perfect hideaway, would need some restaurations. Unrestaured the last 4 years. Wifi is super slow, which annoyed the teens and all the beds and matress should be changed. But a wonderful property with a breathtaking view and a privileged access to the sea. Great holidays!

This house was superb! The views and location are amazing. Michael was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Our only comment are to change the pillows as they were old and uncomfortable. But for everything else we highly recommend this property.

Very secluded and spacious villa with expansive terrace taking in the amazing unobstructed views of the Mediterranean with an infinity-edge pool and palm trees. Private access to the sea was was a plus and the snorkeling was fun for all to enjoy. The sunrises were worth the early wakeup call. Minor cleaning issues upon arrival but Michael promptly addressed them to our satisfaction. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place wonderful location . Michael the host was terrific. A bit tricky to find so he flagged us down from the road. Can’t go wrong here. We will be back !

Spend 2 weeks in this wonderfull property in July 2019 with family and friends. Highly recommendable - we would love to come back!

The location of the house is lovely, although the house could use some renovation and the quality of the mattresses was lousy. However, the service was miserable. Despite previous guest mentioning several defects with the electricity, we were left with several power outages over our stay, in particular no wlan for the entire week, no outdoor lighting and the dish washer only worked occasionally. There were a total of 5 wine glasses in the house, again despite previous guests already complaining. We then bought a new set which we left in the house. While we reasonably enjoyed our stay, we asked for a modest price reduction. Price reduction was confirmed in writing, never received the money.

Nice villa with well functioning layout! The location and views are superb, the terrace and pool area provide a very relaxing environment. You can also swim in the sea practically in front of the villa which was very nice. Michael was very helpful and quick to reply, everything went smoothly.

Wunderschöne top ausgestattete Traum Villa direkt am Meer ! Besser geht es nicht ! Waren schon ein paar mal für unvergessliche Traum Ferien dort kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The villa is great, the location is great on the sea , would recommend rock shoes as it's a little rocky to get into the sea. The bedrooms are all air conditioned which is great as it was very hot when we were there. It would be nice if the main living room was also air conditioned. The bathrooms are all very nice, modern and well designed, the kitchen well equipped. Outside there are plenty of loungers and the 2 palm trees allow lots of opportunity to get into the shade if needed, pool towels were provided The pool is fantastic with fantastic views. Michael was a friendly, good and efficient. If you want to get around a car is required . We had a lovely week in a great villa- would highly recommend.

My family of 10 spent a week here in June 2018. We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Wonderful outdoor living area. Pool was a perfect temperature. The views of the Mediterranean are as amazing as the pictures look. Nice kitchen. Plenty of living area. i would highly recommend booking this property. Die Villa direkt am Meer ist ein Traum ! Exklusive Location die man sehr selten bis gar nicht findet. Hoher Ausbau Standard und top Qualität. Professionelle und freundliche Betreuung durch Herr Schäffer. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden nicht das letzte mal unsere Ferien in dieser Villa und mit Herr Schäffer als Verwalter verbracht haben.

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit der Familie in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Für uns war dies ein perfekter Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Vielen Dank auch nochmals an Herrn Schaeffer vor Ort für die sehr freundliche und professionelle Betreuung!

Maison idéalement située entre St Tropez et St Raphael, au bord de la mer avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, de la terrasse ou de la maison. Maison moderne avec de grandes baies, très calme. Nous avons passé dans ce lieu magique une excellente semaine entre piscine,baignade dans la mer (accès facile et direct de la terrasse) et visite de la région. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr...

nous sommes une famille avec 7 enfants et nous avons passe une semaine Merveilleuse. Pas de bruit, toujours dans le mer ou la piscine, une vue fantastique et un proprietaire genial. Merci pour cette experience!

As soon as you walk in and see the Mediterranean through the glass windows we knew we would be spoiled for our week of relaxation with friends. We recently came back from our one week stay in this lovely well designed home with friends (5 adults and three children in total). The layout of the house was perfect as each room has its own bathroom and most rooms have a view of the ocean. The star of the week was the never endless view of light blue ocean up against the pool, which eventually gives way to the bright lights across the bay. Another big surprise was the town of Les Issambres, which we discovered and found thoroughly lovely with very few tourist and a local flare. There are several nice restaurants (Le Circle and Le Grand Reserve) within 5-10 minutes and the beach options are great. We also took advantage of the proximity to the Les Issambres port which has ferries that take you to St Tropez (20 minutes). All in all, we had a fabulous time with our family and would highly recommend this house to all. Lastly, the owner was accessible throughout our time and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We would wholeheartedly recommend this house to all, especially families who want to enjoy the best of the South of France.

