The villa was perfect, clean and beautifully presented. Pool and terrace were ideal as well and really well maintained during our stay. Location is a 15 minute walk from the restaurants at the marina but we also used the bus and taxis which were both really easy. There is also a number of restaurants in the opposite direction, in Las Coloradas, that were less than a 10 minute walk and where we had lovey meals. Great info from our host both before and during our holiday - really helpful. Overall a fabulous holiday.

Shin makes everything easy and seamless, the apartment is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything works. The location is wonderful, with views of the sea and rooftops, and the stars! The walk to the Papagayo beach is perfectly manageable, and once there it is calm, wild, civilised, with golden soft sand, clean bright blue seawater that is always warm enough to swim in. The weather is sunny, even on a rainy day, as the sun is always out at some point. The other direction is the magical lit,paved, walkway to the Marina Rubicon, with restaurants, shops, harbour. The walk there in the evening is enhanced by beautiful sunsets, that one is walking towards. Just lovely, all of it.

Really enjoyed our time at Casa Bella. Shin was an easy host to deal with and very good communication. Everything was as expected in a good location and way to walk to supermarkets and restaurants in Marina Rubicon. We would stay again

Host is amazing. Great contact and lovely welcome pack, villa is spotless. Great location 15 min walk to marina. Great restaurants. Pool is lovely and heated. Everything you would need in villa. Books and few games in the villa. We hired a car and you can park on driveway. Directions host gave us were perfect. 30mins to get to the airport. Washing machine and clothes airer was really handy. Would highly recommend.

Villa is in a nice quiet location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, not far from Rubicon Marina. Lovely beaches nearby.

We had a great stay at the villa. Shin was extremely helpful from start to finish and was keen to ensure any questions we had were quickly answered. The villa was a in a great location for us - quiet but with a supermarket 2 mins away, a small but good selection of bars and restaurants a brisk 5 mins or gentle 10 mins amble away and then the lovely Rubicon Marina (loads of shops and restaurants for all tastes and budgets) a lovely, sea view 20 mins stroll away or 5 mins by bus/taxi with the transport options really easy. The equally great Playa Dorada beach and bars is 25 mins walk or one more quick bus stop! Villa itself was very spacious for 4 with everything we needed inside and out. Beds very comfy. A/C in bedrooms very effective when needed. Would definitely recommend and will be the first place we check when returning to Playa Blanca.

Our overall Impression of Casa Bella was 'what a lovely property, which is very well equipped indeed', we were very impressed with the layout, the furniture both inside/outside, the decor and amount of things say like nik naks an stuff, books, dvd's, playing cards, mountain bikes etc etc need i go on, excellent, very well thought out indeed to make the holiday makers stay as inclusive, welcome, comfortable, happy, trouble free, and extremely enjoyable as it possibly can be. We were a party of 7 covering four generations, yes four generations, I am also not as able bodied as most people, I guess you know what i mean, anyway, our own pool, home from home feeling, left alone, but help was only a phone call away, in english also.Superb views easy to get to/from A, B, & C the local town/village 10-15 mins, nearest supermarket 10 mins, everything you can think of is just there but not crowding you out, if you know what i mean. The mattresses on the beds, whilst good for most of our party were just a little firm for me, but thats me an my liking, you cant please all the people all of the time but this villa came extremely close, much closer than most I must say. Yes ! as many English TV stations on the TV than you can shake a very big stick at, wonderful, a variety of books, dvd's an other literature to peruse. The internal furnishings are as you may do yourself, everywhere was/is spotlessly clean, smelling fresh daily. The dishwasher & washing machine were invaluable, especially when we arrived home, NO BIG PILE of washing to wade thru !! thankfully most was done just before we left. Well, what left to say,? nothing really, I think I have covered most things other than to say yes we will definitely return, and highly recommend this particular villa to others so please book away without any reservations as I know you will definitely enjoy staying at this villa, Number 82 Casa Bella !

The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the views from the balcony are just stunning. The location is ideal, everything is close by from the supermarket to a little rocky beach in walking distance. There was plenty to keep us occupied including the TV with lots of fantastic movies which really did keep the kids thoroughly entertained on a rainy day. A drive down to Papagayo Beach is a must! The owners for the property were brilliant, easily reachable for any questions, they gave us plenty of recommendations from car hire companies to restaurants to try out. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough!
