Bienvenue dans notre maison EP16!
L'EP16 est un bâtiment Bauhaus joliment rénové, donnant accès à un jardin sur le toit offrant une vue sur l'Acropole.
EP16 a un total de cinq appartements et peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes.
Nous offrons gratuitement wifi, tv / dvd / cd et tout confort ... et des boissons gratuites sur le jardin sur le toit!
Notre maison EP16 est situé dans une rue calme du vieux quartier de Psiri. Psirri est plein de vie dynamique de nuit, cafés, tavernes et cinémas en plein air.
En quelques minutes à pied, vous entrez dans une belle promenade piétonne qui vous permet de flânant le long du centre historique de la ville, visiter l'Acropole, manger au quartier animé de Psirri ou de marcher dans la ville pittoresque de Plaka.
La station Monastiraki situé à quelques minutes à pied de nos appartements offre un accès direct à l'aéroport international d'Athènes ainsi que l'accès direct à Pirée port de mer.
Tous les appartements disposent d'un salon spacieux, cuisine en marbre entièrement équipée et salle de bains en marbre.
Chaque appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Tous les appartements ont des lits doubles king size qui peuvent être mis en place comme deux singles.
Tous les appartements peuvent accueillir deux personnes de plus dans le salon. Les salons disposent de canapés-lits, de canapés confortables et de lits pliants temporaires.
Appartements EP12 sont situées au premier étage et ils ont une porte de verrouillage qui, lorsqu'il est ouvert un grand appartement est créé. Appartements EP34 sont situées au deuxième étage et ils ont une porte de verrouillage qui, lorsqu'il est ouvert un grand appartement est créé. Appartement EP5 est situé au rez de chaussée.
Accès se fait par une belle marbre et escalier de fer cas.
Athènes propose également diverses plages, la plus proche étant la plage de Kalamaki à 7km. Vous pouvez accéder à Kalamaki par les transports publics.

There were a lot of space for my group of 12 people, we occupied the whole buildings (all 5 apartments) which in love a lot. It was a very short walking distance to restaurants.
It will be great if paper towels were provided or at least had extra cloth kitchen towels, we didn't cook at all during our visit, but some nights we had fruits and drinks, and we had to buy my own tissue/paper towels.
Also, it will be nice to have extra set(s) towels in the bathroom, there was only 1 set per person provided.
Overall, my group enjoyed our staying

My family of 13 stayed in this apartment. It was great! The layout was perfect for everyone. The apartment was surrounded by flowers which gave it an amazing appearance. The inside was emaculate. From the rooftop you can see Acropolis. At night Acropolis lit up and was just breath taking from the rooftop. The owners were very helpful and provided us with an excellent transportation company that we used around 6 times while in Greece. Having the whole apartment building to ourselves was great! We will definitely go back to Athens and this will always be our first choice. We also loved the location. It was walking distance to fine dining and hanging out with the locals. Our young adults found places near by offered nightlife for them. The area was safe and beautiful and as usual the people were wonderful and welcoming. A MUST STAY for Family or large group. Thank you.

Host was wonderful to work with! He met us on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated after a major delay and later than expected arrival. The location is excellent with easy walking access to all the areas of Athens you want to explore. There is also a darling area of restaurants and bakeries close by for grabbing food. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The rooftop deck is an added bonus that was the center of many beautiful mornings and magical evenings. Highly recommend this location. They had kindly stocked coffee and tea in the kitchen, which was enjoyed on the balconies in the quiet of the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bauhaus Apt. It gave us all the right amount of space to be comfortable, and the terrace was the perfect spot for all of us to gather. The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the major sites. Lia was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They even kindly arranged transportation for some of my party. We would definitely stay here again

A total of 18 friends & family came to Athens without the aid of any travel agency. This was the perfect accommodations for us and with the couple of others that weren’t able to stay in the apartments there are plenty of hotels around the corner!

Lia made the stay an incredible joy. She went above and beyond to help us with arranging transportation, showing us how to get everywhere, suggestions on where to eat, exchange money, and shop! We have stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and have never experienced the care she extended to us.

This house had everything. Each floor had two full apartments, a roof top patio and it was close to restaurants and night life. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our time here! Communication was great with the host and he helped arrange for transportation from airport to the apartments. We had 17 in our group and never felt cramped, so much room for everyone! The roof top patio and Acropolis view was magical. Neighborhood was perfect, and close to everything. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and bakeries nearby (bakery 1907 was delicious and the people were so friendly! This location was amazing and the apartment was clean and had everything you would need.

Njce community in the fringe if great restaurants, easy hop on hop off buses for visiting all major attractions. The restrauants were great one just around the corner Sapano.

Okay I was a little skeptical on the outside and previous reviews about safety BUT nothing could have been better! I never felt unsafe and Costas was an amazing host! Lia did everything to accommodate our needs. This place was spotless and close to everything! Thank you to all, we loved our stay with you!

We had a fabulous time in Athens and the apartment was perfect! It was clean and well stocked. We had everything that we needed. Costas gave us a tour of the neighborhood after we arrived to get our bearings. It’s so close to Monastiraki and the Acropolis. Safe neighborhood with lovely locals that gave great restaurant recommendations and made our vacation perfect. 15 of us stayed at the apartment building and it was the best for our three families. Thank you Costas, Lia and Jacob!

The 5 apartments suited our group perfectly. We all gathered on the rooftop for cocktails but had our individual space too. Walking distance to everything. Close enough to restaurants and sites but reasonably quiet. Great service too!

Great location and lots of space
We were a family of eleven ranging in age from 6 to 76 and we rented all 5 apartments for our group. What a great decision. The neighborhood was not fancy, but it was friendly and convenient and safe and authentic. Athens was easy to navigate and the apartments were walkable to most places of interest or an easy and safe metro ride.

Fantastic apartments in a fantastic location
A group of us rented all the apartments at the Bauhaus. All were very clean and well maintained, the roof garden is brilliant. Lia and her colleagues were so helpful in organising our trip. A great experience in a great city.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Athen
Wir haben mit 5 Paaren dieses schöne Haus bewohnt und jedes Paar fühlte sich in seiner eigenen Wohnung sehr wohl. Zwei Wohnungen waren groß genug, um gemeinsam die Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Dachterrasse ist grandios! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, schnell ist man zu Fuß an allen wichtigen Stellen, die U-Bahn ist auch gut zu erreichen. Der Taxiservice hat super funktioniert, Lia hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und uns zuerst die nähere Umgebung gezeigt. Das war sehr hilfreich! Herzlichen Dank an Lia, sie ist sehr charmant uns spricht gut deutsch! Bei dem schönen Wetter wären wir gerne noch etwas geblieben.
Wir können die Agentur und die Wohnungen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

At our arrival by taxi, the neighbourhood didn't seem to be very sure, but finally, it appeared to be OK.
