Beautifully Peaceful Island Getaway
Spectaculaire 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes Condo, magnifiquement décoré avec grand balcon montrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et le lagon privé.
La chambre principale contient un lit king size, la deuxième chambre contient un lit queen size avec entrée privée, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 télévisions à écran plat (55 "et 49") avec câble et Internet ainsi que WiFi. Cette unité est livrée avec une place de parking privée à quelques pas de l'ascenseur pour un accès super facile à l'unité. Laveuse et sécheuse situé à seulement deux portes dans le couloir.

Frank was on top of things. Very quick replies to any of our questions. Condo has a nice pool and views from the balcony were great. We saw dolphins in the lagoon most of the days we were watching for them. I will definitely return.

Had such a geat time in this condo. The views were beautiful. We did get to see some dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the boats come by. The place had nice decor. and it was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner Frank was very nice to talk to. Would like to come back my next trip down.

Amazing host! Great communication. An elderly family member had a special accommodation request that host was able to quickly provide, going above and beyond for us. AMAZING views from every angle. Assigned parking and condo very close to elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Shopping carts available to help with luggage transport. Very quiet and beautiful building and grounds. Host had an array of menus that was very helpful. Beautiful sunset views. Everything great and would use again. Another huge thanks to our host Frank!

Get location and wonderful surroundings. Plenty to do on-site or venture out with most things needed within a mile or two. We will certainly use this property again. Highly recommended.

We had a really good time. Great views I would stay again. I saw dolphins in the lagoon. They have a really cool nature walk around the lagoon at the property. Great pool.

Great place- exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and welcoming. The pool was very well kept. We watched dolphins swim outside balcony every day. Great to sit out on balcony and watch boats, sunrise and sunset!

This was a perfect escape from the real world. Lovely condo with an outstanding view of the gulf. Very quiet with a lovely pool always with comfortable water temperature. Owner of condo was always available with a phone call and very hospitable. Lot of dolphins and manatees. Will be returning

Peaceful getaway
The views were beautiful and the facility is impeccably kept up. Since I'm a local I was aware of the surrounding restaurants and such. We had a great relaxing visit and would recommend it to anyone!

The rental unit was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the lagoon and gulf. We watched dolphins and matinees almost every day. Frank the owner was very attentive to our needs and responded to all our questions very promptly. It was a lovely way to shelter in place due to Covid19.

Beautiful place!
We have stayed in more than a dozen HomeAway homes in the past 3 years, and this place was among the top. Frank was so nice to work with, too. The condo is beautifully decorated and recently renovated. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Everything was very convenient - parking, elevators close-by, laundry facilities near, and attractions a short drive away. Although we didn't use the pool, the fitness center, or the pickle ball courts, they were very well-maintained. We did take the nature trail walk and enjoyed that very much. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the balcony watching dolphins, pelicans, and other wildlife while enjoying our coffee or wine. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back to Florida.

Wonderful Condo on the water!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. It is beautifully furnished and comes equipped and stocked with everything you will need during your stay! The resort is also in immaculate condition. We enjoyed the pool with the water view, the game room, playing pickle ball, and the peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend booking here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, had everything that we needed. We sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play.

Waking up in the morning, brewing a fresh cup of coffee and looking out over the balcony quickly became a routine part of our spring getaway. There are plenty of wildlife to discover peering over the balcony into the lagoon. Manatees, dolphins, and schools of fish swim under the nature trail bridge dividing the dark expanse of ocean and the calm lake-like waters of the lagoon. The sun sets beautifully over the ocean right from our balcony. The location is perfect with Tampa, Clearwater, and Orlando all being in driving range. Our family vacations at Florida every year, and this is by far the best experience we’ve had with lodging. I would recommend it to even my closest friends and family. The owner is super responsive and friendly. It’s truly an amazing place to stay.

Relaxing Stay with Beautiful View - 5 Stars!!
Great condo with all necessities for a wonderful stay. Pickle ball paddles allowed us to learn the game from residents of Gulf Island. Watched dolphins and sting rays from the balcony. Kitchen had just what was needed. Clean and spacious condo. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club before and love the complex. This 2 bedroom condo is beautiful. Wonderful Gulf view from the balcony. Every thing is as advertised. Clean well equipped with everything we needed. Also having a indoor parking space near the elevator is a real plus. The owner is a very personable and quick to respond to any need or question. Would highly recommend staying here. Will rent again next time in the area.

Absolutely perfect in Hudson, FL
We enjoyed our stay on the Gulf and Florida didn’t disappoint. Our condo was perfect— we had everything we needed. Our host checked on us to ensure that things were to our liking and was very accommodating. The condo was gorgeous with a view that could not have been better. The pool and amenities at the resort ensured that regardless of the time of day, we always had something to do. Highly recommend and are looking forward to our next trip.

AWESOME! Great little vacation spot
Beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The owner is extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of if there are any questions. Hudson is a cute little gulf front town with a public beach, couple restaurants (recommend Sam's Beach Bar...right on the water), gas station, and ice cream parlor nearby. Walmart is only 1-2 miles down hwy 19 for groceries and such.
The condo is situated on an inlet/lagoon with walking trail and foot bridge. During our stay dolphins, manatees and other marine life frequented the lagoon.
There are tons of things to do for the active traveler. Such as, kayaks on the beach for paddling around the inlet (also available to rent in Hudson), pickle ball and tennis courts (the guard stand has pickle ball equipment available to check out), two pools, grills (gas and charcoal), private sandy beach area, coin laundry on every floor, fitness gym, and garage parking. All of the other tenants and renters were wonderfully welcoming and even took us under their wing on the pickle ball court.
While there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied at the Gulf Beach and Tennis Club, this location is also only about 30-35 miles from the St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa areas if you plan on also doing a little sight seeing during your stay.

Wonderful unit in peaceful quiet condo
Couldn't have asked for a nicer unit. Small issue with the A/C upon arrival but Frank (owner) addressed it immediately. Contacted me 2 more times during my stay to make sure I was happy. The unit is updated and tastefully decorated. Wonderful views of the lagoon (dolphins and manatee visit the lagoon regularly) and the Gulf. Gated community with polite and helpful security staff. Enjoyed my time ion Hudson and will most certainly stay here again next year. 2 thumbs up!!!

Gulf Island is beautiful, meticulously kept Condos! The condo we stayed in made our 2 week Christmas visit such a pleasure! Easy access, contact with the owner, and no negative surprises. We had a reserved parking space in the garage just steps to the elevator. From our balcony, we could watch the dolphins (warmer weather the manatees will be there too!) The picture is exactly as you see it, fresh, modern, clean, and accommodating. The kitchen is stocked- brand new appliances! Make 1 turn off Commercial Hwy. #19 (shopping, dining, post office & medical) and the Gulf of Mexico awaits you. Sunrise and sunsets and the sway of the palm trees are your only concern. The owner "Frank" is available for any how-to or guidance you may need. Bring your camera, your bathing suit, running shoes and your tennis racket or prop your feet up in the recliner and enjoy the view or your favorite TV show or computer game. Wifi ready for you. A wonderful welcome and visit awaits you, we were sorry to go. My 3 year old grandson asks when can we go to Nana's "water house"? We signed up in May for our Christmas visit which was a gift to my family to be together over the holidays. Absolutely recommend Frank's Condo for it's view, accessibility and you can't put a price on EXPECTATION.....mine were exceeded!
