Beautiful location and spotlessly clean.

Very friendly owner, even picked us up since the ordinary route to the house was blocked due to construction works. Very comfortable place, and really quiet in the evenings.

The bed pillows were a bit of an inconvenience...

Beautiful cottage in tranquil surroundings. The cottage had everything we needed for our family while we stayed there. Lovely clean cottage and the Hot Tub was brilliant and was all set up and prepared by our host. Steve (host) was very friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be back to the Dartmoor Linhay when returning to Devon!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Lovely quiet location. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony deck enjoying the evening silence. The cottage was everything we needed and Steve was a great host.

Nothing major but to note for fellow tall people booking, the ceilings in both bedrooms slope down towards the head of the beds, not leaving much room for sitting up in bed reading.

Steve was such an incredible host! We had such a great stay and he helped us out with all kinds of things. The house is gorgeoys and has everything you’d need. It’s the most peaceful location. I just sat on the balcony in the mornings and watched the lambs play. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Charming, snug, cosy property. Very clean and smart. Excellent shower and beds. Lovely friendly host. Great location. Hot tub in torrential rain utterly luxurious!

Fabulous setting, accommodation was immaculate and had everything you needed to make your stay really comfortable. Amazing service from the landlord, who made us so welcome, and also made ready the beautiful hot tub for the time we wanted it. So much to do and see,just wasn't enough time to do it all. Will definitely be going back though.
