The location, cleanliness of the property, the clear instructions

The mattresses like many holiday houses are starting to get a bit tired.

Except the Host, ,property was ok.

Host was so rude, interfering and poky. it felt like we were living here for free of cost as host kept texting us about the instructions and rules. this wasnt the 1st time we stayed somewhere, None behaved like this before. quiet unhappy experience.

Excellent top quality equipped Kitchen, everything you need right down to Toothpicks . House has lots of extras supplied for use, like Knee Rugs, Binoculars, extra Blanket , Backpacks . Beautiful Furniture and Ornaments to suit Sea setting. Beautiful Garden and huge Backyard with lovely area to sit when windy . HOST Helen was very helpful with Information on where to go and what to see around the area .

Stunning views, house was set up for a comfortable stay.

Cape Bridgewater is one of the remaining unspoilt, geographically spectacular and naturally significant locations on the Victorian coastline. The beach house was clean and comfortable and captured panoramic views of the magnificent costal vista. We loved having breakfast on the large deck. The provisions like dvds, cds and games were well thought out and nothing was missing from the kitchen. The host provided detailed information and maps of how to get the most out of a stay in the area, was easily accessible and happy to share her knowledge of the region.

The only think I normally like in a holiday retreat is a bath, the property relies on tank water supply so I understand why a bath may not be a practical addition.

The house gets really warm on a hot summer day. There was no air conditioning or electric fans provided.
