Tout nouvel appartement à distance de marche de Biltmore Village avec de nombreux magasins / restaurants / brasseries. Les restaurants incluent, Moes Barbeque, Ruth Chris, Red Stagg Grill, TGI Vendredis, Rezaz, Fig, Cantina, Wayside Grill, Corner Kitchen, Wellbred, Texas Roadhouse, Brueggers, Starbucks et certains choix de restauration rapide. Catawba, French Broad et Hillman sont des brasseries situées à quelques pas de l'appartement. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de l'entrée de Biltmore Estate et à environ 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Asheville. Notre emplacement est pratique pour tout Asheville a à offrir. Cette nouvelle addition / appartement est connecté à notre résidence principale mais séparé par un couloir de 6 pi / portes doubles pour la vie privée / sécurité et entrée complètement séparée. Nous sommes disponibles si vous avez besoin de nous, sinon nous gardons pour nous. L'appartement est d'environ 600 pieds carrés, très spacieux avec des plafonds voûtés. Nous fournissons à peu près tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un long week-end ou un mois si vous préférez. Nous fournissons du papier toilette, du détergent à lessive, etc., mais les fournitures supplémentaires nécessaires sont à la charge du client.

This was the most well-provisioned place that I have ever stayed. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, to make our stay comfortable. Well-worth the price!

My husband and I were excited to explore a new city and all it had to offer. The location of this apartment house was within walking distance from the historic village shops and within walking distance to our favorite pub - Hillman Brewery. We visited the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see/do. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the covered front porch. In the evenings , we ate out at many of the local establishments (Cantina, Village Pub, Hillman Brewery). This home has all you need for a party of two. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. The decor was timeless and calming, linens and towels were of high quality, and water pressure was great. This location will be on our list of places to revisit in the future.

This property is well appointed, very clean, and in an awesome area if you are going to visit the Biltmore Village or Estate when you are in Asheville. Even though the property was built or renovated more than 5 years ago, it seemed virtually band new. The property owners were very friendly and ensured the stay was exceptional. The fact that it was easy walking distance to Biltmore Village made it extremely easy to walk to places for meals. Highly recommend this to any one or couple looking for a place to stay in Asheville, NC.

This home felt just right for my husband and me. We were going to The Biltmore, some local hikes, and downtown for dinner and the location was very convenient. I always appreciate natural light in a bathroom. The high window (privacy but still light) was nice and the vanity was not tiny and cramped like some small bathrooms. All comfortable.

What a wonderful little apartment! It's very spacious and clean. The natural lighting is beautiful and it's nice and quiet. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. I actually like their mattress better than our own and the pillows were nice and soft. There were plenty of towels for our stay and they even left some supplies for us! The owner was always very quick to reply though they were never needed, because their instructions were so detailed. Absolutely loved staying here!

Perfect place for a couple. Walking distance to local coffee spots and Biltmore Village. Downtown is not far at all. The mornings you can hear a variety of birds singing and it’s just so beautiful. The owners are awesome and respond quickly with answers. I will be back!

Everything was very clean and attractive. We were a little early at check-in. The owner was in the yard and allowed us to go in. We are 65+ so the steps were a little challenging, but being able to sit out on the porch was so nice when the weather was good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village. The owners, Jim and Teri, were excellent hosts.

The location in Biltmore Village worked for walking to restaurants, an easy drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. The hosts were delightful and available but not overwhelming. The house is in the perfect location to visit The Biltmore and shop at the village nearby. Downtown is also very close by.
The owners reply to any questions quickly. They are living on property so they are available if needed but do not bother you.
The house is adorable and very clean. They definitely take pride in their home. The home has everything you need…coffee pot, toaster, towels, washer and dryer, extra blanket…they even have movies for dvd player! I will definitely recommend this listing to friends and family and will stay here again.

My husband and I went to Asheville to celebrate our anniversary, this home is perfect for two. In walking distance of the Biltmore Village shops, restaurants and just a short drive to downtown. This place is super clean, as many commented on the cleanliness of the home, I was pleased to see this was true. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again.
