The lake cottage is beautifully located with the most amazing views of the lake. 3 large bedrooms with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Marzia was great at keeping in touch en route and and shared lots of local information. Definitely recommend this property.

It was a beautiful place. An extremely steep hike to get there. No local transportation. Wouldn’t rent again.

We enjoyed the whole area. I would warn others that the walk down the drive is a bit steep and 52 steps of stairs. But the view you have from all those steps is amazing.

Marzia is a great host and was very helpful during . The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from the town and it should be noted that it is mostly uphill. The views are truly amazing. The villa is a great location with the view being the key factor along with spacious accommodations. It is also very quiet given its separation from the town

First off, Marzia is a great host who was very helpful during our stay! The apartment is about 10 minutes from old town (a lot of it uphill) and located in a nice local neighborhood. The views from the balcony are fantastic! The large bed on the ground floor was pretty firm, but the large bed downstairs was very comfortable. We stayed in the lovely room downstairs after the first night. It was helpful to have laundry in the apartment. Great location, very spacious, and highly recommended.

The best part of this property was hands down the view and outdoor space. We spent 85% of our time outside. The location was wonderful, very close to the downtown area of Bellagio. We had great communication getting in and we were shown around the property for our check in.

This was my second time staying at this property and it is just amazing. It has modern amenities, clean, and spacious. The view is incredible and so peaceful. Marzia once again, was so accommodating and also gave me many great suggestions( boat tour, driver to airport, COVID test info). Thank you! I hope to come back soon to this wonderful place!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake cottage. It had the most breathtaking view and it was very clean and well kept. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

I Would definitely recommend this place to others. Marzia met us at the property to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The view is amazing and the place is well kept and updated. It’s quiet as well which is helpful if you’ve been traveling a while. I could have sat on that balcony all day. It’s close to town and there are a few great restaurants near by. If you are traveling with children or anyone who is older—-I would alert people that it is uphill the entire way from the ferry—and cabs won’t drive you there, so if you don’t have a car you may want to take a cab from Milan or Como so they drive you right there. The only other downside is the adult beds are incredibly hard, the twins were much softer for some reason. I actually resorted to sleeping on top of a pillow I brought. If they switched out those mattresses, this place would be perfection.

Lovely patio with million dollar views to the lake. Clean and modern remodel in a great location (10min walk to bellagio town) in a quiet area. Exactly as described and we loved it !! Seamless and easy Check-in Just FYI - Quite a few steps up from the parking area to the home so not easily accessible for elderly (which was not applicable to us)

This property exceeded our expectations. We had lots of room for our five adults. Plus the three bathrooms were perfect for us. The view from the patio for coffee or cocktails was unbelievable. Even better than the pictures. The town of Bellagio is very charming, with lots of wonderful places to eat. But there is a great restaurant and a pizza place just down the road from this property if you don’t feel like taking the stairs all the way down to the city center. All in all had a wonderful time. Would love to return someday .Thank you.

We stayed in Lake Cottage as the last leg of our 3 weeks trip to Italy. And I am glad we did as we ended with our Italy trip on a high note. The place was modern and beautiful. But the view from the terrace as well as from living room and dining room to Lake Como was breath taking. Our hardest decision every day was whether to stay in and just lounging around and enjoy the view, which we never got tired of, or go explore villages around Lake Como. Marzia , the property manager, was extremely helpful and was always responsive from checkin to questions while we were there. We truly enjoyed the stay in this cottage, only wished we could have stay longer, may be next time.

We had a wonderful stay. The lake cottage is a great property as advertised! The view is amazing. The location is beautifully situated above Bellagio and Pescallo. All questions and any issues we had were immediately attended to by the property manager. I would highly recommend for a family or multiple couples! They also recommended private transportation and boat tours that were both an equally great experience. Exquisite!

