Good location , very spacious and great design

Unfortunately no airconditioning. Even thought they use some kind of climatising you will miss the airconditioning on hot days

Fantastic suite. Spacious , clean and everything you need for a short stay. Great location, short walk into the centre of Emden, however, very quiet location. And as a bonus, breakfast was included in our price.

Very clean and breakfast definately OK for their price.

(Nothing they can do about); you need a bike if you want to go regularly to the city center. Somewhat too far to do twice a day. Ask clearly where the breakfast room is. Before 7:30 AM the reception is not open and you need to go via the first floor.

Very clean, very сool interior, quiet place, kitchen with all necessary utensils is superb

Light music in the breakfast room would be perfect, because eating in a dead silence is unpleasant. It was also unlpeasant to hear a quarrel between the receptionist and dissatisfied customers at the reception.

Bed & bedding were super comfortable Big room, nicely decorated, clean, good shower

Price is a little high for the location

Everything was except one thing. Someone was smoking prior to our arrival so there was a bad smell in the apartment.

It's a Great place to be especially for work.the location is nearby airport and a shopping mall. I don't see anywhere I could complain

The room has a very modern design with and provides everything, including a small kitchen with bowls, cups, forks & knives etc. There's also a fridge available which was practical. The apartment is very clean! Staffs were very nice and helpful, high appreciate it. Spacious free parking lot. Overall it was a great stay - can recommend it.

The loft apartment is kind of small. Somehow I had imagined it to be bigger judging from the photos. There's not much space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Although the bathroom is very spacious which is great.

New, clean and spacious rooms! Good wifi and modern! Easy parking in front of the accommodation. Equiped kitchen for 2 persons and a proper fridge. Nice design! Close to the city by car. Supermarket really close.

No restaurant, but it's an apartment so not really expect one.

Amazing decor and state of the art apartment, really amazing.

Location is good if you plan to leave the city after. The building is impressive and even though our room was small, it was more than enough. The bathroom was spacy and clean. Late check-in was also easy, but you need to call the facilities before 6 pm to arrange it.
