Cozy Munds Park Cabin in the Pines - Single Story
Spacieux 3 chambres, 2 cabines de bain avec une cuisine mise à jour et une salle de bonus. Profitez de votre séjour dans les pins dans le confort avec toutes les commodités que vous auriez à la maison. La cabine est entièrement meublée. Chambre 1 a un lit queen avec TV (pas de câble actuellement mais vous pouvez apporter une Apple TV ou similaire pour vous connecter) et salle de bain attachée. Chambre 2 a un lit queen. Chambre 3 a deux lits jumeaux. 2ème salle de bain du couloir. Grande salle a une cheminée électrique et une télévision à écran plat de 65 pouces. Aussi un grand canapé et fauteuil inclinable. La salle de bonus a une table de salle à manger de six personnes. Nous avons également remplacé tous les appareils de la cuisine en janvier 2019. Profitez des températures plus fraîches sur le porche arrière entouré par les pins. Cabine a WiFi et Direct TV. Réservez en toute confiance, je m'engage à vous assurer un excellent séjour et à profiter de notre "lieu heureux" autant que nous le faisons. S'il vous plaît envoyer des questions que vous avez. Such a great property! Well stocked and comfortable for our family of five. Beautiful home and area.

After exploring the beauty of the area in early winter during the day, retiring back to this meticulously clean and well appointed home was a real treat. Being able to warm back up in front of the fireplace while watching the big screen TV added to our enjoyment. The well stocked and efficient kitchen allowed us to prepare our dinners quickly and cleanup afterwards in a minimum amount of time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just as nice as the rest of the home which made for a very pleasurable stay. The owner of this property should be very proud of what they have and I am thankful they are willing to share it. And, oh yes, the bottle of complimentary wine went perfect with our dish of homemade lasagne.

The property was great, the only thing is the manager kept dropping the heat during the day while we were gone, and it took some time to heat up to the 72/74 we were trying to enjoy.

This was an absolutely wonderful VRBO! The host goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely perfect. The property is quaint, lovely, very well maintained and is super clean! Check in and out was a breeze.
Overall, my husband and I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many VRBOs, but this one is by and far the best one we have ever stayed at. We definitely recommend it and will be back for another visit soon.

We were absolutely blown away at just how accurate the description and pictures of this home were! There were no surprises, and we have never encountered a cleaner property. Perfect spot to get away with your family, with all amenities you will need so you don’t have to worry with anything but enjoying the trip you are on. We will definitely be back, and hope others enjoy this cozy place as much as we did!

We had an amazing time in the area. This house was super clean, and offered everything we needed for our stay. Appliances are new and efficient, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were able to visit Sedona for hiking, Antelope canyons, Bearizona zoo and Grand Canyon, this was a perfect central location. We were not looking for local restaurants or shops, we didn’t have time. We simply picked up food on the way in Flagstaff or Sedona and brought it to the house, or ate at the restaurant in Flagstaff, it was just 20 min away. Great communication with the owner. Kim provided us with many useful information and tips. We would choose this house again. We felt very comfortable here.

This home is even more comfy than the pics show. Beautifully surrounded by pines and a great view.
Location is central to Sedona, CampVerde (Wineries), Williams and Flagstaff.
Great communication with owners.
Had a small electrical hiccup on the first day, they took care of it immediately, and the rest of our week there was magical.
Fully stocked with everything you need, just bring food and enjoy.
Will definitely stay again in the future.

Kim’s place was perfect for my family. My family enjoyed their stay very much. The place was immaculate. Bedding was clean and crisp. And the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Communication was amazing from the time we booked to the day we checked out! We will defiantly be booking again for any future visits.

The check in process was seamless! The home was spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen /family room as well as the huge bonus dining room with a functional office work space! The home was more than enough room for our family of 6! We were impressed with how clean the home was and the owner provided everything that we needed for our stay. The complimentary bottle of wine and note from the homeowner's was a really special touch that we appreciated very much! The community was very nice but be aware that during the wintertime, the local businesses & restaurants are closed down. There were many nearby trails in the community which is a major bonus. Also, we made the short trip to Flagstaff and found that a lot of the businesses there were closed as well. Sedona was an easy drive and everything there was open. Be sure to visit Sedona during your stay, the scenery is absolutely incredible!. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and I would highly recommend this comfortable and charming home!

Everything was perfect. We loved the area. The house was wonderful. This place is truly a hidden gem. The host was pleasant and stayed in communication with us. She even had a bottle of wine and a thank you note waiting for us. Nice touch!!

Everything was as described and even nicer than expected. Very homey feeling! My wife enjoyed spending some relaxing time while my kids and I were out skiing. Such a great place to come back to! Our only regret was my kids and I didn’t get to spend as much time there. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Great value, clean, and perfectly maintained cabin! Owner was great with communication.

The dishwater and glassware is top notch and all of the appliances are brand new. The beds and pillows were so comfortable as well. There was even a shovel for the surprise snow that we had. We traveled two hours to Phoenix and an hour to Sedona. It was an amazing rental and I can’t wait to get back to it one day. Five stars for sure!
