Rooms are big and spacious. Toiletries are complete.
Capet is a bit outdated and has that odd smell.

The price was affordable, and the staff were polite. Otherwise, room was relatively clean, if you do not look for stuff. My colleague was not so lucky, he had roaches in his room. We stayed here as it was near some of our friend's place, so it was a decent location. But don't expect Gadong.
The gym was in a terrible state, unusable. Broken weights, broken aircon, looked it it was robbed. Swimming pool was a little better, but water looked green.

Amazing staff. Really went out of their way to help me out of a very sticky situation. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Lots of room!! Comfortable bed, nice shower.
The room was very spacious, but maybe installing cupboards and tables would help fill in the space a bit more.

Location
We've stayed a number of times here over the last couple of years for work. It's really starting to look tired and unclean, which is a shame. So this will be the last time we stay. 2 cockroaches in the room.

You can get your stuffs easier since its in the shopping mall building. It also has big veranda.

Love the fact that the hotel is located near the shopping malls.
There were no hairdryers,the iron is not working as the plug to insert is so loose,the balkony window cannot be lock,the lamp is not working too! ,there were no channels at the tv.Thankgod we bring hardisk. There we no chairs or table at the balkony.They should provide better parking spaces for Hotel guest.
