The second floor main floor was very spacious for our family to spread out & spend time together. The kitchen & eating area are very spacious & equipped well. Perfect for meals & games together.

There is good and bad to this property. The good things are that the location is great, the house is much larger then it looks and the kitchen is open and great for larger groups. The bad things were that they advertise that they have a bbq grill which is no longer at the property even though the pictures still show it(and vacasa will do nothing to assist with it even though multiple people have told them the grill isn't there), the house has a musty smell to it(we bought air fresheners once we arrived to get the smell out) and the last thing is that the house just is tired and is in need of some newer furniture and desperately needs paint. Overall it's just ok

House had nice lay out for a group of eight. Neighborhood was quite. However, wasn't very clean, we went out and bought rugs for inside the door to keep the floors clean. Also not many kitchen utensils, not even a measuring cup for the coffee pot. Blinds in a couple of the rooms didn't work.

We really enjoy staying at this property! I love that there’s a lot of space. I also think it’s amazing that they have cooking utensils for large families. It was very seamless to make a large meal. I also love the large capacity, washer and dryer. The beds are all comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The location of this place is really great and I really enjoy it. The kids said all weekend long how comfortable this place is!

We had issues with the AC, ceiling cracked, and bugs. We've stayed in Ocean Pines many times with Caldwell Banker and never had a bug issue. One time, with CB, we had a plumbing issue, which was addressed a day later. The AC issue took a couple days and no one, to my knowledge, addressed the ceiling issue or the bug issue, it was all about the AC. Vacasa's customer service was great and we do look forward to booking again in the same time frame next year

Inside was clean but outside could use some work. It shouldn't take much to power wash the outside stairs and decks. Except for that I was very satisfied with the property manager. We were also VERY disappointed with the TV options. Really poor selections available to us, including not being able to watch Monday Night Football on ESPN last night.

Clean and good for a golf group

We had a family of 5 adults and 1 child.
PROS-This house was very spacious, plenty of seating, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and was within walking distance to the pool (w/splash pad). The other pools weren't too far either.
CONS-Basement smelled a little musty and one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The Hot & Cold water lines were reversed on the washing machine. The 2 full bathrooms didn't have any hooks or bars to hang towels. Main bathroom shower curtain had pink slime on the bottom and the sink didn't drain well. Vacuums didn't work well. Microwave was missing the turntable ring. Walls in the downstairs bedroom hallway had lots of dirty hand marks. Some of the windows didn't open (we had some nice weather days and would have liked to open them). The handrails on the deck and the stairs to the firepit were covered in green mold. There wasn't a working light outside on the firepit side. The grill was not usable due to it being rusted.
That being said, we enjoyed ourselves but would not go back again to this rental unless the CONS were corrected.

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was huge and open for family meals and game night. We went to the playground and pool that is part of the community and we were close enjoy to get to the beach and boardwalk in no time. We will rent this place again!

Overall it was a great time. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. The back porch and patio were both very dirty and no furniture. The gas grill was out of propane (which we bought a refill for out of pocket). The grill will not light itself so you have to manually light, but it works now.

Beautiful home and the location was great. Downstairs toilet had an issue from the previous guest but it was quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a baseball tourney with our kiddos and our friends. The house was perfect! We had 8 in our group, 3 adults and 5 kids, and we had plenty of space for everyone! The house had a great, open layout. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe get some deck furniture. It would have been nice to sit on the deck or in the sunroom. Other than that the house was great!

Very comfortable house, room enough for 8 adults and 2 young kids. Great location. Fire pit with Smores a big hit. No problems, enjoyed our stay.

Nice for a girls getaway weekend
Pros: Nice community, huge living room & kitchen, plenty of parking. Great master bedroom & bath. 15 minutes from Berlin or Ocean City.
Cons: We were not allowed to use the fireplace which we would have enjoyed since we were there in December. Dishwasher was broken and we were not told that until we arrived. Refrigerator continually makes a very loud noise. Musty smell in downstairs area. Lots of stairs. Not enough toilet paper. Bar soap.

Very nice house with a lot of space. I received prompt replies to all my questions. The only reason I chose 4 stars for cleanliness was because the dishwasher didn't work.

This was a lovely place to stay and very clean and neat. All the Ladies said it was the perfect spot for our girls spiritual retreat.

weekend stay.
property was clean. i had called vacasa ahead to ensure that a/c was turned on to control the humidity and musty smells that i had read others complained about. We arrived at dark and the house was comfortable and well-lit when we arrived. very welcoming. All the amenities were taken care of, sheets, towels, dishes, etc., so not a worry. I would check the fees as the total is quite a bit more than the daily rate would imply, but we would still stay again.

Big space for family trip
We had a great stay at this house. The open living space was great for hanging out. The only issue we had with the house was the dampness and musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms when we arrived. Tried opening windows to air out and screens were missing. The company put in a work ticket and no one showed until our 3rd day. Other than that, the house was pretty clean.

Family getaway
This house was perfect for our trip with family from afar. We had enough room to have our own areas and a large space to share to come together. We loved the large kitchen where several people could work together to create meals, right next to the open living room so everyone could be involved in the conversations.

Nice home but needs little work
The floor plan of the house is great and there was plenty of space. It was close to the pool. There is work needs to be done in the house and it needs a thorough cleaning. My family had to clean the house upon our arrival.

Edwards vacation
We enjoyed the spacious home and it was clean. Lots of supplies for the kitchen. The drawbacks were the pools ($8/ per adult and $6/ per child PER DAY) not the homeowners fault but an added expense we didn’t know about. There were plenty of towels and hand towels but no wash clothes, so we grabbed some from the dollar store and left them there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the playground and community.

It took hours of running the A/C and fans with the windows open to dissipate the smell enough that is was not distracting. The smell persisted for a couple days and was mostly gone by the end of our stay. In addition, there was no place to put full trash bags. The previous occupants put all the trash and recycling in the recycle bin. which was full upon our arrival. We bagged up all the trash from the previous occupants and all our trash so that it could be properly removed and the recycle bin could be used again. The property needs clearly marked instructions for trash and recycling and notifications for when it is picked up. It also needs dedicated trash bins outside. Other than the smoke and the trash issues, the house was great. It is more spacious the it looks online. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would stay here again.

Dirty filters, worms and maintenance issues
Had trouble getting into house. Vacasa tried to help but didn’t know how to use electronic either. Mold and worms in showers. All return filters were filthy. Front outdoor light hanging on wires to name a few of the major issues. The beds were comfortable was the best thing in addition to the location that this house had going for it.

The house was very clean and nice! The down side was the outside porches were filthy and junk furniture to sit on. Couldn't use the outside grill that is pictured because it also was junk....looked like it hadn't been usable in several years

Beautiful home
I loved everything about this home. It accommodated my family of 6. It smelled clean and amazing when I arrived. And it was super close to everything: The casino, beach, stores and restaurants. The only issue I had was there was trash outside when we arrived. So for the first three days, we were not able to put trash in the dumpster. But when I called back to customer service, it was handled almost immediately.

The dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well as silverware. In one of the bed room there was a dead bug under the blanket. Other than that we had an amazing time. Thank you...

The house was great but their was a few things wrong
I love the house everyone fit, it was a nice place to come after the beach to relax but there were a few issues. The carpets downstairs reeked of urine and door: were hard to close and open and were ridiculously loud. Overall it was a good home, get rid of those carpets and it will be a great home!
