Nice apartment with a sea view from the terrace - communal pool 100m away
Avant l'arrivée des touristes à l'appartement, celui-ci sera aéré, nettoyé et desinfecté selon les pratiques approuvé par la Direction Générale de la Santé Portugaise et selon l'OMS. Cette nettoyage effectué par une entreprise que nous soutien et dont les méthodes sont définies dans un protocole spécifique.
Le dernier jour de séjour, l'heure du départ sera jusqu'à 10h du matin, afin d'effectuar tous les pratiques necessaires: aération, nettoyage, ménage et desinfection de l'appartement pour les prochain touristes,dont la durée est comprise entre 12 et 48 heures.
L'appartement a le sceau Clean & Safe. J'aurai à votre disposition du gel álcool, gants, en caoutchouc, masques pour tous les visiteurs, mauchoirs,serviette antibactériennes, détergent à usage domestique et savon. Aussis je less rouleaux de papier de toilette supplémentaires.

Très bonne localisation juste à 150m de la plage et 100m de la piscine commune avec une vue de l’océan. Le centre de Lagos et juste à 10 minutes à pied donc vous pouvez laisser votre voiture tranquille pendant les vacances.
Place de parking au sein de la copropriété. Place de parking dans le garage de la copropriété avec une caution de 35 € (restituée en fin de séjour au retour de la commande).

We loved our stay here, three generations a family of 7, apartment was spacious and fully kitted out for everything you could ever need, grandchildren loved the hammock and we all loved the space, the kitchen had everything you could need and more and so close to the beach, we made good use of the pool, we will definitely go back

We rented for two weeks and were there with both family and friends. We had two apartments in the same building so we could meet easily. It was very easy to talk to the owner and to the woman, Adelaide, who gave us keys and showed us how things worked.We had two wonderful weeks in the beautiful Algarve near to beach and swimming pool.

The apartment was really great
It was clean ,well laid out ,kitchen cupboards were well stocked, beds comfortable.There was toys for the baby and it was spacious.
I loved the big veranda which suited our 10 month grandchild as he crawls everywhere.
The communal pool was fab.
You can easily walk into town.
Overall a great holiday with great accommodation .
A special thanks to Adelaide who manages the property and does an excellent job.

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised. Accommodations were perfect for two couples. Separate bed and bathrooms at each end of the apartment. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to the old town and waterfront promenade. A great variety of restaurants available in the old town. Easy walk to the marina for boat tours. Boardwalk to Ponta da Piedade is easily accessible from the beach. 2 minute walk to the pool and down the steps to the beach directly across from the apartment. The host was very accommodating and check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this accommodation!

Our stay has been wonderfull. Next to the Beach and the city, we could walk everywhere. The pool was much apreciated By our kids. Appartement is spacious and well equiped. It was perfect, thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! Rita was very helpful and friendly. The location was good, could walk to town and beaches. Property was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our only suggestion is to air out the bedroom cupboards. We would definitely use this property again.

Loved our stay in Lagos! The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay: well equipped kitchen, good bedrooms with extra blankets, large livingroom/ dining room area and patio.
Close to the ocean and a wonderful boardwalk (Ponta de Piedade) that stretches for miles along the coastline. Lagos is easy walking distance with lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping.
We rented a car to visit other towns for day trips. Roads are in good condition and directional signs are frequent.

Loved the layout of the house. We were two couples. We each had separate ends of the apartment which provided our own space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture was comfortable. We would love to return.

Our holidays were a very good trip. The apartment is comfortable and perfect for two families with seven or eight persons. We liked the big terrace where we often could take breakfast or dinner. We stayed in October and sometimes the weather was stormy. But we also spent time at the beach in the sun. We would like to come back to Lagos and to family Lima.

The apartment was fantastic. It was located in a beautiful area with amazing views and lots of amenities. Our group of six, 3 couples, could easily be accommodated and had everything we might need. We loved sitting out on the patio area and enjoying the warm breeze. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance of Old Town and we enjoyed our strolls there every day. Restaurants were very plentiful if you decided not to prepare your own meals. We all loved it!

This is probably the most beautiful condo we’ve stayed in over the years of travel!! Pics don’t even begin to show how lovely this place is!! Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach. Food market within walking distance as is Old Town Lagos. We did not have a car and didn’t need one. Maria and Adele were both easy to talk to and responded immediately to messages. I highly recommend this condo!! You will not be disappointed!!

We had everything we needed plus plus more. Room were all decorated. Having 3 bathrooms was fabulous! Out side space was was wonderful - we played cards almost every nite. Plenty of chairs - awesome!!

The location was PERFECT, right by the beach next to a beautiful part of Lagos.
The apartment had EVERYTHING one could possibly hope for. The owner had anticipated our every need. In addition, the apartment was beautifully decorated so we felt we were in a five star hotel.
We have already started recommending this property to our family and friends. I am also going to tell my children to comment about this property on Facebook and Instagram as I would like others to enjoy what we enjoyed these past four days. Lovely apartment, close to some lovely restaurants and the well stocked Spar was less than a 10min walk away.
The spacious apartment was well stocked and had everything required to accommodate our party of 6.
Worth noting there are a lot (lot!) of steps to the pool and more steps and slopes to the beach.
Great fun had by all and we will be back!

Such a great apartment next to beach with a great pool to use also. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay and so convenient to walk into town.

The apartment has everything you could want. It is comfortable with air conditioning in every bedroom. The veranda is great and our kids loved the hammock. It has a lovely view - we enjoyed a lot of time there.
Having a weekly clean included helped us keep the apartment looking good throughout our three week stay.
Maria was very friendly and responsive pre arrival and Rita was on hand to help when we were there.
If you are visiting Lagos with your family, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at this spacious VRBO. Everyone enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and the kids loved the hammock and extra front area. We were able to walk to the beach every morning and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. And it was a 10 min walk or short cab ride to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great apartment! Big enough for all 8 of us (6 adults & 2 children) & heaps of communal space to gather. Very comfortable & stylish, good beds, secure area, convenient to walk into town too. Wonderful & huge pool, plus the beach is beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

Great location close to the most beautiful beach and short walk to town. Would have given 5 stars except there were a few technical issues:
-refrigerator alarm went off multiple times and after googling I found that the temp needed to be reset
-the oven auto ignite switch didn't work, so we couldn't use it until the next day when the host brought matches.
-there was no hot water on our first night. the host came to get it working the next day.
-no trash bags for under the sink, but host brought after requesting.
We ate at Mar Bar & restaurant down the hill and enjoyed the food & outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.
Also loved Black and White for breakfast.

This property is walkable to city center, 15 minutes max. The beach is right in front of the condo complex. This property is large with nice seating outside. Very quite area. Host had everything ready upon arrival with information on local area. Would recommend and stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, 4 big bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms , indoor and outdoor seating , so much space for a family of 6. The kitchen was very well equipped, nice touch with the coffee bar and the complimentary coffee pods, I really enjoyed those! Our 4 children loved unwinding here after a long day out, there was even beach towels, parasols and games to use which we was very grateful for as we only came with cabin luggage.
Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come again, thanks for a lovely holiday.

A slight inconvenience was that we could not have 3 showers at one time, but we learnt to stagger our shower times.
We would definitely return.
A 20 minute walk into Lagos was fine, and the town offered lots of good restaurants at decent prices.
