Очень недорогой отель в 10 минутах ходьбы от начала пешеходной (вечером) улицы. Неплохие для отеля категории два с минусом завтраки и ужины
Неверные координаты GPS - 300 м ошибки. Правильные координаты N38.327921, E26.312190
Все очень старое: болтающийся замок на двери в номер, вообще не закрывающаяся дверь в туалет, обгрызенные дверь и окно на балкон, и др.
Все напитки за ужином, включая воду! - за отдельную плату.
Обещанные в номере wi-fi, мини-бар, гладильные принадлежности, стиралка, гостиный уголок и пр. - отсутствуют. Реально есть: кровать и две тумбочки, одна табуретка, TV и столик под зеркалом. Да, и красная лампа над кроватью :) . Указанная площадь 20 м2 - вероятно с балконом и куском коридора.
Ну и вишенка на торте: я попросил поздний выезд, поскольку наш паром на Хиос уходил в 19.00, и готов был доплатить, однако девица на reception отказала, при том, что свободных номеров, судя по ключам в ячейках, было около половины.

Bathroom needs some touch, lock on the room doord barely is functional, dinner is quite poor and breakfast a little better

There was no mini bar in the rooms, although it was written on the reservations. But staffs are helpful about the fridge. Most of time poor wifi connection. Towels were clean but some of them need to be replaced.

Hotel near to city centre which is walking distance.the staff was friendly.
The room needs upgrading!there is no mosquito net,windows and doors very old.the foods is good but needs lid to cover to food cause of flys.feel like wasted my money,a bit disappointed.

Huge shady outdoor area, with Budgies for cheerful company. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast was provided. We had a good size balcony with our room. The whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-managed.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable with a great breakfast. Also really lovely, kind and honest staff, I left my wallet there by accident and was returned to me immediately as I walked into the hotel.

The breakfast spread was really nice with plenty of options. I especially liked the shower: plenty of hot water and water pressure. Hotel wifi was good in my room.
The room was about what I would expect for a two-star hotel. I slept well, but the beds and bedding are pretty old. For the money, it was a fine value. No complaints.

We could give better feedback for this place, but unfortunately we weren't lucky and had bed bugs in our bed or in the blanket (we took it from the wardrobe as it was cool in the room), we asked to change the room for the next day, no bed bugs - but we saw the coackroach in the bathroom :(

Grand Yayla Hotel and wonderful people working there will be a great memory for us until the end of times. I highly recommend to stay there and get happier every second. An incredibly nice place. After 11 days, couldn't find a single thing to worry about.

Breakfast is perfect, staff is very kind and helpful, the price is a gift imho, interior a bit old but for this price it is more than we could imagine. Location is the best, very quiet, next to playground and you can walk to marina and all touristic place.

Loved the staff! The receptionist was THE BEST! So warm and friendly and there to help with every query. The room was comfortable. Walking distance to both the town-centre area and the beach. Buffet was modest but good. Great value for money!

For a 2 stars hotel and the price we paid, everything was just gread. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the terrace was nice, the breakfast was ok, very close to the center.

There was a problem with the door lock.
But I grade 10 for all the important things: room, balcony, view, breakfast & location.

I booked a double room with balcony , they give me the room in the roof top with many beds in it , which I don’t like it at all , then they gave me a room in second floor with 3 single beds in it , which also not what the room I booked for . I don’t want to stay there , they insist on asking me the pay full price even though I don’t stay there
