Świetna lokalizacja, bez problemu można przespacerować się do Starego Miasta, a z drugiej strony w okolicy jest cisza i spokój. Apartament schludny, właściciel kontaktowy i życzliwy. Dla kociarzy dodatkowy bonus za free - kilka razy dziennie pojawia się kocia rodzina - matka i córka (puchate i dobrze odżywione) i domaga się karmienia. Wchodzą do apartamentu, tulą się, smyrają i "barankują" - sama słodycz. W pobliżu sklep z sieci "Maxima", przystanki autobusowe itp.
Telewizor ciut za mały i nie ma funkcji SmartTV.

Чистая уютная квартира. Милая хозяйка. Вселились сами. Пришла хозяйка, заплатили наличкой. Поинтересовалась, все ли в порядке, нужно ли что-то. Теплые полы. Уютный интерьер. Кухня конечно миниатюрная, но все есть для приготовления еды - плита, микроволновая печь, вода, холодильник, набор посуды для сервировки и готовки. Гладильная доска, утюг, фен, wifi, телевизор. Можно посидеть на собственной террасе . Большая и удобная кровать, диван, стиральная машина, полотенца, постельное белье, одеяла и подушки
Было очень жарко в квартире. Не было понятно, как проветрить.
На двери на террасу собирается конденсат и немного плесени появилось

clean, has garden ( not big as on photos) but we had rainy weather, has own parking spots, helpful owner
boiler turns on few times pro hour and it has noisy starting ignition, but I used to it in a day, so not big deal.

very lovely, private, quiet and comfortable place, nice design. also in the morning the most beautiful cat came to say hello by the window 😀
when showering water was keep getting hot and cold and when my husband was trying to shower later that evening water was barely warm.
