Il y a un foyer électrique pour votre plaisir dans votre chambre. Vous dormirez sur un tout nouveau lit queen-size Sealy Posturepedic avec des draps luxueux. Il y a une salle de bain attenante 3/4 qui comprend du shampoing, du revitalisant et du nettoyant pour le corps dans des distributeurs sous la douche. Buanderie attenante avec mini réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, armoire à vêtements et quelques assiettes en papier, serviettes et ustensiles.
Vous profiterez de l'intimité comme si vous aviez votre propre appartement. Saisie de code de clé privée afin que vous puissiez aller et venir sans propriétaire.
Salle à manger / bureau avec hébergement pour le café et peut être utilisé pour le travail informatique. J'ai une imprimante et un scanner sur demande.

Ma maison est un environnement très zen, serein et apaisant pour une escapade relaxante. Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'énergie positive coule et que vous voulez vous asseoir sur le patio ou la terrasse et profiter de la soirée au coin du feu, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Je travaille à plein temps du lundi au vendredi 8 a. m. - 5 p. m. donc si vous prévoyez d'arriver avant 17h30. m. vous devez me le dire lors de la réservation.
Ne pas fumer. Pas de chaussures portées dans la maison.

Robyn’s place was super clean and comfortable. My 19 year old daughter stayed at Robyn’s place during the Iowa State Fair. As a mom I was nervous about her staying a couple hours from home for 10 days. I was also worried about her going to and from the fair. Robyn watched over her like she would her own daughter or granddaughter, and for that I am extremely thankful.
Location is perfect no matter what you would be in town for. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to find as well.
Robyn takes pride in her place and it shows. It was literally spotless.

We are new to VRBO and were hoping for a quiet and nice place to stay for an affordable price. Little did we know that we would be staying with a host that is trying to scam us out of money and a dog that barks non stop in the morning waking us up at 4am. He also barks everytime he sees you and runs at you. It was unfortunate to say the least. The pictures don't do the space justice and that large table is NOT private. The entrance is through the garage where u have to squeeze by her car just to get in a tiny door. Also the wifi was very spotty but doable. We were trying to be as polite as possible making the bed, no shoes in the house and even took out the garage at the end of the stay. Once we got home she slapped us with a $70 claim asking for repairs to the house to of which WE DID NOT CAUSE and we had already paid a $59 damage protection fee that covers up to $1500. Will never stay here again thats for sure. Sad too bc I thought this place was decent enough for a couple that just needed a 2 night stay. Wouldn't recommend unless its the last option but even then make sure you take photos of everything you can before you stay the night and then again when u leave because SHE WILL MAKE FALSE CLAIMS ON YOU AND CHARGE YOU MONEY. NO THANK YOU.

Des Moines Homely Stay
I cannot say enough how great the stay was at this property! It was very homely and comfortable. It did not feel stuffy like staying in a hotel - but rather it was cozy and quaint. The property manager was very friendly and flexible and overall the property was well-kept. A very enjoyable stay!

Warm wonderful place
Robyn the host was responsive to requests and concerns. This was a perfect place for me to stay for a week; safe neighborhood, off street parking, inviting area to sleep, well maintained and clean.
I arrived after midnight: Robyn made sure the lights were on, had the electric fireplace on for additional warmth and instruction on how to operate.
This place has s microwave, coffee/tea thing, room fridge with freezer. There is a separate entrance, there are several steps to get to get to your room… nice arrangement; bedroom with small dresser, cube storage, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet very pretty , third room has a place to hang clothes, a counter area to prepare microwave food and coffee or tea, also washer and dryer which I did not use.

The southwestern ambiance is furthered by a supplemental heat generating electric fireplace that emits warmth and coziness… a definite welcome on chilly Iowa evenings. The private bath is well appointed, too. Should you be staying longer term… the space offers shared laundry facilities off the bedroom and small fridge and microwave for private use. A single car carport off the driveway means no worries about street parking. Thank you Robyn for your warm hospitality and a pleasant stay.

I could not have been happier staying at Heart and Soul B&B. Robyn was beyond fantastic as a host which helped make my weekend very special. I was in town for a workshop at the Unity Church and Robyn's place provided the perfect setting for my total experience for my heart and soul. The price was an added bonus even though she could and should charge more as it was well worth.I wish I could have experienced her energy work as I found her healing space very impressive with all the tuning forks, Tibetan Bowls and various tools to align ones energy field, but unfortunately it didn't work out for this trip. Maybe next time.Her home interior decorating was done so artistically I can only imagine how nice her landscaping must look like in the summer.What a great find and I look forward to my next trip into Des Moines and hope your place is not booked when I do. Everything One Could Want in a Property!
This charming property has it all--a terrific location, every amenity imaginable, plus a thoughtful, responsive, and energetic owner. It is the perfect size for two people and I highly recommend it to those traveling to Des Moines!

Robyn has a wonderful,caring "Heart & Soul"
Robyn is a "Fabulous Host". She is always checking to see if you need anything. Everything in her home you have access to use is clean & spotless. Her deck out in her backyard is like Heaven on Earth complete with a gas fire fountain for ambience and beauty. Truly a place to come & relax and get away. The bathroom is newly remodeled & wonderfully decorated. Even a big Television with "cable" and also wireless. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, Robyn

A lovely place in Des Moines!
We stayed 2 nights in Robyn’s B&B and felt welcome and comfortable. Her space is clean and private with the nicest bed you could want. The property was quiet and safe with a private carport. I wish we had time to enjoy her lovely garden and patio. We will definitely be staying at Robyn’s again.
