Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico di Salerno, appartamento pulito, host molto diponibile.

Ottima struttura per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Salerno. La struttura si trova in una delle vie principali di Salerno ed ha tutto ciò che serve nelle vicinanze. L'Host della struttura si è dimostrata molto disponibile per ogni esigenza.

L'unica pecca, forse, sono i muri non insonorizzati che fanno sentire ogni rumore, ma personalmente non mi hanno creato grossi problemi.

We had to move from the property after 6 nights of our 10 night booking because of excessive noise from an adjacent building site. When we asked for a refund for the 4 nights we did not stay, the owner said she would only provide a refund if we left a positive review. This calls into question all of the positive reviews on her site. We had to pay the extra expense of 4 nights in alternative accommodation so, reluctantly, we did post a positive review. The host still refused to refund. She first claimed that the noise was not her responsibility. We pointed out that it is her responsibility to warn potential guests that, currently, building work is in progess and there is a possibility of noise. She then said she had asked the neighbours and the noise was not too bad. When I offered to send a recording of the noise she said this was evidence of a premeditated plan to make money from our holiday! She has also accused us of leaving the property filthy and full of rubbish. This is completely untrue. The truth is this is a reasonably priced apartment in a great location. However, it is dark and gloomy. The "balconies" are actually railings across windows overlooking a dark, narrow alley. The kitchen is poorly equipped with no kettle and cheap cutlery. When we stayed there was some mould in the bathroom. For the price, these flaws were bearable but the noise from the building site got louder through our stay and became unbearable. All of our subsequent dealings with the host suggest she is completely unprofessional.

The location is ideal: in the old town, next to a nice piazza, near to restaurants, cafes, shops, a short walk to the seafront.

There are very positive reviews about the owner on this site but we cannot comment since she did not come to meet us. We would have liked a personal greeting. The apartment is dark and gloomy. Its windows and "balconies" are on the side of the building, overlooking a narrow, dirty alleyway. The balconies are really just railings across the windows. Although the kitchen and bedroom were clean, there was some mould in the bathroom. The shower head did not fit its holder properly and kept falling off. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no kettle, there was a pan with no handle, the cutlery was cheap, knives did not cut properly. These issues were disappointing but not critical. However, the significant problem for us was the noise caused by a building site behind the building. This was loud, every morning except Sunday, starting before 8 a.m. On our sixth morning it was so loud that the walls shook and we could bear it no longer. We decided to leave immediately, since we clearly could not expect the owner to stop the noise. What we did expect was the owner to know there was a potential problem with noise from the building site and to have pointed this out so that customers could make an informed choice. We would not have chosen to book. The owner has not offered a refund, claiming that she could not possibly know there would be noise, yet also pointing out that the site has been there for some time. We have also given her feedback on the other issues and she has responded that she would have put them right if we had told her. Perhaps, but we did not expect to have to ask for simple implements that worked properly such as a shower and a kettle. This is a great shame because, when the building work is over, and with more attention to detail, this could be a good value property for 2 people, in a great location.

La posizione in pieno centro storico, traghetti a pochi passi e trattorie sotto casa. Piena disponibilità della proprietà a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta , necessità, davvero molto gentile, la ringrazio per ogni informazione ricevuta.

Solo per scrivere qualcosa... i sanitari un po' vecchiotti, ma tutto funzionanle e funzionante!!!

Al centro di Salerno, dotata di tutti i comfort. Ideale per chi vuole visitare Salerno e dintorni. La proprietaria molto gentile ha reso la casa accogliente e con tutto l’occorrente.

Essendo situata al centro di Salerno è una ztl, quindi per chi arriva con l’auto è un po’ complicato trovare parcheggio.

Die Lage der Wohnung war fantastisch. Zur Accademia italiana , an der ich einen Kurs belegt hatte, waren es 2 min Fußweg. Uferpromenade, Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hafen und Bahnhof gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen perfekt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr hell, was an ihrer Lage in der Altstadt liegt. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Vermieterin hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zurückgebracht. Sie ist sehr nett und kommunikativ.

el host pésimo, me dijo que me iba a ver en la puerta para abrirme y nunca apareció. lo esperé 1 hora. cuando le reclamé me dijo que tenía que entrar porque la puerta ya estaba abierta. el aire acondicionado funciona mal. mucho ruido por la cercanía a una peatonal. no entra luz natural. el ascensor no llega a planta baja. te piden que saques la basura y dejes limpio al retirarte a pesar de que cobran 30 euros por limpieza.
