We liked the location.
The rooms need some work and we had to constantly ask for towels. The hotel didn't meet our expectation or the standard of Aloft.

Hotel is from walking distance from restaurants and bars.

Nothing! At 11.57 a.m. I had an email sent saying my reservation had been cancelled. We were ready to walk out the door when I just happened to check my email. I was stunned!! I immediately called and was told my card was no good. I said, well let’s figure this out because I want the room. I asked why they didn’t call me. She said they didn’t have my number. NOT TRUE! She informed me they gave my room to someone else. I made this reservation months ago! They made no effort to contact me. When I put my card information in your system, it accepted it as valid. Don’t know what the problem was! This was a 50th birthday celebration. People came from out of town. I’m appalled at the way the manager spoke to me! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service!

The breakfast was outstanding, but understanding where things like forks and ketchup were were a little difficult. It was a little difficult figuring out what to do.

the location was good and the valet staff wonderful at keeping our car safe while we checked in, took bags in. Jacob was the best!
Rude front desk clerk lied by saying we had no showed the night before. This special night had been planned for months, but the hotel only a week before. So, he pulled the old bait & switch, gave away our room with two queen beds (2 adts, 2 chd) and put us in a tiny room with a king size bed. Then, they charged a no show fee on top of the groom rate. Try getting a responsible person with this group on the phone!

They told us, that we have to pay for our breakfast. We already payed for breakfast when we booked !! What a ripoff !!
Valley parking staff . I was waiting 20 min until one of the kids got off his cell phone and got my car. Very disappointed

Everything was clean ! Absolutely loved the lighting in the room!
This TV in my room didn’t work. Maintenance came in just to find out something like the box that was behind the TV didn’t work & wouldn’t be replaced until the next day !

Location and restaurant. Staff was excellent. Good free entertainment. Breakfast was included and very good.
Room was musty like dirty socks. No comfort chair to relax in and watch TV. Just a desk chair. Shower toiletries were empty. Asked for another room but not much different. Hate the elevator system. Too much wait time.pillows were flat.
