Kristina our host was really quick with our questions and even let us check in before the stated time which was really generous!

-Super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt
- moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung
- süßer kleiner Balkon, auf dem man gemütlich frühstücken kann
- sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir durften sogar schon früher in die Wohnung am ersten Tag
- durch die zentrale Lage etwas lauter, aber damit muss man rechnen
- an der ein oder anderen Stelle hätte es etwas sauberer sein können (z.B. hinter der Waschmaschine)

Location is just perfect in the middle of old city. Great balcony with nice view to peaceful garden (with lazy cats) and to lovely side street with some life. From here we could walk everywhere and the beach is also within walking distance. Market square with large grocery store is just round the corner.

Fab location, really central very clean and fresh, great facilities (Wi-Fi, air con etc) Owner very helpful, great communication and very friendly.’Perfect for what we needed and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again if we went back 😊

The host welcomed us on arrival. Communication was great, we were given lots of valuable information and tips for our visit. The location of the flat could not be better for exploring the old town of Zadar. Flat had everything you need for a comfortable stay and is really tastefully decorated with modern finishes and lovely touches.

Perfectly located in the old town of Zadar, you can reach every part of the peninsula in 10 to 15 minutes walk. The building itself may not be in a good condition but apartment is in a very good condition. It is quiet, clean and has everthing you need to wash, cook and live. The balcony was dream and the tree in front gave us shaddow the whole day ... We ar gonig to visit Zadar and hopefully be able to stay in that appartment.

The size of the apartment, it is big enough for two people. The location is convenient. It is in the city center and there is a free parking nearby (we found a free parking spot every day there)
The building is a bit creepy and old. In front of the entrance there is always garbage and once you enter is not very clean either. Also it has an inner common garden (you can see it in the pics) that nobody take cares of. I think the apartment could be a bit more clean.

The location was excellent - with everything on the doorstep. Christina (the host), gave an excellent explanation of everything and made it clear that we could call her if we thought of anything that she hadn't covered.
The bathroom was a little cold; but I imagine if we were there in the height of summer, rather than at the end of October, the coolness might have been welcome!

Kristina was very kind and welcoming and her apartment had everything we needed for our visit to Zadar. It was a great location for exploring the old town and the city beaches, and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Kristina was the best host and the apartment was fully equipped, modern and in the heart of Zadar. Definitely we're staying there on our next visit to Zadar.

Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly, the location ideal (old town of zadar). The rooms modernly furnished and decorated. Balcony, tv and air conditioning in the bedroom. Kitchen was fully equiped to prepare breakfast and dinner. Bathroom had hair dryer and a washing machine.

- Location: In the old town surrounded by the main sights and close proximity to bars and restaurants. Neighbours within the same courtyard had a couple of cats which are lovely!
- Apartment: Modern features and nicely decorated.
- Bedroom: Spacious, extremely comfortable bed, good working air conditioning, opened up to a cute balcony overlooking the courtyard below.
- Kitchen: Had everything needed and with dining table for 2.
- Bathroom: Spacious and modern. I really liked the tap design!
- Host: Kristina came to meet us from work to check us in, explained the apartment and gave us recommendations and tips. We followed her advice on going to a restaurant called ‘Proto’ which was nearby and it really was amazing! We had a great time.
- We could hear some noise from neighbours nearby who decided to sing, but this was only an issue for us as we went to bed quite early one evening before an early start the next day. So maybe this wouldn’t cause an issue for others.
