Location was excellent.
No breakfast. Tea kettle but no tea bags or instant coffee. The bathroom was renovated and nice but no where to hang a towel or clothes. Some guests in other rooms were very noisy. A noise policy is needed. The Internet was poor.

It was good value for money
When we checked out we asked if we could leave our bags and the cleaning lady said yes. We came back for our bags to get some medicine because my friend felt bad and asked if we could use the reception bathroom. We were completely mistreated by the main person in the lobby - a guy, who asked us, laughing: oh so you came just to use the bathroom? Like it was something we were not welcomed to do. Really unpleasant encounter.

Spacious and relatively quiet room, plus an added extra room with a sofa and fridge. Two AC units in each room that you can use on demand to cool down the temperature. Large and comfortable bed, just like in the old days. Good location, minutes away from the parking lot and several minutes from the sea. Daily cleaning, which was great.
Very low water pressure, that was a big issue. Apparently as per the host, there was construction work in the area, that was the reason for it. Though we did not notice that in any of the other places such as coffee places or restaurants.
Wi-Fi was very poor, a 4G was fine. Anyways, that was actually good as we were able to disconnected and enjoy.
The WhatsApp video instructions to the room were a bit dodgy and we were wondering in the streets until we found it. Wish the "visitor", who was covering at the reception, guide us, but the lady was just watching how we go up and down the street, and did not tell us that our room is actually behind the building.

The location and property was great! we had great communication with property manager & easy check in. Location is near many restaurants. At night, you can’t hear the nightlife noise.

- Nice to have a separate room with a fridge
- Located a bit up from the main street away from most of the noise of the town, but still very close to everything
- Friendly staff
- Was significantly cheaper than similar properties when we booked. Great value.
Only minor thing we missed would be a few plates and a few sets of silverware for making breakfast. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

The place is clean and tidy. New innovations made it seemed. Air condition, TV, WiFi, and a small fridge. En-suite to enjoy. Cell phone was in No Service when we are in the apartment which is not practical if you need to have your phone calls done. However, the place is in the heart of the town where you have everything you need around you. Alessandro, the owner of the place is a real gentleman with friendly attitude and a wide smile that will make you feel at home. All in all, I highly recommend the place and I will definitely come back.

Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Balcony is nice and has a good view. Bathroom with rain shower is chique. Bed was comfortable. Amenities (fridge, kettle, AC) were decent.
Tableware was very limited and there wasn’t any detergent present.

Me and my girlfriend loved it! The bed was super comfy and the room was cool, quiet and clean - the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring the area and swimming in the crystal clear waters! The bathroom was modern and very clean too, and the host was attentive and very polite. Also great value for money! Overall a very nice and comfortable experience - highly recommend!

Close to all restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff. Right next door to church so the bell tolling at 7am was a good reminder to get out of bed and seize the day. Just loved Riomaggiore.
A long way up the hill from the station, but if you're fit, no problem.
