A cama era confortável. O banheiro era muito bom. O quarto não era muito grande mas confortável.

Não havia sabonete nem papel higiênico extra no banheiro. Não aspiravam o chão todos os dias

Drzwi pokoju nie są wystarczająco wygluszone i dwie windy to moim zdaniem dość mało jak na 37 piętrowy hotel. Nie ma to wplywu na pobyt.

Hotel excelente. Bem localizado, em região calma e próxima de pontos de metrô e ainda da quinta avenida. Hotel bastante novo, com tudo bem limpo e acabado. Boas amenidades de banho e de quarto disponíveis. Quarto de bom tamanho e excelente idéia de ter banheira chuveiro separados no banheiro. Equipe de atendimento bastante solicita. Possui um restaurante de boa qualidade que oferece café da manhã e jantar, o que é uma boa opção para quem deseja logo comer no hotel. Termostato regulado dentro do quarto. Muitos armários e gavetas, além de cofre. Apesar de alto, os elevadores são rápidos. Wifi funciona muito bem. Possui um andar com café e computadores para uso, o que é sensacional.

Preço alto mas é o padrão da cidade. Pelo menos se ganha uma boa qualidade pelo que se recebe. Cobrança de alto caução no check-in, o qual ainda não me foi estornado. Apesar de comum, considera esta prática do caução deplorável.

This hotel is a great hotel to stay in. The location was excellent as it was a little way from the main, busy tourist places but close enough you can walk to Central Park and Times Square. It was also within walking distance of a few subway stations. At the moment there is scaffolding outside the property but don’t let that put you off or confuse you. The staff were very friendly, always said good morning or welcome back when leaving and arriving the hotel. The doormen were also very friendly (particularly Abdul who took the time to get to know us). The room was spacious and I liked the fact that your card key would only take you to the floor you were staying on, providing that extra security. We had a nice view of the city around us from floor 26. The bed was comfy and the daily housekeeping was great. The hotel was clean and there was a lovely scent in the main reception. On level 3 is the gym and a water and coffee machine which we could help ourselves too. I always book my hotels based on reviews and this is a hotel definitely worth booking if you like comfort and cleanliness.

The reception was nice and friendly. The rooms were also nice with big windows and a good view. The bed was comfy but small for two people. The location is also great. Many main attractions are walking distance and metro is nearby.

Not a nice spacious Lob with a nice restaurant, very small, not great variety off food and drink , or breakfast . For the price was expecting more

The hotel didn't have a pool, the water and Coffee area were far away (in the 3 floor in a hotel with more that 30 floors), the room cleaning could be better.

Loved how clean everything was and even the modern look of the hotel overall.

I come down on Wednesday July 12th to stay one night before my fathers funeral in the morning which is of course a trip I didn't want to make. All went well until I had come back from jogging that evening and some door guy named Syed asked me "can I help you"....confused I proceeded to go to the hotel to go back to my room and he runs from behind the podium he was at to stop me as if I didn't belong there and as the elevator door was closing I could hear him ask Sandy (receptionist ) who I was when she tells him I'm a resident. Are you not allowed to stay here if you are black ????

The location is definitely wonderful - central, you can walk to a lot of areas in Manhattan, Central Park, 5th avenue. The Empire State is 30 min walk away. Our room was on the 31st floor and the view was stunning!

There were some small hygiene issues here and there. A toilet smell was coming out of the pipes, which made it quite unpleasant. A dust snow fell from the top of the wardrobe when we accidentally closed the door fast and it created wind. The bathroom ceiling was leaking - there was a sound of water dripping from the ceiling into the bathtub one of the nights. Otherwise, I have to say the room was serviced every day, the bed was made and everything organised.

Location was great.

Our room the ac wasn’t working. We called and they came to fix it, but the temperature always stayed at 76. Our bed pillows also smelled musty. I would expect more from this hotel.

Location if you are working on 50street and above Small hotel, easy to go around Quiet street, quiet rooms, exceptional for NYC Spacious rooms (exceptional as well)

Breakfast is not included and is provided by a separate company (I didn't have any but mentioning for the ones keen on breakfast)

The paper cups in the room, they leaked every time we made a cup of tea. We had to buy 2 cups for the duration of the trip.

Beautiful room, good size, spotlessly clean. Prime location, block and half away from both Lexington Subway station, and 51st. St. Station for the green no 6 line. Nice food hall with large selection of restaurants, at the Hugh building on Lexington Ave. At 53rd. St. Best service.
