The beachfront view and close to everything.

That the rooms air conditioner was down and they knew about, but let us move all 9 people in before we had to figure it out ourselves just to have to move all 9 people to another room! Took us an extra 2 hours out of our vacation! When I emailed them to complain they started running me in circles. Will not stay here again!

We did not get breakfast? The location was nice. The pools, surrounding chairs and walk to beach were all great. We were a little bit disappointed that the one hot tub did not work (hot, just no bubbles).

The condo was very dirty. The carpet is stained in multiple areas, the bed skirts are gross (brown and black marks), the furniture is very worn, tub had hair in it and the outdoor furniture was covered in a black film (we were able to wipe it down with a cloth and soap, but who wants to do that on vacation?!). I called the office twice and had someone write a request for repairs, but no one ever returned my call. We had to deal with a broken shower head, a leaking refrigerator/freezer and a plugged bathtub. We wiped up the water off the floor frequently from the fridge. My father managed to repair the shower head and used a plunger to get most of the water to go down in the tub. One of cabinet doors is about to fall off also. We were given the wrong code for the Wifi, but were able to contact Internet help and did get the correct code.

Locked gates and very nice view. I was happy that I pick Gulf Crest and we will be returning.

Mattress on pull-out bed is very springy and not comfortable at all.
