The property was immaculate, inside and out. The location was beautiful and the facilities were top notch. The couple who own the b&b are so eager to cater for their clients, nothing is too much trouble. We were so grateful for everything they did and/or offered us. This place is highly recommended!

Super Frühstück, sehr ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Gegend. Hier passt einfach ALLES. Andy und Christine geben sehr nützliche Tipp`s für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen hier inSüdengland. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub noch einmal optimieren. Hier ist man Gast und keine Nummer ! Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Kurze Wege zu vielen Gärten, Schlösser und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Everything. The best B&B we have stayed in and better than a hotel! Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for where we wanted to visit in Kent. If ever we visit the area again we'll definitely go back. We might even visit Kent because we loved our stay so much 😁. We were lucky with the weather too😁.

Wij waren zeer te spreken over de gastvrijheid van Christine en Andy. Eigenlijk was wat dat betreft alles tot in de puntjes geregeld.

Wij vonden de prijs wel wat aan de hoge kant, maar hier hebben we natuurlijk wel van te horen mee ingestemd.

Everything was perfect. The room was perfectly clean, spacious, warm and the beds were very comfy. Top quality shower and bathroom. Andy and Christine were both very welcoming since we got there, making sure we had the most peaceful weekend away from home. Our breakfast next morning was super delicious and cooked by Christine and Andy - yummy homemade english breakfast. We will definitely come back when we are again in the area. Thanks for everything!

Andy and Christine are lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms light, uncluttered and airy. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Really clean. Guests can come and go as they like, any time. A great stay.

There was nothing not to like here. I would thoroughly recommend and would happily stay again.

I am a repeat visitor to the Riseden. The location was the initial attraction as I’ve family close by. Now I know I can book and be sure of a warm welcome. Everywhere is spotless, comfortable beds and linens. Updated modern bathrooms. All you need to make a cup or tea or coffee in your room. Nice extra touches like a hair dryer and ironing board. Lots of clothes hangers and storage if your stay is week long. Delicious breakfasts served in a sunny and bright room with garden views. A community fridge if you need one

We had an absolutely wonderful night, we received an exceptional welcome. The breakfast was excellent. We will come back in March, and I will wear the Charlton jersey.

Christine and Andy were the best hosts, so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible and help us make the most of our stay. The breakfast was first class, fresh and beautifully cooked and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

I stay in hotels and B&Bs 2 - 3 times a week, and I don't think I've ever had a comfier bed! Really nice room with a very modern bathroom, and everything was immaculately clean.. A pleasant outlook from the window and a quiet location. Really friendly and welcoming hosts. I can't rate this place highly enough!

This hospitality taken to the next level. Christine and Andy are the nicest, most welcoming people. The family room is perfect with two separated rooms for parents and child, so spacious, clean, comfy, with plenty of storage space and literally any equipment you can think of. Our host even bought a bedrail ahead of our stay as they knew our son tended to fall out of bed. The breakfast is delicious and we appreciated the family feel and chats at the B&B. We’ll be back for sure!
