The backyard is fully fenced which is great if you travel with a pet. There is no pool at this location but the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. There are also many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The master suite is very private so if you have friends or family visiting they will have their own space. The management team, Sharon & Taylor, are great to work with. We did not run into any issues during our 5 week stay but they are readily available to correct any issues if they should occur. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood which is good for couples & families. This is not a party house but you can expect some occasional loud renters, but not always, on one side of the house. This is the only downside to this rental but overall it is a great place to rent for short or long term. I highly recommend it & the Seaside Property Rental Agency!

We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated home. It was quite clean and was perfect for sharing during our friends’ visit. It was in a quiet neighborhood but a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Great location, right across from the beach with a few places within walking distance. Driving to and from wasn't bad, and a lot of places near by to visit. Highly recommended.

property was clean ice maker did not work and 2 blind pannels were broken upon arirrival, evidently cleaning service did not report the problem nor did they check the coffee maker since tere was a pod left in the keurig

House is well taken care of and kept up, well lit, hard to find a way to softer light at night. Wonderful location - park behind house and at end of street which is just like four or five houses down. Walking was a third of a mile to water’s edge. Plenty of restaurants of various styles, convenience stores, and other points of interest either a walk or short drive away. Only used half the house for our stay but had plenty of beach stuff so we lacked for nothing plus bed comfortable and shower huge. Did not utilize back yard as not best time of year cause palms have berries that birds must be eating and depositing there. Kitchen well equipped, only needed real food. Very easy after hours check in and short drive to location and just as easy to drop off and close out on other end. Have already looked into another stay in future.

The Nature preserve walk was also nice with a playground at the end of the street. The beach cart, coolers and umbrella also came in handy.

Was renting this property for some R&R and to celebrate our Uncle's 90th birthday. We had the BEST WEEK!! From the beautiful weather to the ease of check-in, to the excellent property....it was super special. Thanks, and we plan on making this a yearly event!!!

The property was clean & very well equipped. Even though they accept pets, the house did not have a pet smell. We enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay overall. Location is a short walk to the beach and they had a wagon to put our beach stuff into, which was very helpful and needed for making the walk back and forth easy. House was in decent shape, not very high end and some minor things didn’t work like the light over the stove, and slow drain in the shower, but nothing too major. The sheets were also not the most comfortable. If you would be happy in a quality 3 star hotel, this is a great option. If you are looking for luxury, I would keep looking.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for four consecutive weeks and really enjoyed the property. It was very dog friendly and in a great location. We had a visit from our daughter and her family, and they, including their children ages 7 to 11 really enjoyed their stay. We would rent the house again.

This year we got to meet the owners due to the need to get coconuts out of the one Palm tree....The whole family came out and we enjoyed their presence, plus their children were well behaved.l. I'm telling you about the family because that is what we also see in the home we rent from them. It's clean, neat, provisions are good and the home is well taken care of. Property manager hops right on anything we need which is really appreciated. Some things we left last year were still there (appreciated) so I left a few little things in hopes we'll have them for next year too!! The only additions we'd like to see for next year are: a recliner in my husband's "man" cave and some new area/throw rugs.

The home is a nice size with 2 living rooms, one larger than the other one which my husband uses as his "man" cave!! Having 3 bedrooms with 2 baths allows for company invites and our small Super Bowl party!! The lay out of the home is nice, more open than closed off. The kitchen is updated with nice appliances.

The home is only 500 steps to the beach, restaurants & bars also in walking distance, park for the kids about 400 steps away, great walking spots!! The only reason we left early was because of the "coronavirus" mess!!!! Otherwise my husband would have had to drag me away from beautiful IRB!!!!

The yard had a BBQ that we used for burgers but there was no table outside. The week we stayed, the weather was cold, rainy, and windy. The kitchen was so clean and spacious, we decided to have Christmas dinner here. All 9 of us gathered, cooked, ate and settled down to watch TV comfortably.
The nature park was a wonderful escape. My husband and I walked it daily. My 82y mother also felt safe walking the path and enjoying the birds and pools of tiny fish. We visited the beach just once because it was just too cold and windy. However, the kids (13 and 16 years old) would run over and back every day hoping the water "warmed up". But that was not the case for this visit. We did visit the Bird Sanctuary, Clearwater Aquarium, and Honeymoon Island. I loved this property!

This place was perfect, perfect location and the park was amazing with the nature walk, Would for sure recommend and come back 5 stars for sure
