Courteous, trained staff. Location.
Hotel has maintenance issues: trouble with the door locks, coffee machine in the room didn't work. Some areas of the bathroom needed more work (dirty hand print on the wall).

Should clean better. Did not check to see if room was ready. Missing ironing board, coffee pot. Bedding for hide a bed. Room stunk. Towels were so rough, manager Gony Patel was rude when we called back asking about extra $50 charge.

It was quiet during the day when I was working. Room stayed nice and cool.
My door didn't lock (I found this out the morning I left so every time I left the hotel during my stay the door was unlocked and somebody could've walked right in and I had no clue), the exterior doors were hardly every actually latched therefore no external security, breakfast was not great, water pressure was terrible, linens looked dingy and dirty, wifi was slow, toiletries smelled bad and room smells funny

House keeping did not visit room before our second night. Guests had to request 2nd roll of TP and roll in room was just sitting on sink. Tub must have had a crack that had been repaired with Flex tape. Did not have elevator to 2nd floor. Did not have pool or weight room.

The bath drain was clogged and the Staf offered me a plunger until I indicated that I was not a plumber.

My ac unit leaked and got all my cloths wet. The bathroom was nasty. I posted a negative Google review and the lady at the front desk scolded me for it. It’s not my job to do quality control for her housekeepers. You screwed me out of $650. Clean the place and do some maintenance or charge accordingly.

On Friday morning the biscuits were rocks and the gravy was all dried up. We ended up just eating cold cereal. Also the trash can was full of used paper and rotting banana skins..

I normally look for Super 8 motels. One query: What happened to waffles for breakfast? Twice lately I've stayed at Super 8 and both times no waffles. Service was fine. Attendants good. Life was fine there - likely stay there again, there or some other Super 8.

Rooms were dirty and stinky. Staff was not friendly. Upon arrival we were told that cable TV doesn’t work and there will be no breakfast in the morning (advertised as breakfast included). It was uncomfortable, even felt unsafe. Loud music in neighboring rooms, floors felt like they will collapse soon.

There was no breakfast they were remodeling so things weren't n best shape but staff was nice n overall it wasn't a bad stay

Location for where we were traveling was ok. Hotel is under construction and lacked comfort in rooms in the “not yet remodeled” yet category. No breakfast and yet priced as if they s included it. We checked in very late and only stayed 7 hours enough to catch a few hours of sleep. Nothing to write home about, but ok if just looking for a place to sleep. Little pricey for what was offered.
