The booking and check-in process was easy and a breeze. The owner communication was perfect. The location is great and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. After looking at other Sea Cabin properties, this one appears to be in pretty good shape considering how old and dated other units are here. Unit had plenty of linens and bath towels. Master bed was very comfortable and pillows were too. The AC unit worked great in the room.The only improvements are listed below: 1. Room looks different from pictures (paint is different, some small appliances like coffee is different, and the room is not as updated in person as it appears on the pictures. Old fans, cheap curtain rod that kept falling, toilet struggled to flush, bathroom sink fixture barely hanging on. 2. Cleanliness was 3/5 stars. Needed more attention to detail on floors, fans, and baseboards. Saw several small roaches in the room on the trip as well. 3. Couch is dirty and old and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. Used air mattresses instead. The couch really needs to go and is an eyesore in an otherwise nice unit.

Great location. Easy access to beach. Crowded with two guests but said it could sleep 5. Sitting area too cramped. Listing exaggerated accommodations.

Great getaway spot in IOP. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants in the area. The property manager, Robert was really helpful and responsive during our stay. Grocery store and coffee spots close by. Could use a new couch, pool was great!

First time in isle of palms. Location is great. Space was clean, well maintained and property manager was extremely kind and easy to work with. Will be back soon!

I’ve stayed in a few different units in this condo community and this one was top of the list! Clean, comfortable, and no complaints! The host responded to me with a question I had super quickly. I’ll stay here again for sure!

Stayed over Christmas great location pull out couch not the best and a little musty but to be expected when staying on water. Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just the right size for a couple. There was enough restaurant and shops within walking distance that you didn’t even need to leave the area if you didn’t want to.

Very nice area. Pier is great. Caught my first hammerhead!!! Place was clean and well equipped. Very nice area. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed in one of the condos. The owner was very easy to work with and the condo was exactly like the description on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful little condo/sea cabin right on the ocean. You can walk right to the beach on a private boardwalk and also walk to all the restaurants/shops on Ocean blvd. The cabin itself is well maintained with great attention to detail. From the nice patio furniture on the balcony, to the self-closing cabinets to keep noise level low. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive. I highly recommend this cabin!

Robert and Debbie were great! We didn’t plan around hurricane season and lost power on and off due to hurricane Iadlia, but they were both super responsive and quick to report the outage. The condo is super convenient to everything you need, shopping, food, beach, fast station, etc. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back in the future :)

Convenient location but seemed dirty in condo and around building. Very old feeling. Sink in bathroom stopped up.

We were there for my sons baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. This condo was perfect for our family (wife and 2 children). GREAT ACCESS to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

The property was as advertised. The beach is close, and so are some excellent restaurants. As parking is difficult on the island - that location is a big deal. More extended stays are challenging without in-unit laundry, but the kitchen was well stocked. And the rest met our needs. I would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We visit Charleston every April for a business conference and typically stay at Wild Dunes. We wanted to be able to walk to a restaurant rather than always having to drive. The unit was clean... well appointed (except for a wine opener), perfectly located. The owner / manager couldn't have made our stay easier. Thank you! Hope to see you next April!!
