Appartamento ampio, luminoso, in posizione strategica. Ristrutturato benissimo Tutto vicino, bar, ristoranti, servizi .La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci tornerò Consigliatissimo

La posizione, la pulizia e l’alloggio era tutto nuovo a parte una parete che era rovinata da qualche infiltrazione di acqua

Apartment was clean and had everything we required. Beds were comfortable. Good location for walking through old town and supermarket not too far away.
The apartment is a ground floor with central courtyard so has a skylight for kitchen but it is still quite dark inside.

wonderful location, light and cheerful apartment on the first floor (handicap accessible), washer/dryer that actually worked well, comfy bed, good temperature control.
internet was weak. sofa bed was uneven and not comfortable. inexplicably there was a plastic mattress cover on the bed in one of the bedroom that made it hot and tortuous to sleep first night. took it off and it was great!

Spacious and in a good location close to all the important attractions in Siviglia
The house was very humid probably due to the weather conditions because it was raining.
Anything offer by the host at the arrival.
We didn’t see anyone neither at the arrival or the departure making the experience very impersonal.

The host was really friendly and accommodating. She met me outside as I got lost and showed me to the property. The property is really nice and clean and comfortable.
We had a bit of trouble turning on the aircon in one of the rooms but eventually manage to get it sorted.

Amazing central location in a secure and comfortable apartment. Juan was a very kind host, even getting my mum a box of chocolate as it was her birthday! He was very easy to contact and had lots of good recommendations. The apartment was the perfect place, thank you Juan.
