Votre famille adorera cette escapade à la plage confortable et accueillante! Oceanside Villa est une communauté fermée qui offre un environnement sûr et sécurisé pour vous et votre famille pour vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances! Notre villa spacieuse dispose de trois chambres privées et de deux salles de bains. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 avec un roi, une reine, un jumeau et un ensemble de lits superposés avec lit gigogne dans la chambre d'enfants. Dans le salon ouvert, vous profiterez de nombreux sièges, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'un bar pour quatre personnes, d'une cuisine bien équipée et d'une salle à manger séparée.
À quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée se trouve un immense complexe de piscines extérieures avec parc aquatique pour enfants. Au coin de la rue se trouve la piscine intérieure pour ceux qui préfèrent passer un peu de temps hors du soleil. A proximité se trouve notre club communautaire, aire de jeux, bibliothèque, terrains de basket et un nouveau parc pour chiens. My family has been visiting oceanside village for a few years and this was our first bad experience. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We drove 12 hours to walk in and clean this rental for three additional hours. The floors, walls, table, and trash can were filthy. Dirt, dog hair, hand prints and sand was all over the floors, walls, and couches. The couches were so dirty and stained that we washed blankets to use as covers so we could actually sit on them. One of the features we were excited about was the porch. We couldnt enjoy this area as the cushions were old, dirty, and filled with pet hair. The rugs in the kitchen, bathroom and at the doors were filthy and had to be washed and the sand shaken out of them. Please be warned that there is NOTHING in the property to get you through day one. Nothing to clean the property, no dish towels, no rags, no cleaning supplies, no trash bags, no hand soap and only one roll of toilet paper. I purchased cleaning supplies which the owner did reimburse. The cleaning fee we paid should cover the cleaning of the entire property and the only visible cleaning was to the bathroom toilets. We did wait a day to reach out regarding the issues because of our drive time and the immediate need for a clean home. This place really could be cute if it was taken care of and cleaned properly. Would not recommend.

We love Oceanside Village. Right across from the pool. Short ride on the golf cart to the beach. One of the nicest properties in OSV we have stayed in.

This is our 7th stay in this house and it has just gotten better and better! Can’t say enough great things about the owner and how responsive he is! We love the convenience of the pool being across the street and the beach only a short golf cart away!

My wife has vacationed in Oceanside Village for almost 40 years. I have been going with her and her parents for 18 years and we now take our two boys. It's our favorite vacation spot and this house has been our best place to stay in OSV. It's very convenient being directly across the street from the outdoor pool with the hot tub. We plan to continue staying here for our future trips. We're already planning a short fall getaway to stay here in November and will also be back next summer!

This is our 7th stay at OSV and I think our 4th at this specific house. Always clean, convenient and great layout with neighborhood amenities. Highly recommend. Already excited about booking another trip here! Across from the pool and splash pad. A short golf cart (included) ride to the beach with OSV private parking lot. Amazing!

I loved the property, we had plenty of room could have brought another daughter and her children. The 3rd bedroom that has 4 twins is very large and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

We loved this house. It was just like being at home. Everything you need is at your fingertip and across from the pool. Our little dog simply had a great time. We will be back in October 2024.

Our 5th visit to OSV and our first time staying at the same house twice. There were just the two of us again, location is perfect, pool about 10 steps away, the newer golf cart to go to the beach was a great upgrade. Very well stocked home with plenty of room.Carl is a great host & so easy to work with. Not sure when we will return but it will be at this home.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love it!! It is cozy and has everything you need for a week away from home. The new recliner was great for napping after watching the beautiful sunrise. The location across from the pool is convenient. The beach is only a 2 minute golf cart ride away. We even found our new breakfast place at The Plantation Pancake House. Highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again.

Our stay was cut short by one day due to storm coming in.
The only problem was the living room tv's remotes, very difficult to use.
Owner came over and showed us how to use and the next day it didn't work... lol. We finally figured out how to use one of the remotes.
Owner should put written instructions on tv use.

Great property. As advertised. Hot tub is close enough to see the bubbles from the porch. Golf cart gets you to the beach. Located near anything from pawleys island to North Myrtle. Over all I would return again next year given the opportunity.

This is the only house we have rented off VRBO. We have now spent two years there and we LOVE IT!!! And will be renting again next year! If we have questions, the owner gets back with us right away. I was able to meet the owners this year, they were both so nice. It is located right across from the pool and a short walk to the dog park and short golf cart ride to the beach. We love the house, the people we met and the neighborhood. This will be our yearly rental. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

This house perfectly fit our family. Loved the big kid’s room with bunk beds and trundle beds. The location of the house was great- we could walk to the pool with ease. Good communication with house owner and he helped us quickly solve our car pass issue.

Once again we had an amazing stay in OSV. This was our 6th visit and 2nd stay in this house. My husband, son and I had more than enough space in this big beach home. We loved having the golf cart to ride around the neighborhood and to the beach access. My son was ecstatic staying across from the pool and splash pad. Great home and great neighborhood!

The house was perfect size, very clean and had anything you could need. My husband loved being so close to the pool/hot tub and the golf cart was perfect for a ride to the beach to walk our dogs.We loved everything about the house...definitely will stay again...and my 82 year old mother loved the covered porch...perfect place for her to see things.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This property was very comfortable for my family of four and my friend and her daughter . Added bonus is that we were able to bring our pup this year. The location was excellent since it is right across the street from the outdoor pools/splash pad and jacuzzi and only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Makes life easier with the toddler. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions I had prior to the trip and during.

This house was excellent. The location across from the pool/splash pad was great. (You couldn't hear any noice inside the house). The beds were comfortable and the house itself was good. We loved being in the center of the community and having a golf cart was a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

This is not a 5 star resort. But we did not rent a 5 star resort. We rented a house that would hold our family and it was great. It is a typical Beach House. The floors were clean,

Enjoyed our 2 week stay very much, We have stayed at 3 other places in O.S. and this was the best. We loved being across the street from the pool. Having the golf cart was great for the beach. There were just the two of us and we loved the huge front porch.
We had no problems and the owner was very easy to work with.
We will return for sure.

We just finished our week at OSV , go to OSV many times but our first time staying at the Park Green address. We don't want to ever stay anywhere else. The house is roomy and so nice. Clean and so convenient. If you have kids, it's the best location ever. You can sit on the comfy porch and watch the outdoor pool area. The house had nice updates and we just loved it
I can not think of anything that was wrong. The use of the golfcart was so helpful. We are just so happy to have been able to stay at the Barker's Beach house. My Grandkids loved it and that's what matters to me !!!

This was our second stay at this rental. Expectations met once again! Home is cozy and has a great location within OSV. Our dogs enjoyed sitting on the front porch with us. The attached gate is great for keeping them on the porch. Included golf cart makes the beach easily accessible and also makes for fun rides around the gated community. Owner is easy to reach and quickly responds if needed. Can’t wait for our next visit! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay! I would have given a 5 star on cleanliness but there was a lot of dust. Other then that it was great and I’d definitely stay again! We loved the golf cart being included. I also love the fact that it’s in a gated community and helps with feeling save! Great vacation and lots of memories made!

Maid service needs to pay close attention to property sand was on comforters, we vacuumed entrance way and front porch furniture and rugs, swept off carport and organized carport, washed golf cart cover. Would recommend this home to everyone. Thanks for letting us stay.
