The apartment was clean and well equipped. Had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several restaurants on the street pizza sushi Colombian food. Neighborhood was quite no trouble sleeping. Short walk to the supermarket and clubs.

There was nothing about the apartment I didn't like. Hot water was great. Internet worked well.

nothing is a scam

we booked this place, went there and building locked up, we message owner nothing we call he say we cant stay there and took the money and hang up, beware and avoid

the value was just about right. we had three people sleep here (2 on bed, 1 on couch) so the price was low when split three ways. this is not a nice place, but it’s not expensive. it’s a cheap place to sleep and that’s all I was looking for

communication with the managers was a little spotty, but that’s probably because our cell service wasn’t great and we arrived very late at night.

warning! Don't even think of booking a place in their apartment, the owner is a crook they asked us for more money for towels we didn’t have be careful!!!

Gave them arrival time. Nobody there. Phoned and was told 5-10 minutes. An hour later l was still standing on street. False advertising. (No TV in living room, no washer and dryer ensuite.) No change of bedding. Very slow Internet. Possible bed bugs. I woke up bitten and left early

Check-in process was fairly smooth. Apartment was spacious and clean, and the space is accurately represented by the online pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Free washer and dryer is conveniently located in the building. Excellent location, close to a wonderful part of the Poblado neighborhood.

There were several disappointing things during our 1-week stay. 1. The apartment had an unpleasant smell so we had to buy air fresheners to cover it up. 2. The unit had U.S. right-wing conspiracy theory propaganda inside which made us feel very uncomfortable. 3. We had issues with flies and ants in the unit--the ants were only a problem if we left sugary food out, but on our last 2 days we had about 100 flies on our living room window that must have hatched somewhere in the house (not the garbage, we checked). 4. When we arrived, I was asked to pay a refundable $150 damage deposit to the owner (not mentioned on the Booking.com website). I had to request to get the deposit back several days after I checked out as this was not done automatically. 5. Was surprised this is not a true "apartahotel," with a hotel lobby, but rather a unit in an apartment building.

it was well situated and the place was big and great

the only thing I did not like was that the Jacuzzi did not work nor the tv remote, to change any channel

Great location accessible to supermarkets, local park where you can purchase souvenirs, restaurants and convenient local services like document printing if you need it.

I’ve stayed at their properties before and they have previously exceeded my expectations but this time I was very disappointed. The apartment that I selected had a TV in the living room in the photos but when I arrived there was no TV in the living room. TV only in the bedroom so in the living room there was only a mirror to look at when you sit on the sofa. When I asked about the TV that was in the photos the response I got is that I can cancel the booking if I don’t like the apartment. The Jacuzzi was not working and I had to make several inquiries before it was repaired some days later. One morning one of the staff members opened the door and entered the apartment without knocking while I was eating breakfast. And then at checkout there was a fuss about towels - we were basically accused of taking towels from the apartment before they made several calls to verify that there were only 4 towels when we checked in (kind of humiliating)

Apartment had everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals, ice cold fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, microwave. Comfortable and great location

Could improve with some sound proofing between rooms. Other than that everything was perfect.
