Pool was not heated.

The front desk lady was rude and charged me twice for the room when I told her I already paid for the room. I have been charged double and need a refund ASAP

We liked the location.

The rooms need some work and we had to constantly ask for towels. The hotel didn't meet our expectation or the standard of Aloft.

Hotel is from walking distance from restaurants and bars.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

Nothing! At 11.57 a.m. I had an email sent saying my reservation had been cancelled. We were ready to walk out the door when I just happened to check my email. I was stunned!! I immediately called and was told my card was no good. I said, well let’s figure this out because I want the room. I asked why they didn’t call me. She said they didn’t have my number. NOT TRUE! She informed me they gave my room to someone else. I made this reservation months ago! They made no effort to contact me. When I put my card information in your system, it accepted it as valid. Don’t know what the problem was! This was a 50th birthday celebration. People came from out of town. I’m appalled at the way the manager spoke to me! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service!

The breakfast was outstanding, but understanding where things like forks and ketchup were were a little difficult. It was a little difficult figuring out what to do.

Fan in the bathroom would have been nice.
