This is a fantastic property with everything you need in a home away from home. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2 year old. Abi even had some toys for my son to play with, which he loved. The large decking area and garden was great for him to run around safely in and perfect for the adults to relax. The house is close to the beach, local restaurants and shops which were only a 10 minute walk away. A car is needed if you want to go further afield as there was plenty to see and do within easy driving distance. Overall this was a perfect location and property for a relaxing child friendly holiday. Thanks Abi, hopefully see you again soon.

We loved our stay at this house. The huge deck was fabulous when the sun was shining, which was almost every day. We ate outside every night and our little boy loved running around in the garden. The house was great and the kitchen in particular was well equipped. The host, Abi, was very helpful as well. We will definitely be back one day!

La maison est située dans un environnement vert et calme, et pas loin de la mer. Elle dispose de tout le confort, la cheminée avec le feu ouvert est géniale, il y a 3 terrasses, des meubles luxueux et une cuisine très bien équipée. Accueil très sympa. A recommander!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely, well equipped bungalow and we would highly recommend it. It's in a very quite area ideal for a relaxing holiday with the beach, shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The house itself has everything you need and more. Our kids (age 9 and 7) loved playing in the large garden, when they weren't surfing the waves of Biarritz and neighbouring beaches. Our holiday was perfect from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for the owners who really looked after us. Thank you for a great holiday, we will defiantly be booking again.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison nichée en pleine nature entre forêt de pins et l’océan ! Le confort et la propreté de la maison (rien ne manquait), l’accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes et la beauté des lieux ont largement compensé une météo très capricieuse en ce début de mois d’août. Je recommande très fortement cette adresse et nous reviendrons très prochainement. Un tout grand MERCI à Abi pour sa gentillesse et pour son accueil chaleureux !

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Terrasse unweit des Strandes ( 5 min zu Fuß). Ruhig gelegen inmitten von Pinien und Korkeichen. Der ideale Ort zum entspannen und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die 14 Tage hier sind regelrecht verflogen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet ( Küche mit allem Komfort , Garage für Fahrräder, Weber Grill, WLAN...) , also absolut empfehlenswert. Die Kinder ( 11 und 15J) hatten Spaß in den Wellen und am Surfkurs. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und trotzdem sehr diskret obwohl sie im angrenzenden Grundstück wohnt. Séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison confortable, aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée, notamment en cuisine. Les deux terrasses sont bien orientées et permettent de toujours choisir la meilleure exposition. L'océan est à proximité immédiate, on peut se rendre à la plage à pieds très rapidement. Propriétaire très accueillante, manifestement soucieuse de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour.

A well maintained single storey property which had plenty of room as there were only two of us. It had everything you could wish for in the way of equipment both for living and entertainment. An added bonus was a small welcome pack. The hosts were very helpful but unobtrusive. We would certainly come back if we came to this area again.

My mum and I spent a week at this great location –off-season-, and we had sunshine every day and we did very pleasant walks alongside the see in the pin woods. The region is must to visit but much success to this holiday stay is the location we had. The host Abi gave us a very warm welcome, always helpful and lovely, and the house and its set-up is absolutely perfect. In the kitchen you have all you need, and the living room is very compfty with big windows easily to observe the birds and the squirrel, as well as the compfty terrace, perfect to relax and take your evening appéro. The house is in a residential and calm area, which gives you the rest you’re looking for in a holiday, and the Sea, restaurants and little shops are really very close. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable et confortable dans cette jolie maison où rien ne manquait, sauf peut-être une liseuse. La situation est idéale: au bord de la forêt, dans un quartier tranquille, à deux pas de la mer. Accueil très sympa et amical. Nous reviendrons sûrement!

We had high expectations of the accomodation, we were not dissapointed at all. Well equipped, maintained and a beautiful spot between the trees. After a very friendly welcome by Abi, we had 2 lovely weeks in Labenne-Ocean. On our bikes with bodyboards to the nearby beach and trips to San Seabstian, Biarritz, Dax and Bayonne. Ps. As a real Dutchman I needed my oldfashioned coffeemaker, which was not available in the house. No worries, I bought one and left it behind.

We spent there 5 days in Marck 2016. Everything was perfect; the house, the surroundings, and her welcoming gift. The house is very well located, there are many bars, supermarkets and restaurants to go and there is also a beach that is really relaxing. We also have to mention the huge amount of TV channels and music it has. So we recommend this house to everyone and thanks Abi!

We stayed in the house in Labenne for 5 days in late Sept. 2015. The house is very appealing: modern, clean, well equipped and close to the ocean, although with all the attractive side trips to Biarritz, San Sebastian etc, , we spent very little time on the beach. The English TV channels were a huge plus for us Brits and Americans. Abi, the owner is an absolute sweetheart. Her welcoming gift was much appreciated and quickly devoured. Supermarket and restaurants are close by. All in all, a delightful stay in a delightful home. Thanks again, Abi!

Maison impeccable, très bien fournie, très agréable à vivre dans un quartier résidentiel calme à 2 pas de la mer. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à 10 minutes de marche. Excellent accueil par la propriétaire, Abi qui est restée très discrète. Nous avons été moins charmés par Labenne même, mais il y a qques stations balnéaires sympa pas très loin. A conseiller! Thank you Abi for everything... the house was wonderful!

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans cette maison très propre, avec de grandes terrasses, un grand jardin au calme sans vis à vis et à 300 mètres de la plage surveillée. La propriétaire Abi est très sympa, discrète et aux petits soins avec ses locataires ! Je recommande cette location !
