Le service et la rapidité du service ! Le déjeuner, mais trop petit buffet, mais bon et chaud ! Café excellent !

Qu'un matin une des femmes de chambre venait faire son service/le nettoyage pendant que nous y étions et qu'elle ne voulait pas nous donner 20 min. Pour qu'on puisse terminé et sortir ! C'était là !

Big room, double walk in shower, handy microwave and frig, very good breakfast, clean and well maintained, and sound proofed. Staff were professional.

The price is crazy! And it’s located in the middle of nowhere next to a major highway! Gosh. Hotels in Paris France cost the same. I don’t get it. The hotel prices in the Niagara area are extremely overpriced!! But this hotel is cheaper than most in the area.

The breakfast was good

There was pubic hair in the shower and the walls in the shower needed extra cleaning. We had to go to the across to the Hilton restaurant to have diner, no restaurant at the hotel. I had my Service Dog with me and when I checked in the girl at the front desk asked me why I had a service dog, that is not legal to ask,if I could have cancelled my reservation I would have.

Breakfast was great, but it was chaotic to be honest. So many guests and not really respecting the efforts of the staff. The staff somehow kept up with keeping all the food fully stocked, so great job to them! The pool was very nice, with nice big windows that made you feel like you were outside. The lounging area was also nice. The gym was awesome, the laundry room. The rooms were also big, and everything was clean. The staff for the most part were friendly. The location was great, 15 minutes from the falls and from the wineries. Great central spot.

I feel like for the price, it's a little pricey, but I understand due to covid this is the reality. Not much else to complain about, it was as advertised. We would come back.

Чистые удобные номера. В отеле есть спорт зал и бассейн. Парковка включена в стоимость. Отличный вариант для семьи с детьми.

Завтрак есть , но он очень слабенький. Типичный североамериканский. В бассейне сильно воняет хлоркой. Сильно шумит кондиционер в номере.

Pool needs a good cleaning. Tiles in the pool are very dirty.
