.

Location was on a quiet street near entrance. Everything was within walking distance. Rooms were clean. Owners were very responsive and did their best to make our stay pleasant. Any questions about the area were gladly answered - very upbeat, sweet people.

The beds were harder than we were accustomed too. Parking was a bit challenging depending upon number of residents. ( although having Parking off the street at all is a great plus!) Being aware of toilet paper disposal is good to know- for those unfamiliar with Mexico.

Very peaceful, modern and beautiful villa. Only a couple of rooms. Spacious room with a huge, comfy bed. Nice bedroom. A/C works strongly. There is a well equipped kitchenette. Agutis come to the garden :) Puerto Aventuras is gated and safe location.

Wifi worked mediocre. Kitchen plate had weak power, it used to take ages to boil water.

We were upgraded to Studio Mango: Kitchenette was adequately equipped. Bed was large and very comfortable (firm). We moved the table and chairs outside onto the patio. Staying in the resort makes for easy beach access.