We stayed at this awesome villa on the tail end of 6 city 20 night trip to Italy. The pictures are great but they really don't do this place justice. I don't typically care too much about the accommodations because I like to spend most of my time exploring the destinations. This house changed that a bit. I was very comfortable relaxing on the patio, enjoying the unmatched views of Lake Como. When my wife was able to pull me away, the town of Bellagio was just a 5-10 minute walk. The town was fantastic with lots of great dining options and very clean and safe. Marzia, the property manager, was very helpful about providing advice on the area and was always there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.

The view of the lake from this property is amazing. You can not come to Bellagio and not have a view like this. The house is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Bellagio centre where there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and access to the ferry to other towns along the lake. We were met by Marzia an enthusiastic young lady who English was very good. She showed us all the amenities of the house and shared information as to what to see and where to eat. She recommended a little restaurant right around the corner from the house which was outstanding. We ate there two nights in a row. We were two couples and this property was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. Be advised one bedroom is down stairs via outside access. Also there are multiple stairs to reach the house that could be a concern for the elderly or people with mobility issues. We came by car and parking was not a problem. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The Lake Cottage was a dream. The home was stylish, impeccably clean and had a multi-million dollar view! The cottage was within walking distance to the village of Bellagio and the ferry ports that would take you to other villages on lake Como. Perfect! We would love to visit again!!

We were thrilled with this choice of a place to stay while touring Bellagio and Lake Como. The view from the terrace is exactly as pictured and is absolutely stunning. The main living area has contemporary furnishings with an open floor plan. Very light and airy. Kitchen has modern appliances and all the kitchen accessories you will need. Two sets of french doors open on to the terrace which faces the lake. The two bedrooms on the main floor each have well appointed modern bathrooms and the downstairs large bedroom and bath and laundry room has its own outside entrance. Marzia, the housekeeper was very helpful in acquainting us with the house and how the appliances worked. She also was able to assist with recommendations for things to do in the area. The unit is allocated a parking space which was very handy as parking in the area is limited. We walked everywhere in Bellagio which is about a 7-10 minute walk into the main shopping area. From the parking lot you do have to walk up approximately 55 steps to get to the house so this could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Frankly it was great exercise. Would highly recommend staying at this property! We loved the house, loved the location and loved Bellagio! Took a one day cooking course at Gusto Italiano Cooking School and also did an outing with Bellagio Water Sports Kayak tour which left from the little harbor directly below the house and visible from the terrace. Perfect location for our Lake Como holiday! Love it!!

We were greeted by a nice and very helpful lady when we arrived at the appartment. The appartment was clean and stylish, with all the facilities you need when staying in Bellagio. The rooms were great, and having three separate bathrooms was golden. The view from the outdoor area was magnificent, and we spent much of our time lounging in the outdoor furniture enjoying the view of the lake. A stay at this appartment is highly recommended if you wish to spend some relaxing time in Bellagio! Great price as well.

Amazing stay at your gorgeous Lake Cottage! A lovely short walk away to the town of Bellagio. We parked our car upon arrival and never drove it again until we had to leave. Marzia, your property caretaker was so efficient and so responsive and sweet as can be...like a family member! She made us feel right at home and was always only a text away. The most gorgeous views of the lake from the cottage that we had our coffee and wine and appetizers on everyday and really loved the air conditioning since the temps were so hot. Your sweet complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival was so appreciated. Cannot thank you enough!!! Cannot wait to return and would recommend highly to anyone!!! XOXO

Perfect location for exploring Bellagio and all the villages around lake Como. The house has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on one floor and a one bedroom suite through separate door downstairs- perfect for a family sharing with a couple. Privacy for all. The outdoor patio is lovely and perfect for breakfast, or wine in the evening overlooking Lake Como. Located a 10-15 min walk to the ferry, shopping and many restaurants. Each meal we had was delicious, authentic Italian cooking. Marzia the rental agent was a pleasure to meet and very efficient. I’d highly recommend this holiday rental