We stay in this region every year and I can honestly say this was in our top 3! Location and views are fantastic. Could never get bored of walking onto the terrace and looking out to sea with the sun on your back. We had a couple of minor issues with the house, but the house manager Michael sorted these very quickly. He kept in touch and made our stay a memorable one. We will definitely return to this property in the very near future. We like the finer things in life, this house is one of them. If I could raise the money, I'd buy this home. I can't give it a greater endorsement than that!

Nous avons décidé de repasser une semaine en mai dans ce paradis . Le lieu n'a pas changé depuis ces deux ans. Les photos sont fidèles à l'endroit! Pas de vis à vis et une vue dégagé et splendide sur la mer. Piscine à 27°. L'extérieure est vraiment le point fort de cette villa! Michael est toujours au petit soin et il reste disponible au moindre problèmes! A très bientôt j'espère! Thomas.

Une très belle maison, bien entretenue et surtout très calme, accès à la mer très apprécié et une super piscine chauffée. Que dire de la vue, majestueuse sur l'océan, de grandes chambres et salles d'eau, une cuisine fonctionnelle et surtout un super contact avec les propriétaires M. et Mme Schaeffer, toujours disponibles, gentils, bref, nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour passer d'excellentes vacances, nous reviendrons !

Une superbe maison très bien agencée à l'interieur. Sa terrasse est spacieuse et très bien aménagée et la vue meritent le détour ! une très belle adresse, rien ne manque, tout est très bien entretenu. Nous y sommes venus 2 fois, il y a 3 ans et en 2016, en mi-saison. Formidable et uniquement envie de revenir !

Wir waren dort für eine Woche im April mit 2 Erwachsenen, 3 jugendlichen Kindern (12, 14, 17) und 2 Hunden. Das Haus ist wirklich direkt am Meer gelegen mit einem eigenen kleinen Fußweg (ca. 15 Meter) ans Wasser. Man wohnt auf 2 Etagen, wobei die obere Etage für die meisten Schlafzimmer vorbehalten sind sowie eine sehr gemütliche Galerie- Sitzecke, die von unseren Kids jeden Abend genutzt wurde. Die Terasse ist sehr großzügig, wir haben selbst im April die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Der Ausblick, das Meeresrauschen. Einfach perfekt. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert, im Vorfeld ohne Probleme und auch bei Ankunft, bzw. Abreise war Herr Schaeffer überaus pünktlich und zuverlässig. Ich habe mehrfach im Vorfeld mit ihm telefoniert, er war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Also immer ein ausserordentlich gutes Gefühl gehabt bei der Betreuung. Nach vorheriger Absprache wurde auch die Poolheizung vor unserer Ankunft angeschaltet, da im April es ja nocht nicht wirklich das ideale Badewetter ist. Unsere Jungs jedenfalls waren sehr dankbar. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön geräumig und sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet. Im Prinzip noch schöner, als es die Fotos wiedergeben können. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet, das Badezimmer des Master- Bedrooms und der Ausblick ist natürlich der Hammer. Für die etwas kühleren Tage war auch TV- Empfang mit allen deutschen und andersprachlichen Sendern zu empfangen. Von der Lage ist es gut gelegen, man hat dort seine Ruhe (es ist ein abgeschlossenes und eingezäuntes Grundstück). In wenigen Fahrminuten ist man aber zum Beispiel in Sainte Maxime (wir waren fast jeden Abend dort, Fahrzeit ca. 10 Minuten). Ebenfalls haben wir von dort Ausflüge gestartet (Cannes: 35 Minuten, Nizza: 1 Stunde, Monacco: 1, 25 Stunden, Saint Tropez: 35 Minuten) Fazit: Eine rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus in perfekter Lage mit super Betreuung. So oft haben wir nicht die Möglichkeit, direkt am Meer zu wohnen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Villa nur empfehlen.
