very nice area and very quiet and everything was clean 

lovely area. everything needed is close and within walking distance. the house and facilties in general are brilliant.

the beds are cheap/old. any movement at all makes a noise. the front door handle needs changed as you have to play about with it to open/close the door

House was really clean and very cosy in an excellent location within minutes of the supervalue shop and takeaways etc. There were ducks outside on the river which we fed. That was fun. The area was lovely and peaceful. Host was excellent with messages and details re key box etc

Clean, spacious, modern and warm. Parking was easy and the landlord was approachable and helpful.

There was no TV access until the afternoon of our second day. Suggestion: requires hooks on back of bathroom doors as there is nowhere to hang towels etc.

The house’s location is amazing, very close to Supervalu. Eoin was a great host!

The house is in a very quiet, peaceful location, but close to shops. We had a problem with the heating, but our host responded very quickly and got everything sorted out for us. The house was well equipped.

It saw spacious and the beds where clean and comfortable. The lane was quite.

I think the place is rundown by the number of visitors and needs refurbishment. The handles are ready to fall off, some of the doors don't close properly, there is some mold in the bathroom and floora are squeaking. In my opinion a score of close to 7 rather that 8.5 is closer.

Lovely house to stay clean and warm when we arrived and the gentleman who owns the house could not be nicer to deal with.. 100% recommend

Cant fault the property at all

The location great and convenient. We were working at the university so perfect.

This house has everything you would need. It has two bedrooms. One bedroom had a bed for two people with an ensuite and the other bedroom had two single beds and also an ensuite. Downstairs there is a wc under the stairs, a living room and a kitchen. Towels were supplied in the washrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans etc. that you would need. The end of lane location was nice, right beside the canal.

I slept on one of the single beds and on the double bed but found them both to be very uncomfortable. Also, there is some noise from a workshop(?) that is directly behind the house in the mornings. This didn't bother us too much though as it was an effective wake up call :)
