Superb location, peaceful with beautiful views but easy to drive to nearby areas. I imagine the shady terrace downstairs would be a lifesaver on a scorching summer day. We utilised the top terrace for sunny lunches and lazing. The kids even braved the chilly pool despite it being February! The house was clean, homely and well equipped.

Not a complaint but tiles were chilly on the feet, but I guess that would be a bonus in summer. Maybe a few bedroom rugs in winter?

Not a huge issue for us but worth knowing before you book. It 4 miles up a winding mountain track and a further mile down single track road. it’s literally a villa in the mountain

perfect property! Insanely nice and quiet place! very comfortable accommodation and friendly host! Everything we needed was there! The pool was nice in size and the kids had a great time playing there! The balconies were large and there were sun loungers for everyone! Our family had a very nice 5th day there, we also went hiking nearby, it was a fantastic experience! We would deffently like to visit and stop again in this property! Best and lovely memorys made there!

- Salvador is a great host, always available to help (he waited for us late on arrival, scheduled our COVID tests and offered us fruits from his orchard) - The villa is so cosy, clean, well-equipped and can host up to 6 guests - Amazing natural surroundings and guaranteed privacy - Supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are located 20 minutes away by car in Torrox Costa, while Málaga Airport is less than an hour away

The sinuous, partially unpaved, steep and narrow roads leading to the villa are not for inexperienced drivers, therefore I'd recommend renting an SUV car if possible (no public transport available). Also, there's barely any mobile network up there, but the Wi-Fi works well (except by the pool area). There are no radiators in the 3 rooms either, but there's an AC unit and a charming chimney in the living room.

It was our second stay in the same villa and defo not last one. Villa is spacious, have good size swimming pool and terrace with amazing view on valley and high mountains. Very friendly and helpful home owner. I can't even imagine a better place for holiday. I love this place😍

Villa Las Encinas is a perfect holiday place for families. Home is very nice and spacious with good size swimming pool and large terrace around with breathtaking view. Very nice host which serve you fresh fruits and is there every time when you need them. We had so lovely holiday that we already book our stay for next year.
