Brought our own.

3 of us, ages 84, 83, 82...no safety grab-rails in shower or toilet. No anti-slip on sohwer tiles, fire detector does not appear to be working, no switch on single bed-light so had to switch off at wall, cockroaches in main bedroom, whole apartment looks like has not been cleaned properly for weeks, matbe monrhs.

No new soap in bathroom, found a live baby cockroach in kitchen cutlery, tv dated & couldn’t play usb movies, also limited channels available

Absolutely nothing very dirty, beds not made, falsely advertised and unit is nothing like the photos. The mattress springs dig into your back. There is no bath and no bbq even though add says there is. We checked out of the accomodation after one night due to it being so dirty and one bed not having a blanket and the other one had a paper thin blanket. We demanded a refund from this property.

As other reviewers have mentioned the flat is disgusting. Floors and surfaces covered in grime, obviously never used a cleaner and I don't think the sheets were changed. My kid found an actual weapon on the ground. Also injured her toe on the uneven floor. Fridge not wiped out. Dishes in the sink. Shower was gross and had a grotty old non slip mat. Very unhygienic throughout and a bad smell. Called booking .com but they would not assist with finding alternative accommodation. Left at 4am when we found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. There were no towels just dirty washing in a basket. False advertising includes: not an apartment inside a building, no towels, no bottled water.. Other reviewers suggested it was not serviced between uses which is a concerning as the combination lock on the door would not have been reset. I didn't feel safe. I'm undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer and can't stay in unhygienic conditions like this. I paid $293.50 for this and my request for a refund in full was denied. Wish I could upload more than 4 photos.

Friendliness of the owner. He even bought back my walking stick today after I accidentally left it behind

Bed mattress was a bit hard for my back

Beds were uncomfortable. Dirty laundry in the hamper, missing half the shower screen, daughter had to use a mattress protector in a cover as a blanket as there were not enough for everyone.
