We stayed here with our sons, their wives and our 4 grandchildren. The property suited us perfectly in terms of space, location and facilities. The shallow beach was fantastic for the kids! (and adults!) the new sleeping loft where the pool table used to be works out even better! Thanks for a great stay! See you next summer! Robin, Erik and family.

We had a wonderful stay. We were in Kingsville visiting family and this house offered the perfect space for a larger group. We had 6 adults and 4 children staying in the house and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The bathrooms were well stocked. The outdoor space was awesome with a private beach and shallow water which was great for the kids. We would stay here again.

Wonderful, big house, many bedrooms & baths, great location on Lake Erie with a small beach area but very sandy at least 50 yards out in the water. Many things to do in the area. We had a great time with both our sons and their families with 5 kids from 2 to 10!

We are a group that books a May long weekend biking trip every year. This year we did the Pelee area and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well kept, and met all our needs for 6 couples. Relaxing by the lake or in the lake was wonderful, barbqueing or cooking was easy, spreading out to watch movies or play pool and mahjong in the evenings was nice as there was lots of space. It was central to our daily bike rides. Overall it was great and we had a wonderful time.

The house is amazing. We had tons of room and all of the amenities that we needed. It was decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water. We also enjoyed the wineries and local restaurants. Our group is talking about coming back again next year.

Annita is an amazing host. She has supplied everything a guest could possibly want or need. The beds are super comfortable which is so important. The location is perfect. The view of the lake and private beach was incredible.

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful lake house! There was so much provide games and things to do! There is just enough beach for a great private beach experience! The owner is very nice and accommodating! The 6 bedrooms were all very comfortable and tones of shampoos and body washes to choose from! The floaties provided are amazing in the shallow water which has tone of sandbars and can walk out very far. Will definitely try and book this again thanks for the great family vacation and beautiful memories!

Had a wonderful time, Annita is a great hostess. Only issue that was out of the hands of the hostess was the fishflies/mayflies. It didn’t ruin our good time but they are crazy in June - something to remember when booking any place on the water in southwestern Ontario in June.

Pros: town of Kingsville is great, house is clean, spacious, has a beautiful lake view, fun amenities.
Cons: advertised sauna was unavailable for use, owner showed up unannounced to mow in the middle of our stay, hot tub is already quite abused

We absolutely love this place, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the water for the entire stay! Well stocked home, and we all had our own bed! And the upstairs now has a full washroom! We will hopefully make this a yearly get together, this was our second year!

11 girlfriends stayed in this wonderful house. Plenty of bedrooms. Dining room table large enough to accommodate us all at one sitting. Outside on the wonderful deck lots of chairs and tables. Beautifully maintained property. We shall be back again next year.

There is no shortage of space for a gathering of friends or family. Our kids loved all of the activities (golf, basketball, badminton and pool table) as well as splashing in the lake, although the water was quite high when we were there abd there wasnt much beach to play on (obviously not the owners fault). The home is not immaculate but it does have a lot to offer and is probably better than the pictures lead you to believe. Annita was great when we had questions and even let us check in a little earlier after a shorter than expected drive. It was an excellent home base for the extended family to explore Point Pelee and local wineries. We'd definitely come back.

Stayed here for a family wedding affair at a local winery. Great location. Accommodations for our whole crew, including 6 adults and 2 children, with room to spare. Very enjoyable.

The home was spacious. Beautiful great rooms (2). Lake view with decks were so amazing overlooking Lake Erie. The sauna never got up to a hot enough temperature. When booking I didn’t realize the last page added many charges. It ended up being over my price range. That definitely is a deterrent for booking with VRBO.

The location of the house was lovely. Right on the lake with easy access to the water. We didn’t quiet understand the Christmas decorations in September nor the empty filing cabinets located in various rooms. The 2nd fridge was useful but had to wonder if there wasn’t a better place for it other than the living room. A second umbrella outside would have been appreciated as our group was huddled under the only one. We enjoyed the large deck and bar b que.

The Beautiful house, stunning lakefront deck, wonderful beach and swimming are all what made us feel like we were in the Islands! We were swept away by the beauty of the lake, enjoyed wonderful campfires each night and feasted on a private chef’s gourmet dinner. What more could anyone ask for? Wonderful, wonderful stay!♥️

We loved the house, it was tidy and big. Lots of room both indoors and outdoors. The water was beautiful. Overall great stay! If you have a bug phobia, maybe it's not the place for you, the spiders and other creatures are everywhere!!

This lovely spacious home was a good fit for ourselves, our Children and our 4 Grandkids. The little private sandy beach was a convenient place for the children to play and paddle in the shallow water. The outdoor spaces catch a nice lake breeze and offer various areas to relax. The neighbourhood is really nice and there is a little playground 5 minutes walk down the road. The owner was very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience!

Spacious house on a great beach
We had a great time at Anita's cottage. The cottage is spacious and was very comfortable for our large group.
The beach is flat which makes it very pleasant and safer for kids. Would be great for stand up paddle board if you have one.
The house was equipped with things you don't find in other places like beach towels, a huge variety of shampoos, two fridges and three bathrooms.
Only downsides were that the outdoor furniture got quite dirty with cobwebs/bird poo and that the entrance to the beach is not very accessible as it is via rocks but did this not stop us from enjoying the great deck and beach.
The pool table was also a definite bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend this great cottage!
